Nice artifacts from Mexico. Have seen many of their items for sale in Mexico. The quality here is high. The pricing here is acceptable compared to prices we saw in Mexico, especially for the high quality of the artwork.

Free salsa lessons every other Thursday night! My wife and I had a blast. The drinks were really good too. Great atmosphere and plenty of Latin inspired art. All of the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for the good time Mercado369!!! 🎵💃🕺🎶🍻

Great place to view different Mexican cultures, artifacts, shop, drink and eat.

Mercado hosts a wide variety of incredible and intricate works that absolutely took my breath away. Me and my friend had such an enjoyable experience walking around and staring in awe at the works hosted in this gallery! But what made this a memorable experience was Karen. She was extremely kind-hearted and personable; the vast knowledge she held behind the pieces gave the art another perspective which I was SO grateful for. Karen is nothing short of incredible and I cannot thank her enough for sharing us her knowledge!

We enjoyed seeing all of the beautifully handmade art, from artisans from Mexico to Venezuela. The figures decorated with intricate patterns were just amazing. Framed paintings, silver jewelry with lovely colored semiprecious stones, leather-trimmed jackets, and more.

I will post this review everywhere I can, because I must speak up against racism for my daughter. I walked into this shop yesterday with my 15 year old daughter at the encouragement of an older lady walking near us. The disappointment came when the gentleman in the store followed me and my daughter around everywhere we went. He did not speak nor ask if we needed help. He just followed us around the shop the entire time. They weren’t very busy. Maybe a total of 3 other customers at one point. An Asian couple walked in and he greeted them but continued to follow us. So I thought maybe if I walked by the bigger pieces he would stop following us. Surely I couldn’t steal a 10 foot dragon fly. He still stood behind me as I read the little placard on the wall by the dragon fly. If he had spoken and offered more information on the piece, I would have just assumed he was trying to be helpful. But he didn’t. He just watched. Neither me nor my daughter had a bag, outerwear, purse, or anything we could even use to loot the store besides our black hands. I had on workout tights and carried a small coin purse that only fits credit cards. I told my daughter that we needed to go. I sat in my car outside that shop and wrote a review online about my experience. I hate racial profiling and I hate how people think it’s ok to look down on you and treat you less than others. As this was a business with minority art in a minority neighborhood, I think it’s even worse when you experience it here. I lived near this shop for a few years as a child and had many Hispanic friends who accepted me as if I was no different from them. Still do. So I don’t blame it on a culture. I blame it solely on this racist shop. Perhaps they are following the current environment. Perhaps it’s just this one guy’s prejudice. I had to explain racial profiling to my daughter yesterday who hadn’t experienced anything like it in her short, sheltered life.

They we're out of squash blossom so made me some huitlacoche quesadillas, and, I believe, even gave me a discount. Good food, very accommodating to vegetarians, excellent service and we were the ONLY table there between noon and 2 on a Sunday. Go support them!

My husband bought two tickets for their Drag Brunch for $15 per person. The event site led him to believe the entertainment, food and drinks were all included in that price. So we show up and there are menus with prices on the table. We ask if we need to purchase food and drinks and they say yes. Ok, fair enough- it was too good to be true, although the event page was not very clear about this. Then I ask if we need to go to the bar and order or if we'll have a server. One person said we would have a server and then the server told us we had to order at the bar. I placed an order at the bar for chips and guacamole, quesadillas and avocado toast. And the avocado toast never came. The few servers they had were running around trying to get enough tables and chairs in place because there weren't enough already set out for the number of tickets they sold. You know how many tickets you sold, how did you not know how many chairs you were going to need?? Then the drag show finally started 40 minutes in and she spoke mainly in Spanish. You're hosting an event where you encourage people of all races to attend and the entertainment doesn't even speak the language of the majority of the guests in attendance? Way to alienate more than half the people in the room. And the entertainment overall was just boring for a drag show. They didn't engage the crowd and barely did anything that could be considered worthy of the $15 each we paid strictly for the "entertainment." Overall this was a really poorly executed event. I know it was their first event but It's not that hard to organize a simple event like this with some minor forethought and planning, which clearly no one here did. Definitely won't be back. Head to the main part of Bishop Arts instead where you can find real good food and actual value for your hard earned money.

I purchased a Valentine's dinner for me and my wife $150 on January 16th 2019. I received an email on February 7th that the event had been canceled and I would receive a full refund. Now you can imagine that this really put pressure on me to switch gears to plan something at the last minute. NOT GOOD!!! Well that isn't the worst part!!! I still haven't gotten the refund yet on the 20th of February at 10:28pm. I wish I could give them a zero star rating. But I will go to the BBB and use EVERY social media platform to spread the word that this place seriously lack integrity and customer service. Cupid Killers!!!!!

Really cool Latin American Gallery! Came here for a tour and at first I thought it was ok but once we got more detailed information about all the art it was pretty amazing! Just knowing all behind the art and different things helps be more interested. They have a cafe as well with pretty good drinks, it was my first time trying our pulque and it was yummy! Try mango Pulque! They're all community based business with great willingness to help out so they host events, fundraisers, kids events and anything that you can think of ! They've been open for about a year. If you stop by make sure you ask for David to give you a tour!

TASTY FOOD!!! There's a bar in the back with food! I had the Pan con Bistec and it was very delicious! Daniel, who served me, was very chill and I enjoyed talking to him! Of course the art gallery is cool but the food and really good too! Very pleased!

Mercado 369 has a lot of beautiful art - including art from one of my favorite artists - Sergio Bustamante from Mexico. The prices are reasonable, the art is abundant and the people who work here are so personable. A great place to find unique gifts and jewelry. Just a quick walk up Bishop Arts to Jefferson. I absolutely love this great find.

Just stepped in from stopping at a store near by. The nice lady walking in encouraged me to walk in too because they had pretty things. They do have pretty items, as I love colorful things. I was definitely followed around the entire time. I was dressed in workout gear, so I didn't look my best, but I do not steal. I purchase. But I wouldn't purchase anything from here. Perhaps it was something about me that made me and my daughter the only people that were followed around. Wonder what it was. Perhaps my attire or my skin tone...or both.

Frank answered all of our questions about a piece of artwork we were interested in purchasing. Timely responses. Very knowledgeable and fair price.
