We randomly passed here going to Torrey in September 2024 and it was an amazing discover, everything is so tasty and fresh. Randy the owner is super, his fresh bread and cinnamon roll were insane. We bought all sort of things to eat on our hikes and the coffee was delicious. We of course drove 40 min to come back the next day.

What a wonderful experience stopping at Mesa Farm Market. My family and I were tired and hungry after a good hike in Capitol Reef. Randy was so kind and, despite being closed, welcomed us warmly and fed us with fresh bread, delicious cheese, mouth-watering salami, juicy cantaloupe melon, and some of the best tomatoes I’ve ever tasted in my life. And along with the food, we had an inspiring and engaging chat about how and why Randy developed the farm, which spun into talk of life more broadly. It was such a pleasant way to spend an afternoon… good food and good conversation. Thank you Randy!

Stopped for some food, and was recommended some cheese, bread, and tomatoes. Everything was amazing. The price was $20. Also, got a pour over coffee. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. A true gem.

Great little stop on our road trip from capitol reef to arches, the employee was super nice and offered us free cheese samples when we walked in. I don’t normally enjoy goats cheese but apparently I’ve just been eating bad goats cheese before, because the 🐐 🧀 here is amazing! We ate it with crackers for a perfect road trip snack. There’s also fresh cold brew and iced tea, and homemade bread! I wish we hadn’t eaten breakfast in capitol reef because the cinnamon rolls looked delicious!

We passed by the Mesa Farm Market during our two week self-drive trip through Utah and very much enjoyed a few food purchases and coffee tried here during our drive between Torrey and Moab, Utah. This is a roadside farm market located at mile marker 102 on Highway 24, east of Capital Reef National Park. The shop is open from 7am to 7pm daily between March to November each year and is a convenient place to stop for those traveling between Capital Reef and Arches/Canyonlands Parks. Mesa Farm Market is an organic farm where fresh and healthy foods are produced for customers including salads, breads, yoghurts, cheeses. You can also pick up good coffee as well. During our visit we had a nice cinnamon roll, homemade yoghurt and ended up buying a slice of homemade Tomme cheese which we enjoyed during a couple of hikes during the following days. The proprietor offered several cheeses to taste and was enjoyable to talk with. Note: There are tables for you to enjoy your purchased food and drinks or they are happy to bag your items for take away as well. In the end, we very much enjoyed our stop at Mesa Farm Market and would purposely stop here again if traveling along Highway 24 in southern Utah. This is an easily recommendable stop for foodie travellers.

Randy was wonderful to talk with and we had a good long chat about everything from farming to tomatoes to Utah vs Oregon. If they're open well worth the stop.

This is the perfect stop on the drive between Arches and Capitol Reef. The bread, tomatoes, pesto, chèvre, and tea were delicious. In fact, this was the culinary highlight of our road trip through Utah. Randy (the owner) was very friendly and informative and has been doing sustainable organic farming since before it was “cool.” This needs to be on everyone’s itinerary.

This is an oasis on this road. The location is right by a spectacular butte that you can enjoy the view of from their patio. Amazing cheese.
