Excellent sales experience; transport hiccup resolved quickly I purchased a G 550 (G-Wagon) sight unseen, and my salesperson, Barron, was wonderful from start to finish. He answered all of my questions promptly and even met my friend at the dealership so he could look over the vehicle before I sent funds. The only snag was with the third-party transport company—they missed three pickup dates. After I called both the transport company and the dealership, the dealership immediately hired a different carrier and had the car to me the very next day. Given that I’m 300+ miles away, I appreciate how quickly they handled it. The vehicle is exactly as described, and I love it. Thank you, Barron, for a professional and reassuring purchase experience!

From the second we entered the facility, we were made to feel welcomed. The receptionist was pleasant and cares for our needs each time we were onsite. To add, Barron was such a pleasure to work with. Never did we feel pressured into our purchase. He was all so helpful when it came down to proof of residency for my partner. I am extremely pleased with the customer services I receive from Zion on the service side MB of Buckhead. He goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and extremely accommodating. On the sales side I will only shop with Sean C. I have purchased 2 cars from him and he made each deal smooth and easy. He always makes me feel like a valued customer. I also love the complimentary treats in the cafe when I wait on my vehicles.

A month of research on makes, models, dealerships, CPO standards and overall customer satisfaction before purchasing my vehicle. The purchasing experience was a comfortable 10/10. My first service experience I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what to truly expect. Once I arrived, Mark (Service Advisor) greeted me, gave me a breakdown of the service that will be preformed on my vehicle and offered to order me a car to take me home until service was complete. I decided to stay and work on my computer while also enjoying watching tv, snacks, chips, coffee and other beverages. Mark came to check on me and gave me a status update once the technician started on my vehicle. Once everything was complete, I was surprised they washed my vehicle too. Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead is the standard. 10/10

MB of Buckhead is OUTSTANDING and my salesman, Ali Mousa, was equally great. In March of this year, I purchased a 2022 GLS 450 from a different dealership in metro Atlanta. I didn't LOVE it and after 5 months, I decided to trade it in for a 2025 in an uncommon color that was hard to find. I reached out to my original saleswoman at the other dealership, but she was not very responsive. So after 5 days, I contacted MB of Buckhead and was connected with Ali. He was EXTREMELY responsive and communicated with me regularly throughout each day until he found my dream car. He had my car shipped to Atlanta and in my hands in 4 days!!! The product specialist, Teresa, was extremely knowledgeable and patiently helped me customize my vehicle to my needs. She walked me through the many amazing features of my new car. Finally, Dennis, the Director of Finance, was extremely transparent in helping me choose the warranties that I should and should not purchase. My experience at MB of Buckhead was 100% better than my experience at the prior dealership. In summary, if you live in the Atlanta area and want a a Mercedes, go to MB of Buckhead and ask for Ali Mousa!!!

I'm not really sure why people are trashing this location but this is my THIRD time here and I've had nothing but great service! In fact excellent! I do want to make a suggestion that when you get a Mercedes, plan to service it at the dealer because when you run into issues, you have a record that covers you and the dealer! I've had the opportunity to work with Troy again and by all means, his service is phenomenal! Looking forward to any of my service needs being met at this location. Will always come back!

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in 30+ years of high-end European car ownership. Impossible to get any response from service department. The car was returned with hoses that literally were falling apart with no mention of any issues. I would never take a car back to this dealer. If I could give them negative stars I would. Very disappointing

My car was damaged at this dealership while it was serviced there. After I pointed out the damage, no less than three employees added insult to injury by gaslighting me. Unfortunately, I will need to file an insurance claim in order to have the damage fixed. Lesson: Be prepared to file an insurance claim with YOUR insurance company if something happens to your car while in the care of Mercedes Benz Of Buckhead, because they will NOT do anything about it. UPDATE: On January 13th, (this past Friday) my Mercedes broke down on the highway. It turns out that the repair work wasn't done as promised. Now I am in the awkward position of returning to the very shop that I've complained about. Lesson: Consistency is definitely key in determining what to expect in the future. Known issues are usually an indicator of bigger things. Bad deals never go away.

