Located near the airport and Nadi town, with a range of eateries and amenities in close proximity. The room was slightly dated, but spacious and sufficiently clean. Breakfast spread was decent, and the hotel's staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall a good, simple place for a short stay. Although I noticed quite a lot of mosquitoes on the resort grounds – something to take note of.

We had a great time here! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a mini fridge, good water pressure in the shower, and easy access to the pool. Breakfast was amazing, with eggs prepared to order and a good variety of healthy and savoury options. Lunch and dinner also offered great choices. I enjoyed a lovely massage, facial, and pedicure at the spa, and I also booked a Beachcomber day trip with Rosie’s company right at the front desk. In the evenings, there was a wonderful lady singing during dinner, which made the nights even enjoyable.

The room is spacious and has a balcony facing the garden which is pleasant. The restaurant has a good menu to choose from and the music entertainment provided by the singers were great. Overall the facilities, services and amenities were good and I enjoyed my stay very much.

We were arriving in Fiji one day and leaving the next for Noumea. The Mercure Nadi fitted the bill. It is not far from the airfield. If you have Fijian dollar, you can ask the taxi rank at the airport if their meter works and whether they will turn it on. Doing so, it cost $14 Fiji dollars to go from the airport. The hotel had a private car which charged us $15 to return. ||The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. We both slept well. The breakfast had limited choices but omelettes were cooked to order. A strange coffee and tea machine gave a choice of mild, medium and strong brews. I had not seen one like it before.||The hotel is located along a strip of commercial operations, so there are several choices of restaurants, shops and even a large hardware store in walking distances.||The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had been assigned a third floor room. When they saw that we were seniors, they were able to find a ground floor room as a replacement. There are no lifts and so requesting a ground floor might be useful if you have mobility problems.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days. The overall build g needs further upgrade and other fixtures for example bathroom faucets need fixing. Their sage needs to be bolted on the wall. They were improving the overall surrounding around the pool with more lights which gave it an improved outlook at night. The massages we had with 4 staff masseuse were excellent. I give them 5 star. However, housekeeping and cleanliness of the rooms need to be improved. Food services, concierge and front desk were excellent and overall, staff are friendly.

Good for a stopover before heading to the airport. Extremely dated rooms, and Luke warm shower with intermittent pressure. Needs a bit of an upgrade, particularly for the price paying. The grounds are stunning and lovely to relax in before the flight, but if only the inside of the rooms were kept so nice. Definitely needs some work

Resort and staff were great - staff were very friendly and are a huge asset to the Resort. Rooms are tired especially the bathrooms which need to be renovated. Our toilet seat was round and placed on a square toilet base - moved every time you sat on it. Bathroom grout needs a good clean and there was leakage in the basin and basin plug didn't fit well. Meals were reasonably priced and good selection and food was great.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations — it didn't feel properly cleaned, and some areas were clearly neglected. What made it worse was that the hotel looks nothing like the photos online. The pictures were clearly outdated or heavily edited, which felt misleading. I wouldn't recommend this place unless management seriously improves both housekeeping and the honesty of their marketing. There are likely better options nearby for the same price.
