We had a great time at Merrimack Premium Outlets. It’s very family-friendly, with plenty of parking and an easy layout that makes walking around enjoyable instead of overwhelming. There’s a food court which made it easy to take a break and recharge before heading back out to shop. The deals here are definitely worth the trip, we found discounts you just can’t pass up. Everything felt clean, safe, and well maintained. It’s the kind of place where you can spend a few hours browsing, shopping, and just enjoying the atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.

Extensive mall with a wide variety of outlets from clothes and accessories to perfumes and shoes. This mall is home to brands like Michael Kors, Guess, coach, and Armani among others. They also have less expensive brands like Gap. They also have a foodcourt and other food/snack options

Today was my first visit! Great selection of stores. The whole area is well maintained. Public bathrooms are available, very clean. Food court could have had a couple more choices, but I wasn't really there for food. I did enjoy a treat from Dairy Queen before I hit the road. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my shopping experience. I will definitely visit again.

The layout is weird! It looks nice but it's not set up well. I still much prefer actual malls that you walk through vs. strip mall type shopping.

La Vie en Rose I visited this store recently and Sara was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She went all the way into the back and got EXACTLY what I needed! All the other girls were wonderful as well!! All of them deserve a raise or a paid vacation!! 10000% going again!

Great outlet stores. There was a wide variety of shops, athletic, accessories, clothes, and more. I stopped at Nike, Coach, Aerie, and J Crew. Solid deals at Coach and J Crew! Amazing bathroom.

The place is overall a nice place. Love that it's a indoor outdoor outlet. The place was super busy we came on Black Friday got there in the morning after 930 am. The parking was a mad house and to get out of the parking area took about 30 minutes or more but overall was a good experience. The one thing I do better if I came back is park near the exit to get out of the outlet easier.

Wish I had more time to shop. Went to Gap Levi's and the Loft. Purchased some great clothes at all 3 stores. Beautiful area and great prices!

The Adidas store at Merrimack outlet has false advertising. Shoes placed on multiple shelves, with multiple signs that clearly state an additional 50 percent off are in fact not. I have taken two different pairs of shoes from these shelves to a cashier and they stated that these shoes are in fact not 50% off, they just don't have anywhere else to put them. There is plenty of shelf space to put all of these shoes elsewhere or atleast remove one of the signs and put the shoes that are not on sale on that shelf!

Merrimack outlets are the place to go to for quick outlet shopping to hit our favorite Ralph Lauren, Coach, Nike, Banana Republic - had no time for rest but was great trip

First time here. Went into Lindt chocolate and the lady was so helpful ! Croc store was also very helpful with their selections! Very nice, good value and easy access.

If I had to choose just one thing I liked the most about this place, it would be its location. In addition to being located a mere 10 minutes from my house, it's surprisingly easy to get to. Just follow the signs around the huge stone fort of a wall surrounding the parking lot and you're in like sin! As for the selection of stores, I'm not gonna list them all here. But just know...there are plenty. Now, for some reason none of us will probably ever figure out, the Nike store had an especially long line the particular day we went back-to-school shopping for my son. We're talkin' like..."camping outside the Best Buy for a PS5" long. Probably had a special on some celebrity's promotional shoe or something. Anyway, I love the outdoor layout and open walkways. However, I wish I could say the same about their food court. Because honestly, it's pretty weak. From no-name brands, to only the lamest of the actual recognizable ones, let's just say none of us could even agree on a place to have lunch. I think we ended up going to T-Bones or something. Ah well, if you're a fan of DQ, they got one of those, at least. Shopping wise, this place has a bit of everything. Keep in mind though, this is a factory outlet mall, not a traditional mall. And there are subtle differences between the two, such as the food court thing typically sucking for the former. Not to mention, factory outlets don't have Hot Topic (which my son found out the hard way). I recommend this place for all families who want to have a nice, calming view whilst they walk from store to store. They sometimes have good specials, too. Just don't expect much from the limited food court options. I'm giving Merrimack Premium Outlets 4 scenic outdoor views along the walkway out of 5.

I came here this past weekend on a whim and was glad I did! I would typically go to the Wrentham Premium Outlets, but these are only about 15 mins farther from me, despite being in New Hampshire. The first thing I noticed was that there seemed to be more available parking than at Wrentham. I came with only a few hours left before closing, and I had already made notes of which stores I wanted to hit and their closing times--it was helpful that almost all closed at 9 PM, the entire mall's closing time, unlike at Wrentham where a lot of stores will close between 5-7 PM. I realize that finding sales is largely a function of the particular day you go, and I lucked out with a 50% off sale at Vineyard Vines, similar at Banana Republic, and a decent sale at Brooks Brothers. I was able to load up on sweaters, which was my goal. There's also a small food court, although it was closed by the time I wrapped up at Wrentham. I think I'll be back here.