Below is the email I sent to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. Their resolution is to give me a low ball trade value and to make even more money on the faulty vehicle they sold me last year. I've escalated this to the AG's Office, Secretary of State, BBB and Mercedes Benz USA, FBI Protection Agency, State Senator's Office and Lt Governor's Office. "I hope this message finds you well. I purchased a 2019 CPO GLE 63 AMG Coupe from you last year. I recently have been trying to trade it in for a newer vehicle and every dealership has been low balling me. Come to find out, the Mercedes your team sold me has a 2021 Police Report (theft). This was never disclosed to me and now every dealership wants to give me 20-25K less than the vehicle is worth (attached is the report). Some won't even touch the vehicle. I am very upset and feel misled and stuck with this car now". Make sure you check both CarFax and AutoCheck, since Mercedes of Buckhead does not do their due diligence, you should.

I don't know about the sales portion of the dealership but the service department definitely needs some fine tuning. Firstly the time expectations have been off the mark by hours. The staff members look to have no direction a lot of the time. To make matters worse after my battery change there was a broken level to the back seat. I am disappointed my service advisor didn't say anything about and also I couldn't adjust the seat for my child car seat. I bring it back they give us a dirt ball of a car. Man clean the car before giving it as a loaner. We moved from Phoenix so we know Benz's customer service was exceptional in most places. I believe this opportunity missed the mark.

Now I understand why this location has bad reviews because they are very unprofessional. They do not communicate with their customers, no one answers the phone when you're trying to get answers, and when someone finally does answer, they don't have the answer for you. This is a very unprofessional establishment. I don't understand why a supervisor or someone from corporate hasn't stepped in to take over this location. Next time, if I have to drive two hours away to get my vehicle serviced from another Mercedes-Benz dealership, I surely will.

Worst customer service you can imagine. I called for two months just to have a simple B service, never heard anything back. After waiting, I decided to stop by. I pulled into the service bay only to be welcomed by very unprofessional individuals. I left unsatisfied and so did my Mercedes. Thankfully, RBM took care of me!

I'm so disappointed with the "lack" of customer service received today (3/8/24) from Michael Hoggins and Dee-Dee. Totally unprofessional individuals (especially Michael) and unbelievable they are employees of Mercedes Benz. I've had my car serviced at Mercedes in Marietta since 2017 and decided to shorten my commute from home to Buckhead. ONLY because of the phone service I received from them will I NEVER patronize this location EVER again. I plan to escalate my concerns to a manager on Monday in person so that they are aware of my experience.

I went into the showroom to look for a vehicle as my Maserati lease is ending. While the sales persons talked to each other, not one person said a word to me and there was also no one at the front desk. I was prepared to spend between 160-180k. I would never consider spending my hard earned dollars with a business that cares this little about service. SAD. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Poor customer service. I tried to give them another try because I like to support the owners but it is so bad I can't do myself like that. Charrica Louis was not a good customer service rep. How you make people feel is everything and she doesn't get it. She was not rude but just subpar and seems okay with wasting customer's time and trying to talk around issues vs. great customer service.

My family has purchased multiple vehicles here and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars between purchasing and servicing. The purchase experience has been fine but the service could not be any worse. It is nearly impossible to reach a service advisor or get responses to basic questions. I will never spend another $ here.

I went to Buckhead of Mercedes expecting exceptional service and was giving nothing of the sort for our G wagon that was rear ended. I have been going back and forth with Brett about contacting Geico about the quote that was given to me. Geico informed me that Mercedes SHOULD reach out to them so the price could be adjusted and Brett never never reached out to see if it could get adjusted. Im not sure what the point was for him to order the parts and have me take the car in for him to say Geico won't pay our prices.

Do not take your car there I took my car for tires they put wrong tires and the suppose to be experts I went back for them to see the wrong job they did they finally figure it out the right tired size they dented my car while on their care I flip my coins on them they fix it but they told me they couldn't service my car any more so I got punish for their incompetence P O S everyone in there

The front right side running light went out and this is something that is supposed to last the lifetime of the car. Service guy said "oh well, sometimes it doesn't" and then told me it would be $4500 to fix it as the entire lighting system in the front right side of the car would need to be replaced. I know the days of replacing a bulb are over Jesus, what a horrid design flaw!! Oh and thanks for the empathy service guy!

