My stay in this hotel has been really good so far. The overall experience has been comfortable, and the supporting staff has been friendly and helpful throughout. I especially want to highlight the excellent work of NIROJ and SIRI the housekeeeing team from the cleaning team. NIROJ is incredibly friendly, professional, and always on top of his job. He makes sure the room is spotless and well-maintained every day, often going the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. His positive attitude and attention to detail really make a difference in enhancing the guest experience. I’m truly enjoying my stay here — thanks to the warm hospitality and dedicated staff like SIRI .Highly appreciated

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized. The location was convenient, and the environment felt calm and safe. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. “Good stay overall – great location and big rooms!” Stayed at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights for a few nights and honestly it was a really good stay. The location’s spot on — right by the metro and super easy to get around. The rooms are massive (more like little apartments) and really comfy, which was a nice surprise. The pool area’s lovely, and the gym’s decent too. Staff were friendly and always happy to help when I needed something. Definitely good value for money compared to a lot of other places in Dubai. Only downsides were that the lifts can take ages sometimes, and housekeeping was a bit hit and miss on a couple of days — nothing major though. A few bits of the hotel could do with a bit of updating, but it didn’t affect my stay. Overall, really good for the price and location. Zhar and Hala were very nice and attentive to any present or future issues and questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Special thanks to mr amrit jalari and Supervisor klovis his professionalism and attentiveness—he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We also want to give a big shout-out to amrit jalari from housekeeping. They did an amazing job keeping our room spotless and always greeted me with a smile. Their hard work and attention to detail truly made my stay more comfortable. I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel apartment. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped for both short and long stays. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by Duty Manager Mahmoud Sadik. From check-in to check-out, he was incredibly professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable. Whether it was handling requests quickly or offering helpful local tips, Mahmoud’s dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you to Mahmoud and the team for making my stay so enjoyable!

The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is kind and always ready to help. The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially at sunset. The food is delicious and hearty, and we were surprised that each dinner had a different theme. We would like to thank the staff member Richard, who was very helpful, clean, and quick to bring us everything we needed. Thank you!
