Excellent Stay at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel in Dubai and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right in metro with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and public transport (especially the metro, which made getting around incredibly convenient). The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall service throughout my stay was top-notch. My room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, with both international and local options to choose from. I also appreciated the fitness center and other facilities that made my stay even more enjoyable. . My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. Initially, we were given a room with twin beds, which wasn’t ideal for a couple. However, when my partner called the reception to request a change, the staff responded promptly and upgraded us to a much larger room with a king-size bed — exactly what we needed. We truly appreciated the swift service and their willingness to accommodate our request. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again!

I stayed in an apartment for a month. It was simply amazing with a great view. Great service.... The kindness of the pool lifeguard really impressed me (his first name is Brice). He was very attentive to the customers. Don't hesitate, the pool was also always clean.

A Day with a Amazing Views & Amazing People !|Our second Summer Staycation… We are booked two bedroom apartments upgraded to suite room. The view was stunning specially at night. During check in was so smooth, thanks to Othmane for preparing all and he was so helpful. The smiles on his face makes positive vibes. We are located in 37th floor. Upon entering the room it was so clean, balcony was good, for sure much better during winter. Although theres no kitchen, still amazing. The housekeeping are all friendly thanks to Krishna, Siraj and Shakur. Operator Vepa very friendly. The pool was amazing, jacuzzi was big… Thanks to lifeguard Kishore very helpful and friendly. They have sports-bar with billiard table and band on weekend, Melanie was very accommodating and always wear smiles. During our breakfast we came down around 9:30 and some food was not there. We are standing also as no table, had to ask again where we can sit. Check out was again smooth thanks to Othmane and Rica. Overall highly recommended!!! Great Housekeeping! The housekeeping staff was polite, punctual, and kept the room very clean throughout my stay. Fresh towels and toiletries were always provided. Bhishan specially was helpful and i am really happy with the service!
