Mercure Chiang Mai

Mercure Hotel Chiang Mai welcomed us very warmly. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made our stay comfortable from the start. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed, the rooms are clean, and everything we needed was easy to arrange. We really enjoyed our time here — it felt comfortable and convenient in every way. Thank you to the team for the good service and kind attitude. We would be happy to come back again ☺️

This is a very interesting hotel with friendly staff and spotless rooms. Thought it’s a bit old property, however the rooms are well maintained, spacious, spotless and comfortable beds. Upon arrival, check-in was fast and rooms were pre allotted with upgrades. A very friendly and attentive staff, all request fulfilled immediately with lot of care and urgency. Initially I planned to stay for 1 day as my other colleagues were staying at Novotel, after experience wonderful service and friends staff, i decided to extend my stay at this hotel. Liked the amenities, welcome fruits, bathrobe, slippers, body lotion. Overall a wonderful stay at this hotel. Breakfast was decent nothing special. A regular local and continental breakfast to cater everyone.

We have had a wonderful experience in Mercure Chiang Mai. The staff are especially a highlight. They have been very friendly and kind. Hotel reception were able to solve any of our issues instantly. The hotel is also 15 min walking distance from the city centre with nearby shops and restaurants right next to Mercure. I would definitely revisit this hotel on my next visit to Chiang Mai

Our stay at the Mercure Chiang Mai has been amazing. Our experience with staff have been a highlight. Hotel reception have been very helpful and kind. The rooms are older but spacious, clean have a good style. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors of Chiang Mai. I will definitely stay here again

Very old hotel (to give you an idea: old fashionned physical keys). poor breakfast: very few fresh fruits (no taste), pancakes warmed in microwave. Not matching Mercure' standards. Safety rules not respoected in the swimming pool area (kids playing and jumping alone). Decoration from the 70's. Website pictures not matching with reality.

This is an older hotel with spacious rooms and most amenities you would expect minus a gym. The room was clean with high quality linens and a big comfortable bed. The shower had very little cold water so it was difficult to get the right temperature and it had a constant drip. Hooks and towel hangers were lacking. There were plenty of outlets and the lighting was nice. The breakfast buffet had lots of options with average quality. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good if you want to be by the old city (north gate). There is a Tops grocery next store. The parking was tight but there was always a space available.

The service is excellence. Check-in very fast. Got an upgrade room with super king size bed. room is spacious with international power point. Good buffet breakfast. Very quite location, not busy street. Car parking is limited. Next door is a supermarket Top's. The hotel provide free shuttle to night market, shopping mall. Please check with the lobby for timing.

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Chiang Mai. Rooms were cleanish, spacious and affordable. My bed sheet had a stain on it upon arrival, but that was changed the next day. Elevator door is quite dodgy, beware getting in and out of it. I was upgraded to bigger room free of charge, which I really appreciate! Overall I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Chaing Mai.
