We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Merkur Interlaken. The location is absolutely perfect — right opposite Interlaken West station, which made getting around extremely convenient. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Kristina -she truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Whether it was helping us with local recommendations, assisting with our plans, or simply greeting us with her warm smile every day, she was always there for us. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in our overall experience. People like her are the reason a good stay turns into a memorable one. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Excellent location! Just cross the road to the Interlaken West station. (West and East stations are just a few minutes train apart). Elevator available. Fair selection of breakfast on the top floor with a lovely view! Staff are very friendly and nice.Room is very tidy and neat. Ceiling fan and table top fan available! Enjoyed my stay a lot.

The hotel is located right at the Interlaken west station which is excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating, specially Maddy 😍|The room was very clean, big shout out to housekeeping! and the view is just breathtaking.We felt really safe staying at merkur hotel|Also the hotel is so close to restaurants and local shops.|Will definitely be coming back. 😍

Very well located hotel, right across the train station- walking distance to the good restaurants in town and the bus stop is just across the road too. Rooms are neat and clean and the breakfast buffet, though limited, offers good quality food. If weather permits, do sit outside and enjoy the view of the mountains while enjoying breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here in Merkur hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient being right in front of the Interlaken West train station. The migros supermarket is nearby too for grocery shopping. Plenty of halal food nearby. We were able to check in early at 11am. The breakfast provided was delicious with a nice view of mountains. Would highly recommend this place!

Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The room was cozy, the atmosphere was calm, and the scenery outside the window was pure magic. Such a memorable stay

Not recommended for elder people or disabled since you need to use stairs for entrance as well as breakfast, but everything else are very good and recommended. I love the breakfast and reception also very helpful.