Top notch! Superb! First purchase from this dealership but I've had my other Benz serviced here. The dealership is amazing! Of course beautiful cars and SUV's. I was looking to buy a Coupe for my upcoming 50th birthday . Searched around couldn't find what I was looking for so I thought about this location. Searched the website found 2019 E450 Coupe AMG package. Very nice! Black with saddle color interior. The internet salesman Benjamin Wheeler was awesome! He was very prompt and professional. Explained all the new gadgets that aren't on my other car. So much to learn . Everyone from the sales department to service were very professional and attentive. Constantly asking if I'd been helped and if I needed anything. There are 18 salesmen all are quite high on demand. Inventory is low on new vehicles in which you can imagine with everything that's going on. If you're looking for a particular car say 2023, you're on a list. Arrival 6 to 8 months. If you're in the market for a Benz, this is the dealership and give Benjamin Wheeler a call.

Extremely bad customer service. Shame on me for purchasing my second car from this location. Rarely is the phone in the service department answered. Rarely are call's returned when you leave a voicemail. Due to the horrible pot holes in our city I have had to replace 3 run flat tires. I specifically ask service department to order the tire prior my drop off date. The last two times this was requested, the tire was not ordered causing me to be without a car for two days. Horrific customer service at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead

I really wish I could leave zero stars. Their service department downgrades the Mercedes brand. I called for an appointment for a light on my vehicle that was an emergency, the only thing they could tell me was that it'll take a month to get an appointment. There was no sense of urgency or care about the customer. Worst service department ever.

Don't get ripped off, call any other Mercedes Dealer close by and they will quote you 50% less. Also they charge taxes on labor which is illegal by law. Don't waste your time or money.

We have had great experience with our sales executive who we have bought two cars from. All the good he does gets wiped out by the service department who are impossible to get a hold of. I assume the technicians are fine. We recently picked up our car from a service appt and it took over 30 minutes to retrieve the car. All the workers who were checking you in or out were left without supervision.

Poor customer service. Just spent $5600 to fix an issue. I received very little Comunication and when I showed up in person this morning the service guy started getting upset and he was rude. I have to tell him to calm down and after that they call me to finally tell me the car was ready. Last time they see me here. RBM of Atlanta provides a much better service.

Worst service experience! nobody calls back and takes weeks to do basic things with no loaner cars as they're "backed up for weeks on those". Do not service your car here. Not the type to complain but I expected a whole lot better from a luxury brand dealer. Disappointed. Wasted a lot of time dealing with these people. Zero stars if possible!

No interaction. Staff doesn't stop to ask if they can help you or anything when you're on the premises. Everyone just continues whatever they're doing or talking. Will be cancelling my upcoming scheduled appointment and spending my money where a business know how to treat their customers

I had my appointment to get new brakes put on my car and normal Maintenance I see some terrible comments on here but I love this place excellent communication with me and the staff is perfection

