Mercure Lome Sarakawa

We have loved our 12 night stay here! The staff has been very helpful and kind. Breakfast have a lot of variety and taste wonderful. The pool is huge and there are lots of shady spots to sit. We rode horse twice and had so much fun!

The hotel is beautiful, and everything is well maintained. The breakfast is good, and the bed is comfortable, though slightly on the firm side. The restaurant prices are a bit expensive, and the service was slow at times. Overall, Sarakawa Hotel is a good choice if you are visiting Lomé, Togo.

Beds are brutally hard. Service intermittent. Twin beds not ready on arrival and staff took 45 minutes to split the beds. Lovely beach and pool.

Overall everything was nice, except for the one detail the hotel did not have access to the beach, we choose Sarakawa thinking we could be on the beach, everything else was good.

Very clean hotel,all the employees are polite. Rooms are very quite and clean too.|Back side is beautiful place for swimming in the big pool or at sea,dining or relax walking!

Brutalist architecture combined with excellent service makes this the top hotel in Lomé. The pool is huge!

Beautiful garden and pool with plenty of places to seat to chill or work with colleagues.rooms clean with all expected amenities. Reasonably priced. The staff is not super friendly. Service can be slow too. Just to note, tense staff is usually a result of the management style...food for thoughts.

It was an awesome experience. Beautiful, clean, and serene environment. Pool was lovely and the staff pleasant and friendly despite the language barrier. Though they didn't provide an electric jug for my morning tea, even after several calls and complaints... Had to use a colleague in other room own( reason I gave 3star for service) Overall, it's a great place to be
