Impress with the staff hospitality and well manner. the check-in / check-out process is simple and fast. The room is clean and neat with new facilities. The bed is fantastic with comfy and large ones (Larger than king size). The lighting is good and bright, just only a few electricity plugs provided.

Although the building is a bit old, the room is very clean and spacious. Air conditioning and hot water are no problems. Above all, staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have shuttle buses to some locations for free. It's really nice.

Night bizarre is amazing. Mercure hotel had the biggest and comfiest beds. Old fashioned lovely hotel. Staff were amazing nothing was a bother. Easy to get about tuk tuk taxi or walk. The night markets and food markets fantastic. The locals are so nice and respectful so friendly.

Decent yet Old Hotel in Chiang Mai This hotel is quite old. And the maintenance doesn't going really well. The furniture - interior of the whole building was old. But it still decent place to stay. The location was great, easily access from the airport. Just besides the hotel you'll find a supermarket. The room's big & comfortable enough. The breakfast doesn't have that much option. But still good quality. ☆ General Review ● Food 8 / 10 ● Ambience 7 / 10 ● Service 7 / 10 ● Cleanliness 8 / 10 ☆ Benefit for Accor Plus Member ● Free Breakfast ● Room Upgrade ● Welcome Drink ● Welcome Snack & Letter ● Early Check-In - Late Checkout

5 Star staff working a 1 Star hotel. |Needs deep clean and total renovation. |Shower floods toilet floor. |Safe not working. |Rooms are dirty. |TV Chanel are mostly 3 world news, no movies channel are none existent |Food quality is poor. |Surprised it still is a Mercure brand. |Been a Platinum member I would not stay or recommend this hotel.

I really want to love this place and rate it higher because of the staff. The staff make this place! They celebrated my daughters birthday and every day saying hello and helping us with loading taxis and bringing in bags etc The hotel itself is tired. The breakfast is definitely one you can skip. The rooms have terrible shower pressure, water that just doesn’t get hot, old furniture and one of the three rooms we had over three weeks had some ants. Housekeeping for those in a long stay is sometimes non-existent. They would come by at 5 or 6pm and had already run out of clean towels for the day. A family of six we would usually only be given two. On the positive side, they can offer interconnected rooms and the deluxe rooms have 8ft wide beds. Yes 8ft! Two Adults and four kids slept side by side comfortably.

Everything was great, we even got a free upgrade. The staffs are amazing and very welcoming. They even extended our check out time by 2/3 hours. The only complain of the place is the water pressure in the shower and washroom of the rooms. The water pressure is fine downstairs in the lobby but in the room the pressure in very low which makes the entire experience a little difficult. Many of the people have already complained the about the water pressure in the washroom and shower but unfortunately the problem has not been fixed yet. This needs to be fixed! Otherwise everything else was great!

5 star staff working in a 1 Star hotel. Must be the worst hotel I have stayed in. Shower floods toilet floor. Safe not working. In need of a deep clean through out. TV Chanel's are nothing but 3rd word news. Music in restaurants is depressing. Sums up my experience.
