Mercure Convention Center Ancol

I came here to attend a symposium. I came early due to a missunderstanding. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked so I have to walk out from Ancol to find another hotel to stay. It is difficult to find a late night transportation. The drivers also hesitate to pick you up if your destination is very short. So, these issues should be considered by you. However, the view is good for sight-seeing. The amusement park is near and you can use the buses to go around. Furthermore, I think the hotel shop sells many things with not expensive price. I bought some toys because I think the prices are reasonable.

Mercure Hotel Ancol is very reccomended for hospitality in any occasion when visiting Ancol. The facilities is well maintained, kids friendly, delicious food, and helpful friendly staff of course. There are many events can be enjoyed inside hotel such as; face paint, spa massage, bubble pool; etc. Can't wait to stay there again! Thank you.

We’ve stayed at Mercure Ancol several times, and as usual, it was a nice, relaxing experience. It’s really a solid option for a family staycation. Honestly, gak terlalu spesial, but still worth it, and we’d definitely come back again. Lokasinya enak, dekat pantai, so you can enjoy the sea breeze without going too far.||||However, this time breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Mungkin karena lagi peak season, but the variety of the food was way less compared to our last stay. Usually, there’s a kids corner, tapi kali ini gak ada. Overall, the hotel is still good, but the Mercure standard felt a bit off this time around.

My family and I stayed at Mercure Ancol to celebrate my mother's birthday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and our room was ready upon arrival despite it being a busy weekend, thanks to the professional and friendly reception team.||What impressed us the most was the special attention from Ms. Isa, Dwi, Aca, Amel, Nafilla, and Mr. Matsani from the Guest Relations team. They not only assisted with the check-in process but also ensured that my mother's birthday celebration was perfect. The room decoration they prepared was truly memorable, with details that showed their care and attention to every aspect of the celebration. They also provided cupcakes, adding a festive touch to the occasion.

Best place to stay!!!! Family friendly!!!! Walking distance from any Ancol attractions. Located inside Ancol. Nice room, and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good and have many variations. Everything was worth!!!! Will defo go back!!

the room is comfortable, the pillows are soft and the bathroom smells good, Very good and comfortable facilities, there is good service, There are lots of places for children to play and the view is great, directly to the sea. The hotel looks luxurious and spacious, Dela, Nirina, Diki, pak Angga

Our family stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It wasn’t our choice, a relative booked it for us thinking it’ll be a good fun to stay in Ancol. Let me start with the positives: the staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is ok. Now the negatives: this is an old hotel, they’ve refurbished the rooms but can’t hide its age. Shower head was broken, but handheld was working so we worked around it, the grouts have mould, the shower tiles are chipped, the basin is slow draining, and they do not give out hand or face towels. No conditioner either, only shampoo and soap. There small bugs in the room, ranging from harmless moth, to baby roaches, and some other I can’t identified. I had trouble sleeping imagining these insects crawling all over me. The entrance/parking system is also complicated if you want to leave the hotel at some stage during your stay. Basically you get one free entry/exit per stay. If you ever want to leave the hotel to go outside Ancol with a private car you need to pay Rp30k per person when you get dropped off back at the hotel. So the other our excursion to Jkt Pusat to do some sightseeing cost us Rp150k for us to be dropped off back by our driver at the hotel. I should have moved to another hotel after 1st night. We have stayed in other Mercure before but this one gave me the ick.

The room was good, but the extra bed is still use the old one (the coil is too noisy), balcony view is very nice, the breakfast need to add some variation compare the other 5 stars hotel, kids club is good but hate the que management. Overall you can still have a nice weekend or staycation in this hotel. Thank you.
