It claims to be a 4-star hotel. Perhaps it’s true in the western standards, but as someone from east asia, this is definitely not a 4-star hotel, 2 or maybe 3 if I am being generous. The staff probably cancelled my reservation 30mins before my arrival (can’t confirm tho), and informed to us that it was magically cancelled, to charge us 150 more euros. (We had to concede as it was getting late) The room was subpar with non-working air conditioner (due to governmental regulations, as they say) the usb charing ports on the wall didn’t work. And the water from the shower tap wasn’t hot enough. They do provide laundry service, but the pricing is quite hostile (or maybe not in the western standards, i am not sure). A nearby laundromat is roughly 10mins away from the hotel, so keep that in mind. Maybe I am asking too much for a western hotel, but this is definitely not a hotel I could expect in China/Japan.

I stayed here in July for my birthday and it was a beautiful hotel. It gave luxury but yet still provided a comfortable environment, perfect for relaxation. I thought the price was incredible and the location is ideal with very efficient metro stops nearby. Majority of the staff were absolutely lovely, specifically Jessica, and extremely accommodating. There was the odd member of staff that I had unfortunately found to be rather rude, not very attentive, ignored my partner on multiple occasions, and not the most welcoming demeanour. However, we did pay to have the breakfast buffet added and I found myself being highly dissatisfied. It was completely tasteless, and the foods were not fresh (besides the fruit). The options were minimal and bland, especially in comparison to the photos demonstrated on their website. It was a massive let down & I do hate to speak poorly on the hotel as I did still have an amazing stay here. But the breakfast partially ruined it. The rest of the menu was fantastic!

We had a lovely 3 night stay here last month. |We didn't want to stay right in the heart of the city, so chose this hotel in a residential area, a short metro ride away from the main tourist spots. |The hotel is very unassuming from the outside, but has a very modern, slick and stylish interior and garden area.|There was a slight mix-up with our booking, but this was swiftly taken care of by the team at the hotel and we were also given 2 complimentary cocktails. |The room was very clean and spacious, and had complimentary bathroom essentials and drinks. |The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from, which was all fresh and simply delicious. The coffee was 10/10 also! |The staff were very helpful and lovely and helped make our stay in Rome an unforgettable one.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. We arranged airport pick up with them. When we arrived the check in was smooth and easy. The room was great. We liked the location since it was located in a small quite neighborhood just out side the main city. Would highly recommend

This is far from being a 4 star hotel. Perhaps it can be if the rating is 4 out of 10 or more. The room had the bare minimum as far as only having one useful electrical outlet, barely sufficient lighting, poor ventilation and zero amenities.

Not a 4 star hotel. The bathroom in the room was dirty with pubic hair. We told to the receptionist and they said that someone will clean it, what didn’t happened. I had to clean it by myself when arrived really late. The public spaces are really dirty and old. Considering what I expected from Mercure standards, so far. The room space was ok, but everything old, including the bedroom not the best quality. If you have other options I would recommend to take in mind that is more a 3 (almost 2) stars hotel in my experience. People in charge is nice, but Unfortunately is not what I need to sleep well. #allaccor #Mercure

It was an excellent hotel! We stayed for three nights, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. In my opinion, this hotel truly deserves five stars. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Rome.

Rooms were lovely and modern, beds were very firm. The food was lovely, especially the dessert. Bar is very pretty and so is the lobby. Andrea and Filipo looked after us very well and were very helpful. There are some lovely local restaurants and great access to the city.
