Menya Hanabi Jamsil

I have to start saying that I love the specialty of the house here and that is why I rated the food with 5 stars. However, I cannot say the same about the service or atmosphere. I went a few days ago with a friend to have dinner here. We arrived at 4:30 pm and waited for 30 mins to be able to get the first come first served basis menu. During the waiting time, a staff from the restaurant came out and start telling everyone how we should eat fast so the people waiting outside wouldn't have to wait for too long in the cool weather, and if there was any couple fighting, that they should better come back next time. At first I thought he was joking with all those sour comments, but then looking at the face of the rest of people listening, it was clearly not. It was quite unpleasant having to hear remarks like that while being waiting. I waited outside for 30 mins...I wanna take my time enjoying my food, not to be asked to eat fast and leave.

You need to wait at least 30 mins unless you came here in off-peak time. The noodles were very nice. So if you can wait some time to have a meal, this store won’t regret you for sure. The noodles is Four stars, but one star was counted out because of waiting time and too busy mood. I didn’t have enough time to enjoy it and I’m not that kind of waiting person for a meal. You need to hurry or wait to eat. This restaurant would be nice or not by your characteristic.

Japanese ramen restaurant in Jamsil. They say it's Nagoya's style and it's the best ramen noodles I have ever tasted. I went there at 17:00 think I can get inside right away at 18:00 when they open. However I could went inside at 18:40 due to long line.

Price: Reasonable Taste: 4.5 of 5 I tied the signature many added extra noodle. The taste was very special and good enough. I do not recommend extra rice because they serve it for free. I think it will be enough for you. Enjoy!!!

Mazesoba was great! I usually don't prefer soba over rice but this time....yum! I'm going to remember this taste for a long time. If you like food with less sauce and less salt pick Negi sio nagoya mazesoba(although it's 'salt' soba it's still less salty than the original mazesoba) but still...when it comes to taste itself, the mazesoba was more impressive. Long waiting time(took abt 30 minutes for me), near the lotte world tower(15 min walk)/ can take a bus(3315, 3313..)(5min, 5min walk) from Jamsil station as well.

Great food with a similar taste of Japan. When we were there it wasn’t busy so we didn’t have to rush out of the restaurant. It worth the visit.

Great Taiwanese maze soba. It's basically ramen (although they have that too, see pic) without the broth. One bowl fills me up big time. Just like I feel full the rest of the day after eating American barbecue, I sometimes skip dinner if I've had the maze soba for lunch. I can't remember the best dish: It's the one that is limited to about 30 bowls a day. It has a pork topping that has a ton of flavor that apparently takes hours and hours to prepare. Add the pork belly on top of that, and you are gonna be really satisfied. It's not worth waiting more than 20 minutes in my opinion. Whenever I go, I go there about 20 minutes before it opens to make sure I'm at the head of the line. Otherwise, expect at least a 50 minute wait. Very reasonable pricing for what you get and how you feel after, around 10,000 KRW per dish.

Noodle’s deliciously chewy and sauce is quiet thick and very well mixed with the noodle. It is even feeling sticky. If you like such texture and visual, you will love this.
