Mercure Chur City West

Perfectly located and well equipped hotel. The view and the sunset from the ninth floor is fantastic. The beds are super comfortable, the quality of the bathroom toiletries is first class. Breakfast is varied, always fresh food and caters for all tastes. I would love to return anytime!

Located outside the main town but easy to find and good bus service. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, well equipped room. Good choices for breakfast and helpful staff. It would have been useful if the city guest card had been emailed before arrival so that the free use of the buses could have used to get to the hotel.

Very clean and well designed modern rooms. Very clean rooms and overall hotel. Many amenities nearby. Staff at check in were very nice and helpful with all aspects of check in and with directions within Chur. I would definitely stay again!

Super friendly service - the girl Matea at reception was so welcoming and so helpful despite the late hour. Really fantastic first imporession. Rooms are huge and beautiful, very clean. We can’t recommend enough!

Updated review : After visiting the city , i changed the location to 1 star. Away from the city and need a bus to go back and forth at extra cost for an overpriced industrial location of Chur. Buses dont come to the hotel on Sundays so you need to lug your luggage to the next bus stop instead. Buses end by 9pm so u again need to take the other bus stops away from the hotel. We definitely felt the room rates were overpriced for the average mountain views from the low floor we were given. Be cautious when booking , their MOUNTAIN VIEW PICS IN AGODA ARE NOT THE SAME AS WHAT YOU GET. The pic in agoda showed 2 corner window with your bed facing the mountains. What we got was a bed facing the toilet 😅 Really felt cheated for the high price we paid we cud get better rooms in the city. The pillows are weird ... out of shape and gave us both neck pain the next day. Toilet piping is loud. Overall not recommended

We had a brake down with our car near chur. Arrived at the hotel with two dogs and baggage. Swift and effective check inn. All staff incl.cleaning was very helpfull with our need! Very dog friendly hotel! Thank you very much!

Perfect visit to Chur after taking the Bernina Express. The cable car is only 5 mins away from the hotel. The hotel is clean, modern and quiet. Friendly staff with shops nearby. (No English TV STATIONS on the TV though)

Clean and modern hotel, though the rooms were a bit sterile. We had a great view of the mountains which was nice, and it was easy enough to get into the center via bus or 30min walk. Biggest downsides were the 'gym' which is basically just physio machines without any free weights, and the breakfast which was always empty when we went (even at 830am). Overall a decent stay with nice staff, but the facilities could use some improvement.
