Love the ambiance here! I had a fettuccini with pink sauce and chicken, and it was delicious. I don’t eat red meat so I appreciated them having chicken. Service was friendly, too, and close to the waterfront.

Converted old bank turned restaurant. The atmosphere was laid back and friendly our waiter was efficient. The fresh pasta was excellent but the cream sauce on the popeye was bland...more like heavy milk instead of cream so lacking a richness. The shrimp pasta was better but still lacking maybe fresh herbs. The forest salad was excellent but the use of full lettuce leaves made it impossible to toss your dressing. I had to break/cut the leaves first. Nice touch with a side of fresh parmesan

Such a good steak (Guanaco) almost at the end of the world ! We waited for the food little longer, but the food made up for it. Pizza and Drinks also great! Would love to come again !

We enjoyed a delicious meal here: garlic bread, guanaco steak, fetucine alfedito and tiramisu. Good portion sizes: not too big and not too small.

Google
Very disappointing. We went there because we had the most delicious pizza in Chile in Mesita Grande in Puerto Natales, but this branch cannot compare at all. The pizza was ok good. The arugula on my pizza was wilted, floppy, yellow and spotted. Our pisco sours were way too sweet and not foamy at all. The place looked a bit dirty, floor was dirty and the table was sticky. To finish with, the waiter looked annoyed every time he had to attend us. Not worth the price.

No complaints about this meal. We were both satisfied all the way. Loved the safe door in the corner.

It is nice, the food is good generally but the service is pretty woeful. Staff look at you with contempt at every turn, even when trying to pay the bill! We went for the king crab pizza, which we were told was a house speciality but it wasn't until we were seated and reviewing the menu (and managed to get a waiters attention) that we found out they had "run out". Could also have been they no longer do it? Wasn't on the menu anywhere. Still, the pizza we had was nice enough, with his cheesy garlic sticks. They had crab as a starter and that was nice, so I suppose we had our fix. Definitely designed for tourists but hey, that's what we were! Good enough for a decent meal 👍🏼

Yelp
We came here for dinner and drinks and we were so glad that we did! I had a calafate sour and we drank some of their house wine and they gave us some free tap water which was much appreciated. We decided to split two salads and two pizzas between the four of us and it was perfect, everything was delicious and I was so satisfied. I particularly recommend the ensalada césar palta and the pizza el molidón, though they had many reasonably priced options that looked delicious. Service was great, clean and pleasant atmosphere, lots of vegetarian options, and seriously some of the best food I've had throughout my 3 months in Chile. Don't miss this Punta Arenas gem!

Yelp
Warm and hearty! Perfect for a chilly day. The fresh gnocchi was wonderful! Good service and pleasant atmosphere. The guanaco was particularly yummy.

Yelp
What a disappointment. If they would've maybe cooked the pizza longer, it might've been better. Instead, it was almost all white around the edge, and barely cooked. The green salad was leaf's of lettuce, nothing more. 2 tables next to us, sat after us and got their order taken before us. Their pizza was also cooked well. They automatically added a tip for themselves instead of a suggested tip. The beer was cold. The waiter was not friendly at all, and didn't make any effort to navigate this tourist thru their menu. The pizza looked so good on Yelp.

Yelp
Excellent service and drinks. We ordered the mushroom pizza and it hit the spot after a long day of travel.

Yelp
What a wonderful find. We had just arrived from a cruise to the Antarctic circle. We were craving pizza and the driver of the bus recommended this small restaurant. They're extremely cautious with Covid you have to take your temperature and sign in. This restaurant could compete with any US or Italian pizza! We shared five pizzas between six people and had plenty of food! Unfortunately we did not try any of the pastas or desserts. Simply a wonderful place with a really clean washroom.

Yelp
Yelp isn't really a thing yet in Punta Arenas, so during our three days there my Dad and I simply checked off the top five restaurants in town accordingly to a rival service that rhymes with 'Ship Adschmizer'. Every single restaurant lived up to the hype except Mesita Grande, which was a huge disappointment on account of mediocre pasta and mediocre pizza. Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere? The service and atmosphere at Mesita Grande were both good given it was a crowded Saturday evening, although the payment mechanics were admittedly a bit confusing. Both our pizza and pasta came out quickly, and English wasn't an issue. Star. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? Both the pizza and pasta dishes at Mesita Grande ranged in the ballpark of 7500 CLP, which is about $12.00 USD. That's a reasonable price tag given the portions of both dishes, which my Dad and I split. Star. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? Plain and simple, these were two very mediocre Italian-inspired dishes. The Lamb Pasta had poorly cooked pasta, weak peripherals, and small chunks of lamb that were a bit too 'gamey'. The chorizo pizza had what looked like chopped up hot dogs as chorizo, and besides bell peppers this was just mediocre pizza. No Stars. Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? This was the only culinary disappointment of our trip to Punta Arenas. No Star.