Decent outlet mall experience. I like CHAMPION NIKE ADIDAS and they had two out of three... If u care, guess which was missing........?

I've been a customer at these outlets for a few years now and never had any problems... November 25th 2023 I was racially profiled by the security & they couldn't & wouldn't tell me why they were following me... Even followed me to my vehicle and took a picture of my license plate and still have yet to tell me they were following me.... I didn't steal anything & when I asked why they're following me, they it's private property.... Security is a joke and if not the right color please don't go shopping here... Went here to get back to school clothes for my son. After going in 5 different stores and finding hardly any kids clothes, let alone boys clothes, we left. Had to wait in line for the Nike store (waste of time) and Aunt Annie's. We also had to bail from the line for DQ. Hard to justify that wait.

This outlet mall is located about 45 minutes from where my brother lives in New Hampshire and with some spare time, I decided I needed to come and check out the outlets! First, these are the stores I actually like here. Bloomingdales - The Outlets Coach Cole Haan Lacoste Lids Nike Factory Outlet Polo: Ralph Lauren Puma Outlet Saks Off Fifth Theory Tommy Hilfiger Vineyard Vines For me, there was a decent amount of stores that I shop at and that's mostly just the stores that I personally checked out. The outlets themselves were beautiful and I loved the layout. I parked near Saks Off Fifth and the parking situation is pretty massive (as it should be). The aisles were decorated nicely for the holidays and thanks to that, the deals were in full force since I visited this place on Christmas Eve. There's not really much to actually say about the mall as a whole that I haven't already said. Personally, I enjoy checking out all the different outlet malls and I would recommend giving this place a chance and come do some shopping!

Out of all the outlets in New England Merrimack outlets is by far on of the best outlets I've been to. There are plenty of stores that are at this outlet and it's easy to walk thru. There are covered areas as well to have shade from the sun or rain. The food court has more food at the place from Chinese, chicken, to vegetarian meals. They also have a boba tea. The stores here compared to other outlets. I want to say, they feel like the stores have more items inside and are a bit bigger. The other plus to coming to this outlet is that for one it's in New Hampshire and #2 your not taxed on the items you buy.

I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea for an outdoor mall in Southern New Hampshire but on this cold evening, I'm still here and looking for anything that might be different or unique and also keep me warm. Hey, I live in North Carolina and I'm in New Hampshire in February. Easy access from the Turnpike and there is a ton of parking. The layout of the mall in a double chevron encourages browsing. Park at one end, walk your way in a loop back to where you are and you're done. Easy! There is a free wifi here that reaches much of the mall and that's nice. They also have a decent food court if you have to eat and shop. As is usual when you're out and about, be aware of your surroundings and do not leave your belongings in your vehicle in sight. DO NOT GO TO PACSUN!!!!! The customer service from their manager was un real. she had black hair and glasses didn't catch her name. i asked for a fitting room and she was too busy chatting and saying nasty things about her EMPLOYEES right in front of me rather than doing her job and getting my niece a fitting room and then gave me an attitude for interrupting her conversation. not something i want to hear while i'm trying to get my thanksgiving outfits in order. so unprofessional we decided to leave and go to american eagle instead.

Solid collection of stores even when compared to all the awesome outlets we have back in California. But to be honest I came here only for the Barbour outlet. Barbour outlets are rare and whenever i'm in the area i try to drop in and find some deals. Hot tip: If it's relatively equal distance from where you are coming from, the Barbour Kittery outlet is better.

This is a good outlet mall with most of the big name brands. Stores are spread out and it's the open air format, but not bad since it's up north and not that hot... the day I was there. Don't know how it would be in the wintertime with snow. An advantage for the many families doing school clothes shopping is that there is no sales tax on clothes in New Hampshire. There were many out of state plates in the packed parking lot. And most stores were fairly busy even midweek. The food court is okay. Nothing really outstanding, but better than some. It seems fairly new or at least well maintained; very clean -- no litter any where in sight. For some reason, I was fascinated by this huge moose statue at one of the entrances. So I just had to take a few photos.

