(This stay was booked through a third party.) We arrived in Chur by train, learned how to use the local transit to get to the hotel. Transit worked fine, needed it to get to the old town/ downtown areas and to/from trains. Breakfast was very good, but the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. The hotel surroundings did not have much dining selection within walking distance. Surroundings include a mall and several car dealerships, landscape supply business, etc., and a few fast food places (which are apparently not open on Sundays). Hans & Gluck (good, upscale burgers) was really our only option for dinner Saturday night.
Have to say that the bathroom design had me perplexed. Frosted glass door meant that you probably wake your partner by turning on the bathroom light if you have to get up to use it overnight. The shower door design is almost guaranteed to leave large puddles outside that you'll have to mop up with your towels. Sink drain stopper does not move (up or down) so you can't fill the bowl.
