Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the concierge service, along with the nearby Swiss supermarket, made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to the bellboy Ralfh, who was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the beautiful city view from our balcony. For reception service, I will give 4 stars. The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

The room was comfortable, well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was enough space to move around comfortably. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels were always provided, and everything was kept tidy and organized. The staff was polite, respectful of our privacy, They paid attention to details, which made a big difference in how clean and refreshed the room felt each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay. The housekeeping team especially deserves credit for keeping everything spotless and well-presented.

Excellent Stay at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights.. I had a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right in front of the metro station.. with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and public transport. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Rooms were clean ,the washrooms, balcony all good & clean. Housekeeping boy Pratik did a good job , thank you so much for taking good caring of my room..

We had a great experience during our stay here at this hotel. This was our first time in Dubai for a vacation. One of the staff members - Firoj was incredibly hardworking, friendly and helpful. He cleaned our room thoroughly, including the balcony and windows. It is very rare to see someone so dedicated in making the guests feel comfortable. Thank you for your service.