15 MONTHS & NOTHING DONE I arrived at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead for a service appointment during the week of 5 July 2021, requesting they take a look into the cause of suspension instability and corresponding error message. Between then and today, 29 September 2022, here's what the Mercedes Benz of Buckhead service department have managed to accomplish: - Ignore my calls, texts, and emails requesting an update - it would often take weeks before hearing back from my Service Advisor (SA), who was the first of three that I've since been assigned due to attrition, though the only updates were excuses as to why they hadn't been able to get to my car yet - Let me pick up the car after six weeks so I could have the emissions tested before the tag expired - at that time, it was obvious that the car had not been touched - I had the emissions tested and brought the car back a few minutes later, and back into the abyss it went - Call me once every 3-4 months asking if they could replace the loaner car (I had four of them over the course of the last 15 months), without being able to provide me with any updates on the status of my car - After not contacting me for months, they sent me a $7,466 invoice for the work they had completed...without first sending me a quote or asking me to approve any repairs (at this point I called my attorney, who advised that I was under no obligation to pay for unauthorized work, but I should try to work with them as the cost and hassle to pursue legally wouldn't be worth it, so I called the service manager, Brian Washington, to review the invoice) - MBOB were so kind as to adjust the invoice by removing parts where they had mistakenly doubled the qty's needed, and removed all but the suspension work for which I had brought the car in - new balance due was $3,034.81 - Service Advisor (SA) #2 called to inform me that all repairs were complete, the car had been test driven and was functioning as designed, and we scheduled an appointment for me to pick it up on 7 June 2022 - At that appointment, the SA and Brian Washington looked me straight in the eye and assured me the car was good to go, thanked me for working with them on the premature invoice, and took my payment for $3,034.81 - After checking with his team on 8-9 June 2022, Mr. Washington was unable to find any evidence that any service work had actually been completed, after I informed him that the car was still showing the same suspension error message and exhibiting the exact same driving behavior - Mr. Washington requested I bring the car back in for them to take another look, which I did on 10 June 2022 - at that appointment, he test drove the car with me in it and admitted that it was in fact not fixed, and was exhibiting the same symptoms as described when I originally brought it in - he then assured me that they would re-diagnose the issue and that someone would be in touch soon to review what they find (they still have my $3k payment) - Just over two months later, Mr. Washington calls to inform me that they are unsure what the exact problem is and suggests that I take the car to a body shop (consequently, a customer has 60 days to dispute a credit card charge - thankfully I had already been in touch with AMEX since the day after the charge was made, and they were more than happy to dispute the charge when I hadn't heard anything back in over six weeks - my account was credited within a few days) - it was only after AMEX contacted MBOB regarding the dispute that Mr. Washington contacted me and requested that I call him directly to let him know when I can come in to again pick up my car, which I did, leaving him a voicemail stating that any time for the remainder of the week was fine with me and to let me know what time to be there...spoiler alert: he never called back - 28 September 2022, SA #3 called to inform me that the car was ready to be picked up, and asked if I could come in before 3pm the following day, to which I replied I'll be there before 1pm - 29 September 2022 (today), it takes four different service department staff members 45 minutes to locate my car, which they bring up to the service bay unwashed, with an empty gas tank (only 2 mile range remaining), and with close to 200 miles having been put on the car since I dropped it off last year Without question, this is the most incompetent, dishonest, and poorly run organization, from the bottom to the top, I've ever encountered in a professional sense. No ownership. No communication. No integrity. No consideration. And no chance I'll ever do business with this dealership again. In the strongest sense possible, I would urge anyone needing Mercedes service to look elsewhere.

I've been coming to this location for almost 7 years getting all 3 of my Mercedes benz serviced. I've had some horrible experiences with the technicians that have worked on my vehicles. Every time my vehicle may need a serious repair the service technicians NEVER fix my vehicle the right way, and ALWAYS create a new issue with my vehicle. I have a 2023 e450 coupe, and earlier this year a new tech damaged the front emblem of my car, and misaligned the front end of my car. Due to the fact he didn't know how to properly take my bumper apart so he could replace a front sensor. Currently, my vehicle had to get a (new steering rack, a cvs joint component, new front brakes, and rotors). The service tech (DIEGO) who fixed my vehicle did NOT properly fix my vehicle, and now there is a rattling noise in my dashboard/steering column. I took my vehicle up here to test drive it with Diego a few weeks ago, and we couldn't hear the rattling noise. Due to the fact the noise come and go as I'm driving for long periods of time. I have numerous of videos that, I sent him and my service advisor so they could hear the noise. He took my vehicle to the back to tighten up the bolts around the steering rack and when I left the dealership I started to hear a (clicking noise in my brakes). The brakes where working perfectly BEFORE he took my vehicle to the back a few weeks ago, and now I have (2) NEW ISSUES WITH MY CAR. The rattling noise is still in my dashboard/steering column, and every time I stop my car then release the brakes they make a (clicking sound). The technicians in the service department that ARE NOT trained are simply horrible and every last one of them need to be FIRED! They are literally damaging customers vehicles, deliberately making new issues with customers cars being vindictive, don't know how to properly fix vehicles, and DO NOT NEED TO BE WORKING ON ANYONES CAR! This is the second time this year that a UNSKILLED, UNTRAINED TECHNICIAN HAVE EITHER DAMAGED MY VEHICLE OR MADE THE INITIAL REPAIR WORSE CREATING NEW PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR! I had a skilled technician look at my car a few times to try to rectify the issue. He was able to fix a few things that (DIEGO) DID NOT tighten up under my car, but the rattling noise is STILL IN MY DASHBOARD. We have no idea what (DIEGO) did to have my vehicle be messed up like this. The clicking noise in my brakes IS STILL MAKING THE DAMN NOISE! All of this literally came from having 1 technician MESSING MY CAR UP! It's been over 2 weeks since I picked my car up for the (third time), and THE NEW ISSUES that Diego created are still there. YES! I've had to take my car up here several times to attempt to get the same issues fixed that DIEGO CREATED! Smdh! It doesn't make any sense that this dealership isn't hiring trained techs and are getting these techs from JUST ANYWHERE allowing them to work on these expensive cars like this. Nobody have time nor the patience to be taking their car up here back to back to have the SAME ISSUE LOOKED AT! The techs are backyard mechanics, or young kids who don't even know what they are doing! I can't believe that this dealership are HIRING irresponsible, untrained, and incompetent technicians to even WORK HERE! These are luxury cars not hoopties and our cars are LEAVING THIS DEPARTMENT WORSER THAN THEY CAME IN! This dealership only care about getting the highest volume of cars to get in the service dept so they can make millions every year. They want even pay for SKILLED technicians who actually know what they are doing so they can repair these vehicles the right way. They don't care if the techs mess up hundreds of cars which is a huge (LIABILITY). They rather get ANYBODY to work on customers cars, get paid, and deal with upset customers in the end since IT IS A MONEY GRAB FOR THEM. This is unacceptable, ludicrous, and unbelievable that the MOST IMPORTANT part of the dealership which is the SERVICE DEPARTMENT are damaging customers vehicles on a daily basis! Mercedes Benz of buckhead ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, and not the customers. BUT........ WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS THERE WOULD BE (NO MERCEDES BENZ OF BUCKHEAD)!