These outlets are very nice, if you are used to the Premium Outlets brand then they look rather similar from city to city. We drove here from Montreal on May 16th and it was such a beautiful day to spend walking around the grounds. There are plenty of stores, plenty of parking and something for everyone. If you are a window browser like me, you'll be very happy with the selection however if you are looking to score some amazing deals and are from Canada, you may be sad to find that most things are priced just about the same, if not, more expensive when factoring the exchange rate. I would recommend looking at shops we don't have back home, I enjoyed the Bloomingdales, Columbia outlet and Vineyard Vines for example, however depending on where you live, the rest is the same as what you can find at your local mall. This is really the ideal place to walk outside when the weather is nice and we came here to browse more than anything. Sadly certain stores were just overpriced, Crocs for example only had a buy one get 50% off option but I regularly see promotions online that are 40% off everything so despite being an "outlet" you're not getting the best price or selection. There also aren't a lot of food options so I recommend planning ahead and looking through the website directory for all options that suit you before going.

No sale tax! I took granted of living in Oregon and now I have to drive for hours to shop in NH. We got great deals at Coach and MK. Sale assistants were helpful and friendly. One thing to complaint about is the help desk service next to the food court. I checked in on yelp and saw the saving passport so I went to ask for that. Help desk replied they didn't do that and when I asked to assure, the woman immediately said she could give me their manager's number to talk about that. Wow so aggressive. A simple apology would be enough. After all, it is a false advertisement, either on you or Yelp.

My friends and family have been coming here for the past couple of years. They have upgraded the overall layout and a playground area in the center. All stores I've been in are usually very clean and organized. Ideal spot for Black Friday shopping (get there early). Deals are much better compared to other local malls nearby my home. Will come back for my next shopping spree.

Very nice outlets!! They had an amazing selection of stores and I loved the look of the place. It was not crowded at all when I went and everyone there was following social distancing guidelines and wearing masks. I had a great time and will be returning!

This mall is from Premium Outlets which operates Wrentham mall, Clinton Mall and Woodburry mall. So if you know any of these malls, this mall is similar in concept and type of shops. Size wise I felt it was somewhere bigger than Clinton mall and smaller than Wrentham mall. But it is a huge mall. You can hardly notice the size difference. One nice thing is there is a huge roof in the walking corridor. I believe even when it is raining people can walk and shop. Also it allowed them to put small play area on the walking corridor. Like the food court of other Premium Outlet mall, here also it looks less exiting.

Merrimack Outlets are my go-to place for outdoor outlet shopping. Merrimack Outlets take pride in the appearance of the outlet mall with beautiful wooden beams and coverage and it is always immaculate and clean. There are a variety of stores to please everyone, from stores with home goods, modern clothing, and even food! The stores are well-stocked and are big enough to hold the amount of people that visit the outlet stores. Reading through some of the reviews, many people have talked about the parking, and it's true. Parking can be a rarity at Merrimack Outlets, however, I have always found a spot within time. If they could invest in more parking, I think it would enhance the experience for everyone. Give it a shot!

We love visiting this mall when we're in town. All the big stores are here in a nice outdoor setting that is pleasant even in the winter. Can't go wrong with the selection of stores, prices, and tax free Nee Hampshirite.

"not that big outlet, prices are good though, best part is, its tax-free... ;)" - drove from Marlborough to Merrimack to see whether it offers great price or not, and somehow I found it okay yeah, its tax-free but prices are as like as any other mall.outlets are well connected, the food court is right in the middle.yes, sitting arrangements are there so big bonus for us ;)

The Merrimack Premium Outlets is the perfect outlet mall when it is sunny and you want to walk around and shop. The outlet mall is very open and spacious, with a wide variety of store options. The mall also has a small food court area along with some other food options around as well. The mall stays very clean and maintained, however, I can see it being a challenge in rainy weather with limited options for coverage.

Great selection of premium outlets in a very easy-to-navigate arrangement. Plenty of parking -- I've never not gotten a space, although on peak weekends you might have to walk a bit. The outlets are actually quite beautiful, with lots of wood and flagstone walkways. If you check in on Yelp, you can get a discount booklet. Definitely do that, as it gets you some percentage off at almost every store!

Nice outdoor outlet shopping mall. I liked the covered sections which are helpful as sun shields and to protect you from inclement weather. I received a $5 discount when I checked in, but when I went to customer service to collect the coupon, I was told that the mall no longer honored those coupons for yelpers. They lose a star because of they dashed my hopes.

