Fantastic hotel! Beautiful room and wonderful waterfall shower free toiletries of very good quality plenty of soft towels hairdryer and very modern layout and so clean! Large bed lovely white bedding very comfortable bed with extra pillows. Coffee and tea and kettle large tv plenty of lighting. Safe in room large wardrobe. Wonderful top quality breakfast constantly topped up even teapots with loose tea you put in your own filter! Lovely welcoming staff couldn't do enough to make your stay a great one!!

Fantastic welcome and lovely.very clean large room. Everything you need and wonderful linen and towels and very comfortable bed queen size. Lovely shower and heated towel rail. Will be back!

The location next to the train station means that the "Intramuros" town is about 2 km away. The modern hotel is pleasant with large rooms, large also bathroom with a rainshower, good breakfast choice and friendly staff. |The hotel was used by groups, which did cause some capacity challenges in the breakfast area as 20+ people showed up at the same time.|The pricing seems a bit steep, but Saint-Malo is quite a posh destination

We had two nights close to the stations (train and bus), but we were by car and the car park under the hotel was an important factor for us. Just over the street there are restaurants, so everything in a short walk. You can walk to the plage or the old town within reasonable time. The room was convenient and also the beds. The water pressure is not convincing, but probably this is part of the saving energy concept, so it is OK. We had very good breakfasts, with good range of choices. Persons at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very kind and helpful. As a summary, we were satisfied and had a good time in this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel, especially for family trips. The prices are quite high, and if you're traveling with children, you may need to book two separate rooms. If you're looking for accommodation before taking an early morning ferry, I suggest choosing a hotel a bit farther from the city center and arranging a taxi to the port.

Located away from the historic district but within walking distance. Modern, spacious room with big windows that open fully. Up to date bathroom has both rain shower and wand and includes heated towel rack. Comfortable desk with lots of power outlets but uncomfortable plastic chair. Comfortable couch covered in well worn vinyl. Easy access safe and small refrigerator. We were with a group so do not know the price. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The hotel is well located (across from the train station for those who come by train), close to a few nice restaurants (Bar à Naan and La Taverne with seafood specialties), and a 15 minute leisurely walk to the old walled city. The people at reception are very kind and welcoming. I had a privilege room. The only offered fizzy drink was coke, which I don't like. A bigger choice (like in other Mercure hotels) of fizzy drinks (even fizzy water) is always nice.

We had a nice 2 night stay whilst cycling through. Our bicycles were stored safely in a conference room. ||The hotel is just over 1km walk from the walled city but has the advantage of having fewer tourists - so the restaurants around aren’t touristy. We tried a few and each was delightful.
