Meritel Hanoi

The location was excellent, right in the middle of all the shops with street food right around the corner. Its nice to come back to somewhere so cool, clean and fancy after running around sweating all day. ||Buffet breakfast was really nice, loved the vietnamese breakfast options. Rooftop bar had views all around with some amazing white wine options.||Also had Linh as our receptionist who went over and above for us, he gave us the best recommendation to a Bun Cha (vietnamese meatballs) place which was excellent! Such a good introduction to the country. ||Cảm ơn

We felt very taken care of by the team here, from start to finish. We want to shout out to Jelly who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was divine, highly recommend their iced latte with oat milk. We also went to the same restaurant that serves breakfast for dinner as well and enjoyed that as well. We had a standard room which was nice, clean and spacious. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the lake, old quarter, etc. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at the Meritel Hotel. The rooms, staff, and service were all exceptional. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The beautiful breakfast was truly the cherry on top! It was such a pleasure to be there, and I will surely come back again. Edit: Derrick, the front manager has a contagious smile and is so welcoming and helpful. PS: In Meritel, we felt like home. Really thankful to all the staff. Love you guys!!

On arrival Alex and the reception staff received us in a very professional polite manner. He informed us of all the nearby places of interest |We booked a junior suite, but on being escorted to our room it was not quite as we expected, the room seemed smaller and unfortunately smelt of smoke. This was noted by Alex who immediately placed us in a room which was now satisfactory |The smoke was apparently due to ventilation system issue, a person had smoked in another room |The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. |The pool is quite small, but this was expected as the relatively new hotel is situated in the Old Quarter of Hanoi where space is limited |airport transfer was also provided at a reasonable price and went well |All in all we had a good experience and would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at the Meritel. The rooms were really nice and serviced daily. The staff however were the stand out for us, they were really professional and attentive and made us feel welcomed at every interaction. Loopy was a standout staff member for us. The location was perfect for those wanting to explore old quarter by walking and it’s a short grab/taxi away from the museums. I would stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi 🙂

The service was exceptional and the room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were wonderfully but Katy at reception shinned through with her friend yet very professional and welcoming manner. Showing us all the best attractions. The rooftop bar was also very nice with friendly staff , lovely vide (music) and the restaurant menu was also served there. Will who served us was very helpful. We would definitely recommend Meritel Hanoi. Great hotel, fantastic staff and very good location.

We stayed for 2 nights with our daughter and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel features beautiful interiors and a stylish rooftop bar, plus a cool rooftop pool with great city views. The staff provided extremely hospitable service, always helpful and attentive. The location is very good for exploring Hanoi, but it does mean the neighborhood can be loud at times—something to expect if you’re staying in the Old Quarter. Overall, Meritel Hanoi is a comfortable, well-appointed base for seeing the city.
