Mercure Resort Sanur

I stayed here for a week during a yoga retreat. Very clean and very calming place. We had no problem with mosquitoes at the hotel. The room was standard nothing extra. The staff was amazing, when we extended our stay for one night they went out of their way to find a room even though they were fully booked. The cleaning guy was so sweet!

The staff are all lovely. The rooms clean but maybe a bit dated, but you’ll only sleep in there as the beach and pools are wonderful. Not much choice of food but plenty of good places to eat within a stones throw. The spa is amazing and surprisingly inexpensive. Would definitely recommend

Comfortable stay.Friendly staff throughout. Breakfast was a treat for the 8 days we stayed at the resort.Evenings on the beachfront were pleasant,especially when there was a gentle breeze blowing. An appealing and very peaceful beach resort without the attendant crowds. There was a continuous stream of centipedes and baby frogs during our stay - most probably from the gap under the entrance door. The bathroom door would not lock. The bed linen was not changed even once during our stay,despite an assurance from the front office that this would happen every single day. Bath towels were changed every single day. My wife had a fall in the shower area as the floor was a bit slippery and there was no handrail to hold onto. The brusing from the fall is still hurting her.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Mercure Resort Sanur is a great resort. Fantastic Location, the staff are amazing and they have very good amenities. Good selection at breakfast and many options for lunch, dinner and entertainment. We spend 2 weeks here and will come back again.

Always enjoy our stay here. Oka our cleaner was great. Spa is wonderful Beach location perfect It would be great if they could start to upgrade curtains and furniture but this is purely aesthetic.

Mercure Resort Sanur is the best place we’ve stayed in Bali by far. The atmosphere is extremely calm and peaceful. We stayed a deluxe room, which was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They were extremely accommodating with all requests that we had. Our room was cleaned every day A very special thank you to Brian and Dedi Highly recommend!

I stayed here for about four days, and it truly felt like being at home. The place is not only beautiful but also well-equipped, offering a variety of outdoor activities such as cycling, running, and swimming—whether in the pool or at the beach. The beach is easily accessible, but my favorite activities were trekking and exploring the surroundings. Normally, I enjoy spending some time at the gym during my trips, but with so much to explore here, I completely forgot to ask where the gym was😌😀
