I’ve had the worst experience in one of their stores. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Even the manager I spoke to literally said she doesn’t care if I post bad reviews. They don’t live up to their own return policy. I’m glad there are different brands that offer quality hiking shoes and much better service.

I like Merrell shoes, I'm a hiker I like to be comfortable when I hike 5 to 6 miles with my dogs, I bought a pair of running trail shoes on 05/10/25 and return them 05/12/25 I only use them for 1 hike on a flat no rocks on the hike and the tip of shoe the glue didn't hold it together, the day I went to buy it customer service was grate, now they day I went to return them, the same person I bought it from was there when I return them, and let me tell you how their faces and attitude change, and they give me this none sense talk about how to use a trail running shoe, now if you represent Marrell and don't stand behind your brand plase close the store and don't sell Merrell anymore, or get people to know better about the brand you are selling, manager is hiding in the back of the store when someone comes with a problem to the store, las 3 pairs of shoes I bought from them are completely destroy after 1 month of using it for what they are for, next time I got back I will bring it to them so they can keep it and learn from them, and make sure they don't promote a shoe for what they are and when they are use for what is promoted for,they get trash, and that's why 05/12/25 was my last time I will buy something from them.

Went here today at noon and was never even greeted or approached. The woman and man, who I assume where the employees, stood at the counter staring at each other with miserable expressions. Horrible service. So we left and bought shoes elsewhere.

The staff was really helpful and the shoes I got are amazing! I love Merrel brand and I was beyond excited to find this outlet. I got some of the nonslip merrel work shoes and they've been beyond useful for my job. Thanks to staff for helping me but also giving me the space to awkwardly try on shoes in my own space. 😅

I have had the same experience as the last three reviews posted. Rude employees, not ready to help, argued with me each time I asked any question. None of the employees had a name tag. I purchased a pair of shoes. After I tried them at home, I thought there is something wrong. I checked the box and shoes; they were for women. I called the store on November 18th and explained the situation. Furthermore, I told her that I live an hour away from your store and can't drive two hours just to return the shoes. The girl politely said, That's fine; you can come in at your convenience. I went there on January 14th, gave them the receipt, name of the girl whom I spoke with but, a man said this was a clearance item and not returnable after. I told him about my conversation with a girl, but he said, I am the store manager; the girl is not here. Not only that, but I can give you the benefit of the doubt and give you an exchange; I said I can buy if you have the right size. I checked their inventory, but they didn't have the size I needed. I told the store manager that you don't carry the size I am looking for; if you can order from your store that can be delivered to my house, but he said we are an outlet store, and we don't have access to online inventory, I asked for a store credit, that didn't work either.Finally, I picked one pair, which was not my first choice. The lace of a shoe was different. I asked them to give me the matching lace, but their rude behavior continued; they didn't put the lace on the shoe but just threw it in the box, and they also didn't give me my old receipt back. After reading the previous three reviews and my experience with these employees, I believe either this company is in trouble, the store is not doing well, or the employees are not happy.

Great staff, manager and his employees are top notch. They always remember me when I bring my son in! These guys go the absolute extra mile to get you in the right shoes. My wife and I have been very pleased with all of the sales!

It’s a good thing I love Merrells. But the sales person at the counter was rude and so busy speaking to his friend that I felt like I was bothering him. Jesse was terrible

Ran in to the outlet .. had only a few minutes, asked if they didn’t fit correctly I could exchange or get a refund. No problem they replied. I have been shopping here for twenty plus years. I tried to return them as I wasn’t happy with the fit . They refused to issue an entire refund as one pair was on clearance. I couldn’t believe the treatment I received. So I wasted gas and time and now have one pair that doesn’t fit correctly. My family has spent a lot of money here over the years and I have recommended the brand to family and friends. Now I will suggest that they go elsewhere and choose another brand. A decades long relationship has ended.

Love Merrell hiking boots. Never a bad choice, they are always comfortable and last me years. High quality.

Bought 2 pairs of flip flops there & unfortunately didn't try them on until I got home. The plastic type material will probably outlive me & if you're a Asian/Hispanic mother looking for a great shoe to throw as a weapon I can give it 5 stars for that as well as durability. However if you're looking for comfort (which Merrill was famous for) I'd have to say 0 stars. I'll be taking my disappointment & money to Reef for future flip flop purchases

Amazing sales!!! Customer service A++ a very well organized clean store, selection is for men, children and women, following COVID-19 guidelines, cashier was fast friendly and courtesy, it's a small store but pack with multiple inventory clothing, boots, shoes, backpacks and much more!! This is a must come to and get those last minute gifts!!

I cant pass up a visit to a Merrell outlet store. Love those sandals. I did not know this was here, I was on my way to Sunglass Hut actually. So I had a nice surprise to see this. In I went. I think they were low on inventory or something, but the selections were pretty sparse. The sale was a Buy 1, second 50% off. meh. Not the best sale I've seen at Merrells. So I did not pick anything up. But Ill be sure to stop by next time I'm in the area. Just to check out the options.

I just love their footwear. Make sure you look for waterproof to be sure you are getting all weather shoes. The staff is friendly and helpful, takes time to answer your questions and concerns. Great winter and hiking, worth visiting especially during sales. You can get a waterproof pair of shoes for $39.99 and if you get the Simon Mall discount coupons is additional savings.

Can't complain about my experience here. Everything went pretty harmoniously from the selection, to the purchase, to the interaction with sales people.

Quality shoes that will last longer then my sketchers. Needed hiking shoes so I bought 2 pair last week. They work really well in the snow. They kept my feet warm and dry so I came back to by my son 2 pair also. Service was very good. They will message your feet and make sure the fit is right.

I can always count on the friendly staff to help me find the perfect shoes for whatever trip/adventure I am planning.

I've always done well with Merrells, whether boots or sandals or hikers. I appreciate this outlet because it's close to home and has good prices. You never know what the selection will be (shoes, sizes) - but I do r consider that to be surprising or an issue because it's an outlet.