This review is purely about the service department. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This service department ruins the experience of owning a Mercedes. The service representatives DO NOT RETURN voice mails and or texts. The service manager was unwilling to meet me and proceeded to verbally disrespect the representative that walked me over to him and informed him that I wanted to discuss an issue. The check out process is slow and disorganized. I never experience anything like this at the BMW dealership for my other vehicle. I will be having all maintenance and repairs done at MB of Marietta and would suggest that you all do the same. When it comes time to replace this Mercedes, I will purchase it there AND give them the servicing opportunity. I will go to a less convenient dealership to avoid these frustrations. And to anyone that thinks, I am just upset about the costs of maintenance, please know that the car is still under warranty and doesn't cost me anything. Stay away from MB of Buckhead.

I took my car in to get the tires rotated. The tires were installed here 16 months ago. The estimate was $55 when every tire installer rotates their tires for free. Two hours and 24 minutes later, I'm told the car is ready, but not out of the car wash yet. I asked for a tire rotation. I did NOT ask for a 972 point safety inspection. I did NOT ask for a car wash. I arrived for my 8AM appointment at 7:45 and totally expected this to take 30 minutes. There is no way a tire rotation should take 2 and a half hours, ever. My time has value too. Never again.

DO NOT I REPEAT !!DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here to get serviced . First off, I took my truck to Mercedes Buckhead for a recall , a couple of days later I realized it was dripping oil, I hadn't driven it since I parked it in the garage the day it was serviced . I contacted MB Buckhead and was told that it had nothing to do with the recall . My car wasn't leaking anything until MB Buckhead touched it ! So I reached out to the service manager, Brian Washington and he told me to bring my car back and they would look at it . Once I did the service advisor that was helping me (NOT MY NORMAL SERVICE ADVISOR ) ask me to walk with him to the service department so he can show me the leak , once we got there the mechanic (nice female) advised me that the leak was coming from the filter ,an getting an oil change should take care of the leak , Obviously that's not what the service advisor wanted her to tell me because he looked at her and said and it's another leak and she replied oh you want me to put that on there . I knew then I had no leak and I decided at that point I would take my car someplace else to get a second opinion . I was very upset I was told that because I knew it wasn't true . Long story short I took my car to a reliable MB service center, and it was confirmed that I did not have an oil leak at all . MB Buckhead LIED just to get my money ! When I say this place needs to be out of business, I mean it 100% . I will update with the advisor name shortly . This place gives Mercedes a bad name . AVOID AT ALL COST . And I hope MB Buckhead try to defend this I have receipts that I will definitely post .

