I’ve stayed at Meriton Suites Broadbeach multiple times, and every visit has been outstanding. From the moment you arrive, the staff greet you warmly at the door with genuine smiles and enthusiasm that instantly makes you feel welcome. They’re incredibly accommodating and always happy to help—no request is too much. What truly sets this place apart is how exceptional they are with high-needs NDIS clients. The team goes above and beyond to ensure everything is supportive, comfortable, and stress-free, making it one of the most NDIS-friendly accommodations I’ve experienced. They’re not just professional; they’re genuinely caring and proactive. The rooms are superior—spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed—while the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Broadbeach with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything the Gold Coast has to offer. Honestly, it’s the staff that makes it special. Their positive energy and willingness to go the extra mile turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. I highly recommend Meriton Broadbeach not only for NDIS participants and their support needs but for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Meriton Suites Broadbeach. We were located on the 18th floor and the ocean views were absolutely stunning—waking up to that sight was a highlight of our trip. With a large enough balcony to enjoy it. ​While the hotel operates on a "service by request" basis, the staff is incredibly efficient. We asked for extra soaps and they were delivered to our room in just 15 minutes. It’s a beautiful, well-run place and we loved every minute of it. Highly recommended! Parking is an extra $12 a day (unlimited entry). Not bad value when street parking is limited to 3 hours. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa, sauna and gym. No breakfast, restaurant or bar. Note, there are plenty of local options for food within a short walk.

OMG! What an amazing stay at Meriton Suites at Broadbeach! As a very last minute booking (9pm) Bernadette and Lauren both looked after us with Lauren being quite an amazing host over the duration of our stay! Nothing was too much and she made us feel like we were family! Couldn't recommend these ladies highly enough. All the staff that we encountered were all very welcoming and with warm welcoming smiles all round. Stunning view from the 17th Floor. Will definitely be back due to Lauren's awesomeness! Meriton Suites, you truly have some amazing employees.

I had an amazing stay at Meriton and honestly could not have asked for anything better. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was absolutely on point, the room and facilities were spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were superb. Every enquiry I had was answered promptly and professionally, and everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to so many Gold Coast attractions and venues, which made getting around easy and stress-free. Whether you’re looking to explore, relax, or enjoy nearby entertainment, everything is within easy reach. I would highly recommend Meriton to anyone and everyone. It’s especially great for families, as there are plenty of family-oriented activities and the overall environment is very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Had a two night stay at the Meriton - the location was great - two blocks from the beach, one block from restaurants / cafes, a five minute walk from Pacific Fair & a nice half hour stroll to Surfers 🏄🏻 The room was great, we had an ocean view with a king size bed, even two blocks again gave us a great view of the beach. Self contained with all the things you’d need for a short stay, balcony, great size pool, spa, sauna, indoor pool & gym - this hotel has it all except a restaurant / bar & lounge area. My only criticism is the bed placed directly across from the kitchen sink & the couch & dining table placed on the other side 🤔 I would definitely stay again, next time for a longer stay.

Our stay at Meriton Suites Broadbeach began on a very welcoming note thanks to Ally at reception, whose friendly and warm service made check-in a pleasure. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, and we were very satisfied with the high-floor room and the view, just as requested. While the outdoor pool was not particularly large, it was still enjoyable on a hot day, and having an indoor pool and sauna was a great added benefit. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. The only area that left us disappointed was the cleanliness of the air conditioning. There was a noticeable build-up of dust on top of the unit, as well as dust along the indoor window frames, which was quite unexpected. We sincerely hope this aspect can be improved, as we truly value the comfort and quality the brand usually offers. We look forward to seeing continued improvements and returning again in the future.

Stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Room and views were impressive. Loved how the lift took you to exact floor without having to punch in your room number. Staff were lovely and helpful. Very convenient location. Thank you for your top service😀

I want to say firstly i have stayed here 3 times now, and i do love it, its just this stay ive not been happy with. initally did 2 stars...but adjusted rating to 3. I think it is fair from my experience. I always come here because I like the location (beaches, shops, pacific fair, dining, tram, casino etc) and it’s familiar, but it is making me question if I come back a 4th time. Staff amazing (aside from cleaners), location again is amazing, but, at check in I had asked if it was possible for earlier check in I understand that not always possible subject to availability, but lady said would give a call if room ready earlier. Then here I was waiting in lobby, no phone call and then I start seeing all these people at 130pm check in get room keys. so im like ok, i think i should approach and ask and i asked if my room was ready as approx 3-5 people checked in and got a room key (i did an inital check in at about 1130am pending availability of room. initially I was told no, but then he was like oh yep it’s ready… then once i got in room it was great, on a great level, otherwise perfect, but i was really unhappy with the cleaning. I went to the balcony and it had lots of cigarettes butts and a crushed can of drink, so as i was leaving building i notified reception and I asked for it to be cleaned. once it was cleaned, there was still butts on balcony outside (still presently there). then today i go to use dryer for my clothes, and it immediately let off a cloud of lint that went all over me (which is pretty gross) - and i would therefore assume the cleaners have clearly not cleaned the lint tray for some time... ive also been swimming and there was dead cockroaches/ and bugs which was again a little gross, i feel that cleaners and maintenance need to do a better job. i have been swimming a few times now and i understand there has been rain, but when you come up you dont want a dead cockroach in your hair. so yes, all staff are lovely, very warm and hospitable and will cater to you, but my peeve is about the cleanliness based on my experience.
