Mersin Hotel

expensive . Very brief breakfast at the level of three stars. The parking lot in front of the hotel was in the sidewalk area, and they take the car keys from you and make fun of you when you don't give them. The behavior of the hotel staff and manager was very humiliating. We had to pay for everything we needed. Even the basic services of any four-star hotel.

I was in Mersin for a 3-day conference, at another hotel, but we, interpreters, were booked into this nice and simple hotel. It was quiet, the view of the sea was good and the staff friendly. At checkout, Yunus bey from the reception was kind to us and saw us off with smiles. Breakfast was served on the 10th floor with a good view of the sea and large areas of the city. The staff were kind and smiling. Thanks :)

I stayed in this hotel For many times and the last one was on 25th of December 2021. You can have a great sea view especially if you book a room on the highest floors. The staff is helpful and I don't have any major concerns about this hotel But I would like to mention that my sister and my mother who are nonsmokers left their rooms and when they came back they realized that all the room smelled as if somebody smoked in there. Of course nobody smoked in there but it looks like there is a problem in their ventilation systems or is any other problem so any smell might fill in the rooms. Also as I said I've been in that hotel for many times and always always always I see that the breakfast is filled with Many choices of food which are clearly stale and you can find some of them taste terrible. I don't think i will go there again.

This was my third time to stay at this hotel front staff house keeping provided excellent service. Manager and security are very polite, every thing in the room works lot of hot water soap shampoo hair dryer laundry service and very clean.

i was there last two days, It was not bas but nit good enough the wifi was so bad, also the elevator was not good and slow, the breakfast was not bad but not so good:) …. And not very clean like 3 stars are so good for them, the price was good.

The elevator was very very slow and on last day stopped completely. We had to carry the luggages down on the stairs 8 floors The location of the hotel is very good, close to the port, in the center of the city.

It is one of the first hotels in Mersin. So that the rooms are too old but clean enough. Price is not expensive, breakfast is not bad. Lobby crew are magnificent.

The hotels location is fine - close to the seaside, in walking distance to the tourist office, shops and market.||The hotel boasts of 4 stars, but in all honesty - like many hotels in Turkey it is rated too high.||They have done some renovation inside, but have still many details to take care of.||The rooms have a small veranda and sea view on west and south sides.||Rooms and bath of good size. WiFi working OK. Rooms are kept clean.||Bathroom fairly large, but a bit worn down.||Noise/chatting could be heared from the corridor outside room.||Breakfast buffet better than in most turkish hotels,- hot and cold - and soup.||Breakfast area on 10th floor (top) with good panoramic view of seaside - main harbour and fishing harbour.||Room price a little high compared with hotels on Istiklal street just a few minutes walk away.||We got better price qutations from both Cadde Park Hotel and Nobel Oteli Hotel. We never checked the rooms there.||Staff was nothing exceptional.