I've owned a few different Mercedes over the past three years living here & I've never been to a dealership with worst customer service than this one. They never answer the phones, techs complain about helping customers, never friendly. My service tech told me my warranty on my tires were taking too long to approve my new tire so I could just figure it out myself.

Amazing time at MB Buckhead buying my GLB250 working with Alvin Gomez and Byron Simmons. I kid you not, my appointment to finalize my vehicle purchase was at 1 and I was out at 1:37. I was actually having a great time so I didn't need to leave so early but I was astounded at the professionalism, knowledge, and customer service by Alvin, Byron, and all of MB Buckhead! Highly recommend; if I could give 6 stars, I would!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nobody knows anything until you ask them 5-6 times. Michael is super unhelpful and acts like he doesn't understand yes/no questions. Tevin doesnt care about policies or his job, he probably just works there to get by. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Benz demanded the registration thats in another state. Meanwhile i gave then the contract to the vehicle i pay on every month. I highly recommend to find a different location to bring your vehicle to or purchase from a different dealership

In a time where it really is a sellers market for cars I never felt a sense of smugness from my sales rep or any of the other people I encountered. I wished for a better price but hey it's a Mercedes and I got the car I was looking for within a couple of days. Scott C, my sales rep, was very open and transparent about the whole thing. He's very upstanding and communicates very well. Class act! Delivery was seamless and the sales and finance depts are cohesive. I have had some initial dealings with the service drive and will be careful about confusing the star rating for my sales experience. I do look forward to a long lasting relationship with MB of Buckhead.

I worked with Ali to trade my car for a G Wagon. She worked very hard for me and at no point did I feel pressured. My experience with Ali and the dealership in general was far superior to my past dealership experiences. I feel like they were accommodating and honest. I would definitely return for another car and also recommend this shop. Ask for Ali, she's terrific!

Her knowledge base and customer service were so impressive, that I felt evermore confident knowing I could trust her suggestions, and expertise when making my purchase. This review is for the service department, which impacts my unwillingness to ever return to the dealership as a customer who is in market to buy a new Benz: My car arrived the night before for a 9:30am appointment, which I made two weeks in advance, specifically for a Mercedes recall issue. By 3pm, they hadn't even looked at my car nor acknowledged that it was there. There are two issues with my car: one was a recall issue and the other was a new rattling noise, for which I approved the diagnosis charges. Because they got to the car so late, they had to keep it overnight. I have two small children who need to get to school. Not only was I not offered a loaner, but they wouldn't even make a reservation of my behalf so I could get a discount at Enterprise rental car. All next day, I hadn't heard anything. So, I finally called at 4:15pm and was told that the recall issue requires parts that "may be out of stock for months." I asked, "what about the rattling noise?" Leo said that it "may" be related to the recall so he's not going to charge me. In other words, they never bothered to look. Leo also told me I could pick up my car but must arrive by closing -- giving me only 30 minutes to get to Buckhead in rush hour. Remember, HE NEVER CALLED ME. They had my car for two days, while I was stranded with small children without transportation -- AND DID NOTHING. They never gave me advice on if the recall issue is serious - should I continue to driving my car? Did he even order the parts? He tells me to go to the Mercedes website to look up the recall issue. WHY DID YOU LET ME MAKE AN APPOINTMENT for the recall issue if you never had the parts to fix it? When I had originally made the appointment they asked for numerous details including the VIN. Why did you let me leave that shop without even looking at the rattling noise? Very irresponsible! I may need a buy or lease, what will be my 4th Mercedes. But this is one dealer who will never get my business.

This review is long overdue! I'm not longer in ATL but if you're looking for a Mercedes this is a great place to look. Alissa is amazing! She was so patient the day I bought the care and really did her best to find the right vehicle that was in my price range. She has helped me as well after purchasing the vehicle with answers to my questions and responds to my messages in a timely manner. Ask for her I promise she'll do her very best to accommodate you. Every time I came in I was treated with the best customer service. The very attractive gentleman who works in service was always there when I pulled my car in. Always good vibe when I go there. The receptionist as well, talk with curly short hair, is so professional and welcoming as well. So sad I don't have their names to give better recognition!

Bree was so sweet and funny . She wasn't my advisor but did a good deed for me. She's definitely an asset to the company!!!

