The Mercure Hotel in Nadi is a reliable choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and conveniently located stay. Its proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, and laundry services, combined with comfortable beds and pillows, makes it a practical option for both short and extended stays. While there are minor areas for improvement, the hotel generally delivers a satisfying experience for its guests.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, however in desperate need of a makeover. Cracked and chipped floor tiles and shower screen had permanent mould and rust. Even the pool had cracks around the edge.

Nice rooms except for some leaks, whether I was put in the room on purpose because it had leaks or not remains to be seen. Otherwise great atmosphere, personal carpark, I rented a car and could park just below my room which was very convenient due we are not fans of indian food and could not find much local food around the area except for Chinese. Few TV Channels, nice balconies to look at departing airplanes

Big need for maintenance and renovation for the whole hotel. Especially the bathrooms. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. Location is good. Close to nadi town and also the airport. Hotel security is good. Pest management needs some attention.

Friendly staff, helpful and welcoming. We stayed here and wasn't too bad ,we normally don't pay to much attention on reviews as people write bad reviews when they are angry. Late checkout 12noon. Resort is slightly run down and could do with a touch up the same as the rooms. We did have air conditioning and pool access on level. Price wasn't to bad and you get what you pay for. This included Buffet breakfast which was close to perfect for us but didn't have Bacon, other than that has Cereal, bread for toast , custards ,coffee and tea. Egg station, cakes ,fruit and fruit juice. Restaurants food was amazing for us Garlic Prawns, Calamari, Chicken Pasta, fried rice , noodles and Pizza. Don't get Cocktails as the 1 I bought had NO ALCOHOL $25 . We would stay here again Location great not far from town centre and super market shopping close

Our stay at Mercure Nadi was enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. The breakfast was included, and the staff consistently provided warm and friendly service, making us feel at home. The hotel’s atmosphere is comfortable, though it’s important to be mindful of mosquitoes—keeping the door closed is advisable. One downside of being so close to the airport is the noise from planes taking off and landing, which can be a bit disruptive. Overall, however, it was a good stay with attentive staff who helped make our visit pleasant. Close to shopping centre and convenient restaurants.

Very good hotel, with a pool, beauty spa, restaurant and bar. The aircon works well, you can't adjust the temperature or turn it off, but it cools well. Breakfast includes western and local options. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms going do with a bit of a revamp, but overall it wears the Mercure name well.

Hello to whomever this may concern I had booked room on 22 - 23 Nov 24 (it was a Transit) around 11:45pm some thief pushed my door and entered the room when I started pushing him out he runaway. I tried calling the reception multiply times to inform but nobody answered, later the reception picked the call and asking me are you expecting any guest? 1. If I'm expecting any guest he/she should enter the main entrance and ask the reception about the room number and then you call me to check. I hope this is the procedure all the hotels follow. 2. I had kept all my important things like laptop, cash, passport etc., in the bag just imagine what if he would have taken my bag? 3. If you aren't capable of handling guest mention on your website or stick a note saying thief's are around don't sleep in night and keep looking at your belonging. I didn't sleep whole night and was taking care of my belongings. 4. When you are charging $255 Fijian for 1 night we expect peaceful sleep and safety. Also the room is very average with old toilet fittings and the pillow was stinking. I need explanation on this. Thank you
