Mercure Convention Center Ancol

I stayed 3days 2nights to attend AllPack Expo in JiExpo in Oct 25. Because it is near by. But You have to ask for enterence tickets if you want to enter the hotel area or you have guest that what to visit you. Other wise you should pay enterence fee around idr 35k per pax. The maximum enterence voucher (in barcode) per one room is 1 voucher daily base. So if you want to spent a whole day inside and explore the area. This one is for you and your family. For breakfast as Accor Hotel Mercure Ancol has many options. From Local Food to Western Food. Tasty as always. For the room. It's quite Big. And it has balcony. For amenities, you can ask if you need more than it provide. I got late check out as Platinum Member in Accor plus Explorer. Thanks for Ms Fitria and Ms Isa Lusiana for your kindness.

Our whole experience staying 1 night in Mercure was a pleased experience. The room was very spacious, the bed and sofa were soft. Bathroom was very clean and hot water works very well. Unfortunately some lamps can’t be turned on, the lamp above the enterance door and lamps above TV. Kid’s Swimming pool with the fountain on it wasn’t as clear as other pool. And it had weird smell.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. The thoughtful touch of a personalized message and cake made us feel so special—we absolutely loved it! The room was not only spacious, but also beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with stunning views that made our stay even more relaxing. Our kids had an amazing time at the activity room and especially enjoyed the pool with the foam party. The free face painting and balloons were such a delightful surprise—our children had a blast! The only small drawback was the waiting time for some of these activities, which we hope can be improved in the future. While most of our experience was excellent, the breakfast buffet could use some improvement, particularly in terms of taste and variety. Enhancing this would really elevate the overall dining experience. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, filled with thoughtful gestures, fun family moments, and comfort. We’d be happy to return and look forward to seeing some of these improvements in the future.

I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing service we received during my father's birthday breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to make the celebration special. Our waiter mas retno was especially kind and attentive—he helped us arrange a small surprise, brought out the cake at just the right moment, and even joined in singing happy birthday, which really warmed our hearts.|Thanks to their thoughtful service, my dad felt truly celebrated, and we all had a memorable morning. I have stayed at Mercure Convention Center on October 5th 2025 in room number 310, booking by Andry, he is helpful thanks to Andry, and the concierge handle by Bp. Ongku, he is nice person, helpful and caries all the things what we need, thank you very much to Bp, Ongku! the hotel is wonderful to stay, very recommended. I’ll recommend to all my friends to stay for their vacations

Best hotel for family inside ancol area. Already with kids club and entertain center that not only kids can play. There are poll and tennis table and vr game. The pool is standard. The room is clean. The services excellent with the staff is helpfull

Staying here for a night was a wonderful experience, particularly thanks to the friendly reception staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a lovely scent. While the standard room is a bit compact, the bed remains comfortable and cozy.
