Baixa Market

Fun outdoor market with a handful of souvenir (some handmade goods) vendors and food stands. The covered seating area has many wood picnic tables on a raised platform making it the perfect spot to grab a famous pork and cheese sandwich, sausage, beer & sangria. The atmosphere is lively with locals and tourists relaxing with friends. Expect some loud bursts or laughter or even song as groups will likely be a few drinks into the fun as the day longer into evening. We visited in early March while the weather was cool and sometimes raining

Lovely place open till 10. You can get Sangria, Ham sandwiches, sausage, cocktails, pasteis and much more. It's near a subway line, across the street from casa de bifanas and near Rossio square. If you look above you'll see the castle. A lively place full of tourists and locals. Come by and grab a bite to eat!

long wait and rude waiter.. if your friends are in the line for food, the waiter should not threaten you for sitting and waiting! better places to see and visit. this place is no longer the jewel it once was

LOVED this market. I am so glad it was a stop on our Hop-on Hop off tour bus. Came back the next day to grab a bite to eat. I found a place that made my favorite chorizo sandwich and another place that had a pork belly sandwich! There were so many other vendors to try but I ran out of time.

Leading up to Christmas, this outdoor, covered food market opens daily as Christmas Market! The market's stalls overflow with a riot of colors and nutritional value – the vibrant hues of red wine sangria (fruit), the deep reds of sausage and ham (protein), the creamy whites of sheep cheese (dairy), and the unnaturally bright tones of frosted cookies (grains). It is a feast for the eyes, a testament to the abundance of nature's bounty. Baixa Market is a place of vitality and energy. Come here for a quick and easy lunch or dinner and look for all things magical!

The food market at night is wonderful great food and drink loads of choice brilliant atmosphere and relatively cheap a must do when visiting Lisbon

Nice place - slightly overpriced, but a good vibe. Careful on the sangria. Large means LARGE not European large :)
