This hotel is very bad, feels like a prison. It sits in between the railways and the highway, which could make it convenient for travellers, but windows are not properly isolated and you hear the traffic constantly. Rooms are old and dark with very small windows with metal blinders. I came from abroad to visit family and had to work during the day. Impossible to do so because WiFi is almost non existent. I already asked to change room once because of the bad Internet (and the small TV from 20 years ago without Smart functionality). Internet was even worse than in the first room, I had to hotspot internet from my phone (in roaming), and it was better than their WiFi. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful, but with no success.
There is also a smoke detector installed on top of the bed that at night I could see it's light blinking with my eyes closed. I had to buy a mask to sleep.
I worked a lot with hotels in my career and I really wonder how they manage to keep 4 stars with the current state of the building.
