Good ambience and breakfast some place to visit when yo go to surabaya. The staff is good the room was awesome. Either yo need something al the staff will help with with warm welcome. But this 200 characters need to be simpliefied because its too much!

The pool is nice and clean. Even in the outdoor area the ambience is cool because many trees around it. Many Bench and few bedchair. They rarely full. There’s many stall for snack and beverages in the pool area in the weekend. They provide activity kids too. So refreshing.

Location is near city center, rooms are bit old but they are currently doing renovation. Lobby already done renovation and its beauriful. Shall wait are review again after rooms are done. Service is veryvery good. Staffs are very friendlt and attentive. Breakfast is good variety and tasted.

All staffs was good. They had their smiles every times. Just disappointed when i was checked out, one guy assisted me for checking out. With non proper greetings and called my name without any title. I believe every guests deserve to get proper way to called.
