The breakfast was very bad. I went down to have breakfast at 7:30, and the fruit trays were empty and were not refilled while I was at the restaurant. The same happened with the cold cuts tray (cheese and ham). The jams, instead of being in individual portions, were in a large supermarket-style jar, where everyone puts their hands in to serve themselves. The milk was running out and wasn’t replenished for over 15 minutes. Overall, the breakfast service needs a lot of improvement.

Well located, nice staff, rooms needed for renewal but still working properly.

No one, I am not exaggerating, absolutely no one spoke English. And this is at an international chain hotel. The property requires renovation big time. Furniture, bathroom do need to be fixed or renovated. Even after cleaning, hair of previous guests could be found in the room. There were no coffee-tea making facilities in my room 508 nor was there a hair dryer. The safe did not work. A light in the “mirror-corner” did not go on either. The a/c position is extremely bad: there is always a stream of cold air hitting the bed. I do not recommend this hotel to the non-PT speaking travellers from Europe or the US. Do pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel this holiday. The people on the desk in reception have been outstanding, helping us with booking flights and other things. Also William in the restaurant looked after us superbly when we have eaten there in the evenings.|The hotel is centrally located, not far from the main bus terminal, plenty of local buses stop nearby and the fare for a taxi to the historic centre costs around 40 reals. The restaurant is very pleasant and has an extensive menu and wine list. Breakfast offers everything you need with fresh omelettes being cooked to order - very good.|There is a nice outdoor pool and a fitness centre.|The rooms are very pleasant. My only criticism is that in the bathrooms in both rooms where we have stayed there has been unpleasant mould on the bottom surround of the showers.

This hotel is good for business trip. Breakfast is very complete. It has free wifi with good speed. It is close to the waterfront and in the vicinity there are some restaurants and 10 minutes walking there is a shopping mall." Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern though bathroom needs some upgrade. Food at the restaurant was also good.”

In September I was hosted at this great hotel. Although it would be for business ideally, my partner and I decided to stay here during our visit to Salvador. We used Uber to be driven around (5/6€ to downtown). Everything was clean and organized. Well decorated. Leisure activities, such as gym and pools, are open to anyone, and they’re very decent. Breakfast was mixed with Brazilian typical and continental. I myself saw the Nutritionist walking in one morning, double checking all sorts of food- that was a very good sign. The mall is across the road, literally 10 mins walk distance. I highly recommend this place, no matter the reason of your stay!

Service here is slow and well below standard for this group here in Brazil. Problem with the AC in the room various calls, spoke to front desk, never get a proper response or solution. Front desk is extremely slow to respond and seems as they don't really care, lacking professionalism. ||Ordered ice cream at the pool, restaurant downstairs was empty but still took them 50mins to deliver, and we had to call 2 more times after order in person. ||||The Sotero hotel in the same area is a MUCH better property. I will NEVER stay here again.

We liked the kettle and the free tea and coffe. The service was amazing, but we didn't like the dirty window at our room. We couldn't see the landscape cleary and we couldn't open the full window. The breakfeast was so good.