Nice outlet not far from Boston (MA), one competitive thing about this Premium Outlet it's location in New Hampshire; this means no sales tax... The outlet is not huge, but you will find a decent selection of brands for the entire family.

Went this past Saturday with one specific destination, Coach... The BFF and I decided we were going to buy ourselves new bags. I had went online & printed some coupons so off we went... With our 2 wonderful 3 year olds in tow.. We were dreading the experience but knowing we didnt really plan to "Shop" we decided we would deal... We get there and like many of the other reviews, instantly we thought we were on the back of the place, it seemed weird, but we just parked got out & walked towards the closest entrance looking area & TA DA... Coach was right there... The place was dead & that might be in part because its only a few weeks after Christmas and people might still be recovering and it was raining. We went into Customer Service & I got my Coupon Book (I downloaded a free coupon on line for) but I found out if you just show your AAA card they will hand over the booklet as well... so we rented a double race car stroller for the boys and off we went... As we got to Coach I was relieved at how big it was (much bigger then Wrentham) and they were handing out 30% coupons as the door... BONUS! (I was able to get 2 bags for the price of what I alloted myself for 1) And then we just walked a little and because the boys were being so good we decided to take them to Disney and let them pick somthing out... and in there the sales were crazy too... So Im not sure if we just picked a good weekend or if other peoples idea of retail and mine are completley different... I have to admit I only went in those 2 stores (and Lindt to get some chocolate)... I def plan to go back to look in more & then maybe I can get a better grasp of the sales & actual prices vs retail... Im a fan for now!

I'd never been to these outlets but I needed to go to the Merrell store and this was the closest to me. The outlets are vast and have an amazing selection of stores. I will say prices in some of these stores really didn't seem like a value. I did like how it was like a mall with everything walkable as opposed to the plaza system you find in some outlets. What I really did not like was how everyone ignored the arrows, social distancing was non-existent and mask wearing wasn't near 100% compliance. I honestly didn't feel super safe and only went into a few stores before going to Merrell and getting my sneakers. That store was fantastic and a woman named Amanda was a great help to us!

Live free and Shop! I got fantastic deals I can't get in Massachusetts or most other states. Discounts and great deals FTW. I finally got jeans and shirts in Cold New Hampshire where 50 degrees is considered warm, I'm used to 90 degree weather so it is refreshing to hear "50 degrees? It's so sunny and good out there." I love the friendliness of the NH folk in these stores. It's worth the distance and time from the Boston area to visit the stores.

This is a nice outlet mall in tax free New Hampshire. It's fairly new so everything is new and clean. The mall is an outdoor mall so bring your coat in the winter. There is plenty of free parking. There is also a food court in case you get hungry. The mall has no large 'anchor' stores like in a traditional mall. Instead, it is a collection of small to midsize stores. The stores are what you would expect to find in an outlet mall with nothing that is truly unique.

I'd never been to an outlet mall before so I honestly had no idea what to expect, but it was a lot of fun! There are quite a few stores that don't interest me but there are several that do. The food court is nice! I like the choices, the food is good and it seems a lot more thought out and less chaotic than most food courts I've visited. The entire mall is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I like how much of it is outdoors, so you don't feel like you've been inside all day.

Food court has the most unfriendly people. Super lazy and no one wants to work. We got a slice of pizza at the Villa the guy was super rude and seemed annoyed that we got a slice of pizza. Than the lady that was changing the trash bags was so unpleasant when we asked where the bathroom was. Please hire people that would like to work here and the PIZZA was horrible at the Villa

The average rating is because it is average among other Premium Outlets. In other words, Merrimack Premium Outlet is still leaps and bounds cheaper and bigger than most regular malls. The selections are pretty similar to other Premium Outlets. Not sure if it is because Merrimack is a smaller town, I find the cashiers and salespeople in almost all the stores very friendly and down to earth. Restrooms are clean. And lastly, no sales tax in NH = WIN

Not bad. Brooks brother is good. Wish A&F and Patagonia were here too. Food court food is not good. It is not crowded because a week after Black friday.

Always a pleasant experience with easy and ample parking, lots of space to roam securely, easy walking from store to store...to store to store. The stores are really great. Bloomies and Saks are big faves but there are plenty, plenty of other quality choices. It's always kind of hard to tackle it when you have small children, though, since there is a play area, or a few, and some little rides, but browsing in those meandering layouts inside the stores is really difficult with children by your side. We really enjoy these outlets, though, and the size of the mall isn't too large that you need to think about driving around to the other side. Well, unless it's freezing out. The lighting is comfortable, the store selection is wonderful, the parking lot and experience feels secure, and it has always been a very positive experience for us, as we are frequent visitors to this mall.

