Outstanding Service and Immaculate Stay at Meritel Hotel, Hanoi We had a fantastic experience at the Meritel Hotel in Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and well looked after. The rooms and facilities were spotless—truly top class in terms of cleanliness and comfort. A special mention must go to Anh, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her warm, attentive service made a real difference and left a lasting impression. Even after we checked out, the hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage, which made our travel day so much easier. Highly recommend Meritel Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality are second to none.

We stayed with my family of 6 for 2 nights and our stay was wonderful. We had the connecting family suite and got the 2 extra twin beds in each room. The additional beds were just as comfortable as the regular mattress unlike most roll away beds. The rooms were very cold which was great especially after spending a day outside where it’s hot and very humid. It’s close to everything! Kids ages (18, 16, 10 and 9)

The Meritel is outstanding! It was in a prime, bustling area but was very quiet in the room. Mike (along with the entire staff) is excellent. He made sure to always check in to ensure things were going smoothly, and he sent me amazing recommendations and helpful advice throughout the trip! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi!

It’s a beautiful hotel within walking distance to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Lots of food, shopping and travel agencies right outside of the hotel where one can go to book trips, excursions and exchange money. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop bar and pool. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It made our stay pleasurable. Our rooms were very clean and we were up on the 8th floor away from the noise. The rooms were lovely, however, I’d suggest that the hotel improve the lighting in the bathroom and provide lighter bed covers. The current thick down comforter is too warm and not comfortable for sleeping.

Outstanding Hotel – Best in Hanoi! We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean, well-decorated, and has great amenities. A big thank you to Jelly at the front desk—she was kind, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. For our anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and a thoughtful gift. Truly the best hotel experience we’ve had in Hanoi!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, even though we had only booked a basic room. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. Linh Nguyen assisted us during check-in and was incredibly helpful and kind. He gave us lovely recommendations for places to visit, and even followed up with a thoughtful text to ensure everything was going well during our stay. All the staff we encountered were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful and has the most amazing scent throughout, which added a luxurious touch to the whole experience. If we ever return to Vietnam, we will absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights. Location: very convenient for all the major tourist sites - both walkable and with a Grab. Rooms were clean, with comfy beds and nicely decorated. We had 6th floor Executive rooms which had a window out to the rear, which was probably quieter than overlooking the street but still noisy (but exactly what you would expect in a city like this). Bathrooms nice and clean. Towels smaller than expected in top hotels nowadays. Breakfast very good - lots of choice. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool great for a refreshing dip after a day sightseeing and the rooftop bar is a nice spot for an evening drink. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff was super nice and gave me suggestions on things to do and see nearby. The room was clean and housekeeping observed my do not disturb light when it was on. I went to the gym, which is relatively small but has a wider variety of equipment than most. You can definitely get a good workout in. The rooftop pool is a nice place to cool off and it looks like what I expected from the pictures. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel, especially if you consider the value for the money. If I'm in Hanoi again I would go back to this hotel, for sure. I did a lot of fun stuff and ate at some good places, and it was all within walking distance.