Actually the whole reason I had posted was to warn others that you are the most corrupt dealership in the sea of corrupt dealerships because you do not keep your word for 1 hour of work to do a simple diagnostics check on a vehicle you are supposedly the expert in. Then when came back with no valid reason for the electrical issue (a total waste of your double other dealer diagnostic charge) I was wanting to take my vehicle and run but your silver tongued devil salesperson service guy who has been stealing for life from all Atlanta area people who mistakenly trust him, convinced me to try 1 more hour w your super 20+ yr experience mechanic (why didn't you do that the first time when debated with you 45 minutes if you could actually perform a legitimate service of finding the root cause) which assured me extensively would locate the problem bar none. When all you did is state the obvious that at some point it had had flood damage and been repaired (carfax told you so) and instead of 1 hour more you took 5 hours which was the mandatory retainer but asked that you do not go over 1 hour and give me full report of your "expert" which you deliberately failed to do in order to lie, cheat, steal (your motto). Instead of informing me at the 1 hour mark as you had agreed, you chose to not give a damn about customers and keeping your word, and went on vacation. It must be nice to travel the world on other people's dime by willfully robing them, that is until God, karma and the universe kicks you in the ass, thereby the harm you do unto others comes back to be bricks on your head 10 fold. I don't know if you guys will ever learn the lesson until tragedy strikes you down, but unfortunately you made your bed and now will have to feel the pain you have administered upon the public time & again. When it undoubtedly comes just say, "Yeah I deserve this for all the wrong I have done in life." Anyway a vehicle easily worth $6500 I sold to the Nigerians for $3000 and they shipped it overseas. Touching base with them about a month later they relayed to me that that real mechanics over there put $600 into the GL450 and it drives like new with a perfect interior. Moral of the story: Car Dealers are scumbags, worse that Lawyers and Politicians, and Mercedes of Buckhead is the mirror mirror on the wall who is the ugliest scumbag of them all. Feel confident I've cost them at least couple hundred thousand dollars by recantng the story to my friends and family who all buy luxury cars and to never ever deal with such treacherous snakes and to let others know. Hit them where it really hurts like they did to you - in the pocketbook. C'est la vie!

Worst experience ever. Its very unfortunate that I do not trust this service department to ever work on my car again. On our very first visit (Saturday morning around 0730, thinking we would be in and out in no time flat not since they open at 8am on Saturday's). All we needed was a complete diagnostic and to see why the battery light goes on and off. Sounds like a new battery to me but Im no expert but our advisor (Brett Weaver) quickly stated that they don't do those type of things on Saturday's. So, we had no problem leaving the car. Days passed with no update but after contacting the manager we got a text. Our advisor wasn't big on communication. Finally the advisor informed us that we needed 2 tires, brakes, a battery and something else that costed around $2,400.00. No problem, we happily paid that because we trusted The Mercedes of Buckhead that family, golf buddies, sorority sisters and friends swore by. Wow! Shame on me. It took 2 weeks to get my car back from THAT shop visit. A few days later, my car had to be towed back to their shop because the battery light came on before I got home and this time it appears that it just sat at the shop for an additional 3 weeks as my advisor (Brett Weaver) constantly lied to me stating that they were still trying to figure out the issue ... doing 7 mile test drives and every thing.... but the reality was, they never even touched my car. To this day, they still haven't given me any paperwork on what they did to my S550. We initially took it in for a battery light issue and it stayed there for 2 weeks - for me to get it back and the battery light came back on before I got home. Plus, the backseat panel (where the 2nd battery is located) was still laying in the trunk and had not been affixed to the rear seat as it should have been IF THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. As it was returned to Mercedes of Buckhead, it remained there for another 3 weeks and at no time was I even offered a Loaner vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, not only could they not find the new key that I purchased for approximately $590.00, but my advisor Brett Weaver never even spoke to me. No apology, No explanation, No nothing. How's that for Quality Customer Service..... They had no paperwork on my car and to top it off, as my daughter drove it home, the battery light came back on (after I paid for a new battery and installation from them); PLUS, the tire pressure in each tire was different. This entire experience was horrible. This time, the service manager (Mr. B. Washington) personally came to my home and brought me a small SUV as he drove my car back to their shop to finally get things right. My new Advisor was awesome (Mr. Will Lane). He created a workup which included 2 wheels that were cracked which was news to me because I never had tire pressure issues before and they weren't cracked when I brought them in because had they been, I'm sure they would have mentioned that to me when they put the new tires on the during the 1st 2 week stay at the shop. But Thanks Will Lane for making things right with that. That's the best part of this entire debacle. So, last night they brought my car back to retrieve their SUV - 2020 GLC300 and I was so upset that I cried infront of the driver who delivered my car. This experience brought on undue anxiety for me and it was quite overwhelming. The driver tried to close the door and the automatic door closing system wasn't working properly and I couldn't hold my tears back any longer. He didn't know what to do so he called my advisor. There was no way I would trust them with my car after so many weeks of this and that. I was done. I just couldn't believe this was happening to me. I'm sure the advisor heard me crying in the background as the driver was asking him what should he do so I just went into my home to let it all out and regain my composure. I came out and apologized to the driver who was such a sweetheart (Dionte). He understood my frustration but he didn't have a clue about my experience. When he left, I thought, hmmm... let me drive it around the block to see how it feels and OMG NOW THERE IS A RATTLING/ CHIRPING noise / sound inside that car that's ridiculous and I have no idea where its coming from. Nope, its never been here before - total new issue. This is UNBELIEVABLE!! I have no idea what they have done to my car but now I feel like its been sabotaged or something because I complained about not being treated fairly by my advisor. Its very unfortunate that I can't trust Mercedes of Buckhead. I'm so sad that it has come to this. I regret ever having trusted this Service Center and its advisor. This is the worst vehicle service experience of my life and I pray that no one else is ever treated in this manner again by any service center. I hope this message makes sense because tears are flowing as I write this review.

