Merchants Manor Hotel & Spa

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break here and will be returning in the future. |We were met by very friendly, helpful staff who got us checked in and showed us around. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed huge! Plenty of towels and hot water, tea making facilities and lovely toiletries in bathroom.|The bar area and breakfast room are beautifully decorated ready for christmas with an open fire making it very cosy.|Breakfast was lovely with everything you could need served by a very nice lady. Really set us up for the day.|Pool and gym very handy after a day out exploring.|Short walk into town which was nice, a bit of a hill coming back but nothing too bad. Lots of shops and eating places to visit.|Would highly recommend!

Just came back from a lovely birthday weekend away and we already can't wait to return. Everything about this hotel is brilliant, the room was lovely, the food was excellent and every member of staff was so friendly and couldn't have done any more for us. We also had full body massages as part of our stay and they were one of the best we've ever had. Incredible Sunday roast! The best part is this place was a good £200 cheaper than other options in the area.

My daughter and I have had a wonderful time at Merchants Manor Hotel. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, close to the local beach, but only 5 minutes from the town centre. The room was clean, with all the facilities we need to make our stay a very enjoyable one. The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially if we needed to have breakfast earlier in the morning. The pool and spa are an extra bonus. I had one of the spa treatments which was excellent. It's definitely a hotel I would love to return to.

Celebrated our one year anniversary here and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful ensuring our weekend away was perfect. The spa facilities were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was absolutely stunning with a beautiful balcony view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too. Thank you to all who made our stay really special.

Wanted to share our wonderful experience we had today on our mid week spa pamper day. Staff were very friendly and excellent service given to us. They ensure our day was a day to remember!!|The hotel itself is architectural beautiful. The reception, library, restaurant are decorated in lovely colours and with the Xmas Trees and lights.|Would remember this hotel and facilities.

The location, breakfast room and bathroom were amazing – very peaceful. First, I was a little disappointed that our room was on the ground floor with limited light, but the black cat made an appearance, and she made my day, such a sweet kitten. We also enjoyed the swimming pool; however, there was a strange smell in the changing room with the showers. The garden was lovely and quiet, with a perfect spot to enjoy the sun. We are thankful to the housekeepers who made our bed every day, we truly appreciate it. In the hall near the staircase, there was a delightful fragrance every day!

I stayed at Merchants Manor for a special week (birthday and seeing a Falmouth friend for the first time in 2 years). On my arrival I was greeted by the wonderful Simon who surprised me with a room upgrade! During my stay all of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. Breakfast was spot on and the room was amazing. Ben and Simon you were fabulous. Thank you 🌟

Staff fantastic, facilities amazing, food delicious, accommodation spacious, clean & luxurious. Reception staff amazing - we were upgraded. All staff we came into contact with were friendly & helpful. The food was delicious and the gym spa facilities exceeded our expectations. Lots of top equipment in the gym.