I enjoyed my shopping trip here. It wasn't crowded at all and it seemed like people were following the rules. The selection of stores is good and I was able to get some good deals at Nautica and Ann Taylor. The Lindt store was awesome for my mom! She loved it. We also tried the food court - My mom the Chinese food and I tried the Indian food from Curry Bites. My mom liked the Chinese food and I had not eaten such a delicious Chicken Biryani in a few years. I love spicy food!

One of my go to outlet stores in the area. Good thing here is that there's no sales tax. You can always find good deals any time of the year.

We went here in Dec. 2017 to buy some clothes that were more East Coast Style. The shops were generally pretty good and the clothes were pretty good. There is a discount and no sales tax because it is New Hampshire. Parking is pretty ample. The Brooks Brothers staff was kind of rude. I think maybe they were grumpy after Black Friday. Also the food in the food court was pretty terrible. It is all pretty low quality fast food. In the end, I am not 100% sure that the discount and no sales tax are worth the drive if you live in Boston compared to just buying online. I wouldn't say the experience in itself was a pleasurable one.

They got it right when they planned this place. It's really well organized both in store and parking layout. I kept wanting to compare the Merrimack Outlets to the Kittery, ME, outlets, and Woodbury Commons in New York, but that's a disservice, because because those outlets have one thing that Merrimack does not have (at least yet) - SPRAWL. If you plan to do serious shopping here, be sure to stop at the food court to pick up the VIP Coupon Book. While it normally costs $5, it's free if you can produce a card such as AAA or AARP membership. Even if you don't get the coupon book, many of the stores will ask you if you have a card such as AAA or AARP, give you their store's discount, and point you back to the food court to get it. The outlets are very easy to navigate, with plenty of directories and convenient rest rooms. Now as for price - that's a judgment call, since these days it's tougher and tougher to feel like you get a bargain at some stores at the outlets. I definitely found some bargains today.

Good size outlet mall. Very clean and there's a decent amount of stores. There is a lot a lot of parking. Very pretty to walk around. I just wish there were more food options. There's a small food court, and Auntie Annies, and a Dairy Queen. There is a also a Starbucks and Qudoba, but they are not attached to the outlets.

This is a newer outlet center in Merrimack NH. The opening of these outlets were highly anticipated and needed in southern NH! I'm my opinion they did a fabulous job with this center! The layout is open yet cozy. Easy to navigate with the food court in the middle. The hallways of the outlet center are partially covered by huge wooden trellises. It looks visually beautiful! The selection of stores is good. There are your standard outlet stores plus a Saks and Nordstrom outlet. The center could use a few higher end stores but maybe in time! The center is always kept meet and clean including the restrooms . I would definitely recommend a visit to the Merrimack Premium Outlets. You will enjoy them! Happy deal hunting!

Get your outlets on! Good choices in stores, good facilities, and no taxes. I guess my only complaint would be the lack of restaurants to go to either before or after an epic shopping session. (But then again, you're here to shop and not to eat.) What's your favorite store?

I found the premium outlets good overall overall I will definitely go back until I find a reason not to. I went while it was close to just opened, on a nice late summer weekend, so it was beyond packed to say the least. The weather allowed one to easily walk around from store to store in comfort outside and you had loads of families doing some back to school shopping. I found the prices to be higher than you usually find at outlets, but I found the selection larger and better than I find at other outlets, so I take that trade off. It' definitely not a fire sale off miscut and old stuff. If you are looking for cheap, I don't these outlets will work for you. The food court was unruly, but I was pleasantly surprised with several choices that were healthier than most food courts. Plenty of parking, especially as you go further in towards the back. I got the sense they were breaking ground for several more restaurants on the road in. I think the location works well to take large amounts of traffic as exit 10 has handled Fidelity coming and going already for years (thousands of employees at this location).

These outlets have plenty of great stores. Most of them are pretty cheap, too (comparatively). Words of wisdom: go to every store that you think might have what you want before you make your purchase! You may be surprised to find a high-end store having better deals than a lower-end one. I like that this place is outdoors, but I don't know if I like the layout. You will also encounter a 50 cent toll to get in and get out of here. I think I'll go to a closer outlet next time, but I'm also glad I got to go!
