Mercatovecchio Luxury Suites

Both the building and the apartments have been renovated and are very modern. Our apartment was spacious and had all the amenities. We had a room facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet. I would also like to highlight the air conditioning. I'm not a big fan of it but it was quiet and very well adjusted (not too cool). The ladies at reception were also very attentive and extremely efficient. We had a problem with the flushing, but we were helped immediately and all in a very pleasant manner. All in all, a real recommendation.

This was a wonderful stay in the Africa room.It was really well appointed with a fridge, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. Water, juice and biscuits were provided and a mini bar inside the fridge which needed payment was provided. Air-con was really useful as it was very hot and humid outside. An excellent shower and well appointed separate bathroom with toiletries was great. Towels and bedlinen were very good. The bed was comfortable, although a choice of pillow type would be lovely, as for me, the pillows were too firm. Our receptionist was absolutely delightful, charming and most helpful with advice and even booked a restaurant for us, enquiring the next day if we had enjoyed our meal. We would love to try one of the other rooms another time. Private parking is available at a garage close by. Once we had established the route from the car park lift it was easy. The location was excellent: in a no parking area but right in the city centre, yet very quiet and comfortable. Do try.

We stayed at the Hotel for a night with our little daughter and were more than happy with everything. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The suites are beautiful and clean. The communication before and after is excellent. I would definitely recommend to reserve the parking garage. We were even able to check in a little bit earlier. Location couldn’t be more in the center.

The hotel is lovely. Super clean with modern amenities. Situated in the heart of the old city surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping, culture and locals. This city is a hidden gem! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They made restaurant recommendations and reservations for us with a smile. The hotel was full, but we never heard a sound from others. The shower was amazing! Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a 2 hour tour from a local guide (Tourist Info site) for only €15,00 each! Highly recommend. The parking was easy and only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Many grocery stores nearby. Very secure building with an elevator. Great location, great hotel, great staff. 5 Stars! Would definitely stay with them, again!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and were very pleased with our accommodations. We took advantage of the paid offsite parking which was a 5 minute walk away, as the lodging was in the pedestrian zone. The central location was perfect for exploring Udine on foot, and our room (Treno per Darjeeling) was modern, with a funky decor. The room was quiet and comfortable with a nice updated bathroom and small kitchen. The staff wasn't around much but communicated in advance with WhatsApp, giving us clear instructions on getting into the garage as well as providing restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

We had booked two suites and were very impressed with the Palazzo. The location is great in the old town with a direct view of the Devil's Bridge. (Photo attached) The beds are super comfortable! Checking in was super easy via cell phone with a personal code for the rooms and entrance doors. Contact via WhatsApp went smoothly. The L'Osteria in the Palazzo was super nice.

Perfect Appartement! Very clean, full of details, very practice Kitchen and very big bed. Very quite place you can not hear Noise. We had a lovely stay there. We will come back ig we return to Udine
