Mercure Nerocubo Rovereto

I stayed at this hotel in June .. the room was so comfortable and quiet and I would like to thank all the reception staff for their cooperation, patience, kind smiles, and keenness to serve me in the required manner. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived at this hotel until I left and they treated me like I was their friend. The bar and coffee service was more than wonderful. I would like to thank the management of this hotel for choosing this wonderful and professional team. I saw them working under pressure from a lot of visitors and they were very professional in managing the work and keen to satisfy everyone.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Definitely not luxurious but the hotel has a modern design. It's location is nice if you want to do day trips to different areas like we did by car. There is free parking available and would in general recommend the hotel. Some downsides: - The card did not work to open the room, so we had to carry both a key and a card. - The locker in the room was defective - The A/C didn't seem to work properly. Perhaps disabled due to the season? - Breakfast wasn't that great as the options were limited

Polecam!!!! We stayed here for one night with my family and we really enjoyed it. The view from our room was just amazing — we could see the sunset in the mountains and it was super relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was great too, with lots of fresh and tasty options, fresh bread and tasty coffee! Staff were friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Car parking included in front of the building and and electric kettle with some tea and coffe set-very nice option to use. Thank you! ❤️

Good breakfast, helpful staff, very good cleaning. Like hotels used to be. In the room some parts you can see some wear. Also next to railroad track which can be heard on the backside if you are sensitive to it. Easy to get to top parts of Garda by car, or continue journey on motorway. Would definitely go back.

Very ample space in our room. We reserved 2 rooms for 6 people and each room was able to accommodate 4; king size bed was separated from the 2 twin beds. There is a small table with 4 chairs next to the bathroom. Our WiFi barely worked on the 2nd floor.

The room was very basic and the bed was really hard. The carpet had stains. During the night there was a number of trains passing by right outside the hotel and woke me up.

This hotel is very bad, feels like a prison. It sits in between the railways and the highway, which could make it convenient for travellers, but windows are not properly isolated and you hear the traffic constantly. Rooms are old and dark with very small windows with metal blinders. I came from abroad to visit family and had to work during the day. Impossible to do so because WiFi is almost non existent. I already asked to change room once because of the bad Internet (and the small TV from 20 years ago without Smart functionality). Internet was even worse than in the first room, I had to hotspot internet from my phone (in roaming), and it was better than their WiFi. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful, but with no success. There is also a smoke detector installed on top of the bed that at night I could see it's light blinking with my eyes closed. I had to buy a mask to sleep. I worked a lot with hotels in my career and I really wonder how they manage to keep 4 stars with the current state of the building.

It’s over 30 degree during daytime and the room was quite hot. When we asked about the defected AC, we were told that the central AC will only be on a few days later(because it might be cold again). We were with a seven month old and who couldn’t sleep well when it’s hot, for me as an adult it was also too warm inside. Opening the window doesn’t help much, and was also very loud. The baby crib is useless. There was no mattress inside just a few soft and thick blankets over each other. We did not use it as we were afraid of SIDS. The room is clean and they have a good restaurant. Just not recommended in a hot day when the AC has not been turned on yet.
