The sweetest cocktails ever. Do you like pure sugar? Do you like drinking toothpaste? Do you like to drink those things for more money while gross people smoke around you in a space with no cross breeze because there are fake plastic walls preventing ventilation? Then this is the place for you!

Nice/healthy food, amazing sharp-eyed staff and superb location in the inner court of Palazzo Ducale. We go there for lunch every day and we have always been welcomed in the warmest way. Daily changes to the menu (with a wide range of proposals) over a solid base of flagship dishes such as trofie or pinsa.

For me everything was just what I wanted. Delicious Taglietelle. They left the Parmesan cheese on the table which is important for me. Different breads brought out to accompany my meal and olive oil and balsamic vinegar as standard. I asked for a tailored drink which they provided and I tried pigeon Italian and they tried pigeon English. Lovely atmosphere too. I spent more than usual because o had more than one alcoholic drink.

Perfect little spot to cool down and enjoy an ice cold drink at a good price.

A casual place right in the heart of the city, located inside the Doge's palace. They have events organized every Thursday like Spanish tapas night when a all-you-can-eat buffet for 12€. Personnel is friendly and at times it can get busy.

For a first timer I had a good time. Most of it is thanks to the company, but the establishment held its part. Nice place, clean and proper, marketability wise the good idea of providing a wholesale price for drink and buffet. Can't say it was remarkable or cheap, in fact plenty of places in the area that will give more appetizer food (tapas/fingerfood) for your drink at a better bargain price, but I'd go there again. Staff was nice, which is always a plus, and not overbearing which is fundamental to someone like your truly.

Very good option of L'aperativi, All you can eat buffet and drink, for a very reasonable price. I was able to look at the buffet before deciding to eat here as I am vegetarian and the chef talked me through everything on offer. There were several dishes that were suitable for me and they were all very good. The price varies depending on your choice of drinks. €10 - €12. Good location in the Doge palace. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Very good value for Genoa and Italy generally. A cocktail or a beer or a glass of wine plus an unlimited buffet for 11 - 12 euro! The buffet had just enough variety for my vegetarian partner and the quality was perfectly good. After spending close to 90 euro on a three course meal in a conventional restaurant in Genoa (smaller beer!) it was good to find this deal.
