Meriton Suites Southport

Great value & a really nice suite. Comes with everything you need as a solo or duo. Staff are friendly & very helpful. Easy accessible underground parking for a small extra cost. Shops close by if needed. We are definitely coming back. Slight note for the cleaners. As I was a professional cleaner I did notice your cleaners need to have more eye for detail. As we had a view & liked taking pictures, there was smudges on the windows & bedroom mirrors . Also dusting needs to be more frequent. Please vacuum in between washing machine & where you put the ironing board. A lot of dust & dirt built up in there as I used the iron for my shirts. Everything else was clean to standards.

Overall, excellent! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Even though we had the "mini ocean suite". It was still spacious for the two of us with an awesome view of the yacht club, marina the ocean and sea world. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. The unit also has a mini kitchen, cook top, oven, toaster, tea and coffee. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again!

A great place to stay! We have stayed a few times now. It is a great location for where we need and the views are great. Lovely self contained unit with plenty of space for the 2 of us. Would highly recommend a stay here. From booking to check in to check out it was all easy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an unforgettable and beautiful 5-day stay at this hotel. The staff were kind, the view was stunning, and the suite was spotless. I even left my hairdryer behind, but they quickly mailed it back to me with perfect packaging. I wanted to share my wonderful experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. A big thank you to all the staff for their exceptional organization!

We stayed for five nights in a spacious, clean, and well-maintained suite. Our room had a stunning sea view, which we enjoyed from the window. Room service was provided every three days, but guests could request any necessities from the reception, and they would be delivered promptly. Location is also great. Nearby to public transport and some nice restaurants around.

Amazing location and hotel, we stayed in room 4605 for five nights and the views are amazing. Room was spacious and clean when we arrived. Love the fact that the room came with a laundry cabinet with washing machine and dryer, easy to use helped out a lot. A shout out to Manita, who did such a great job with refreshing our room and replenishing toiletries after the third night, a pleasant surprise to return to.

The rooms are clean, well maintained. One extra roll of toilet paper for a 2 night stay was a bit rediculous. 3pm checkin, 10am checkout is a bit rough! The view is amazing. The staff however are all pompous and rude. Three people on reception and a line waiting to be serviced, happened to us multiple times. No acknowledgement, just rude! We paid for late check out of 1pm (extra $100) and the internet stopped working during my work ZOOM meeing at 11am, which is why we had paid for the extra hours. We had to call down twice to get it fixed. If you arent doing a room clean every day can you real;y call yourself 5 star, thats what the posters say in their lifts...

This is a very, very good resort hotel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm. The swimming pool is very clean and sanitary. My wife and I like it very much. There is a big supermarket, Japanese, Thai, Turkish and bar downstairs. It's great, thank you.