This review is of the service department. This is the worst run service department I have ever experienced in 35 years of car ownership. People do not call you back. Their hours are until 6 PM and they often do not answer the phone after 5 PM. The service representatives are not committed to doing a good job. I tried to meet with the manager at one point and he would not meet me with me face-to-face.

Brought my first Benz vehicle. A beautiful AMG GLE 53. My experience there with everyone was great. From the moment I called in to inquire it was a great experience. My sale person was Mell Daggs !! A+ ! Top notch customer service ! Superb communication ! Just overall an amazing lady!! Reach out and ask for her ! You will be blown away

I have had a terrible experience with Mercedes-Benz Buckhead dealership. I bought my car last year January 2022. I have had nothing but issues with this car since then . I took my car to Mercedes-Benz Buckhead for service because something is continuously draining my battery. They did a battery replacement in March 2022. This issue has still occurred since then. I reached back out to the dealership due to the ongoing issue. I was experiencing to only be told that I am in need of another battery AGAIN. Not to mention the dealership never has any appointments available and it is extremely hard to get in contact with the service department. They never answer the phone. They keep your car for weeks at a time and never have any loaners available. My service provider was Troy. Troy told me that they did not compensate for rentals either. This is 3 time I've been without a car for days. This dealership is terrible. I wish I could stop there but once again after I had the same issue occur. It is now April 2023. I had to take my car to be seen again about the same issue four times with in a year September, November, March, and April. I had to tell the dealership to do a thorough diagnostics because it is not normal to have three batteries within a year span. I have been so stressed out. My car is not safe or reliable. I have been stranded multiple times as well as missed work due to my car constantly not starting and no way to get there. Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead only concern was charging me $536 for a battery they would be replacing for a third time within a year. Obviously it's not the battery. I'm so disappointed in the quality experience I have received from this dealership and also being sold a defective car Or batter.

I thought this was going to go horribly wrong but turned out to be the best car buying experience I've had. To set some context this is the 15th Mercedes I've bought so I already liked the cars. I showed up wanting to go for a test drive in a new model based on some mailings I'd had about turning my current on in early. When I arrived my sales person wasn't available and the new guy disappeared for nearly 30mins while they found the car, the vehicle was then not charged (it was electric) so I didn't really get to try it out. I also wanted to drive a different version of my current car, this is when it became clear that the new sales guy could not have been more helpful, we ended up test driving 4 vehicles before discovering that the one I really wanted was actually sitting in the showroom floor. The guys somehow rejiggered all the cars and got it out for me and I left with a new car that day. The best part was they were able to take care of all the paperwork, old lease etc and made it EASY!