Yelp
Pretty good pizza!! Good crust. Nice toppings. Brick oven stove. Everything was prepared fresh. The toppings to crust ratio was good. Nice amount of cheese. The crust was hand tossed and from fresh dough. I had the olive and mushroom pizza with a garden salad. Fresh ingredients and a tasty lunch. The pizzas are big enough for two. We also had a nice glass of white wine. They had a good drink selection. We finished with fresh gelato or ice cream cream. We tried the raspberry and it was super yummy and fresh. Big chunks of berries. Service was good and prompt. Lots of seating but it was busy for lunch.

Yelp
This pizza place in my mind is ok. If your down here, your obviously here to see the penguins and hike and see the Glacier. You are not here for the food. I think, for the area its good. If you compare it to my snobby american palette , then this place is just ok. After my adventure we wanted to end the trip in Punta Arenas. Food at the end of the world is just average.. But the fact that I was craving anything tasty, this place did the job. Would I eat at this place if i was in Los Angeles. Probably not. But it was soo good considering i had nothing but sandwiches and trail mix the few weeks before. This is one of the places that I recommend when your in the area.

Yelp
Considering it's at the end of the earth, it's fantastic. Nice atmosphere. Delicious pizza. I ate all of mine! :-O Desserts looked really good but need to resist until another day. I know their ice cream Frutas del Bosque is excellent from a prior visit. Pizza was super fast (5-10min) but waiters don't do things like refill water glass. Also they write the receipt totally wrong, billing you for water you didn't purchase, so double check it if you care. Oh, a downer: they bill extra for WiFi. Boo!

Yelp
I hope I just had a bad experience here. We arrived just under an hour before closing and were told we could only do take out (para llevar) because they were wrapping up for the night. Ok, usually in the US you would still be seated up until maybe half an hour before, but maybe PA is different, no biggie. I ordered my pizza 5+ min after my friend, and soon afterward his pizza was ready. WHOA. And then a couple minutes later, mine is ready. WOW, I think. That was fast for pizza! ... And then I looked at the pizza. You can't expect much from a pizza that only took 5 minutes to "bake." The crust was obviously baked but the toppings, not so much. The onion and bell pepper were still very much raw and only somewhat heated. It was a chorizo pizza and it wasn't all that flavorful either. The cheese was bland. It just was an overall very mediocre tasting pizza, but I was starving so I wolfed that thing down in, well, not much more than 5 minutes while the stray dogs came to wait for leftovers. If you had come here and they seated you and took time to make the pizza, maybe it'll turn out actually worth the money. But I wish I could've done that dinner over again.

Yelp
A solid wood fire oven pizza. Big long picnic table style seating works well with any size group. Service was prompt. Loses a star due to price being too high for product delivered (I.e. value for the peso).

Yelp
Had lunch here twice during three days in Punta Arenas. While normally I wouldn't seek out pizza while traveling in a foreign country given its accessibility back home, this place was a highlight in a so-so town of restaurants. One of our guides at the lodge we stayed at in Patagonia recommended this place to us initially. I'm not sure we would have checked this place out otherwise. I'm really glad he told us to come here. There's an extensive pizza menu, which is divided into categories based on whether it is vegetarian or has meat. The pizzas are sizable enough that each is a filling meal for one person to eat. On the two occasions, I tried "La W" and "Sandra's Favorita". Both were good, but I preferred "Sandra's" with the prosciutto and arugula. The pizzas are freshly made and baked in a pizza oven in the open kitchen. As a result, try not to be in a rush when stopping in here. Additionally, try the homemade lemonades that they have. They had a special listed on the blackboard, which I tried on one of the visits. Definitely worth doing. If you're not in the mood for pizza, they do have salads and pasta dishes as well, but the majority of the menu is dedicated to pizzas. They have free wi-fi in case you need to get your internet fix. No reservations were needed for lunch. Lunch here and dinner at La Marmita were the culinary highlights of this town.

Yelp
Garlic bread was super. Service was excellent. Mr Popeye fettuccine pasta was delish. Pizza wood fired could do with more cheese They also helped getting us cabs late that night. Yelp was wrong in saying open till 11.30. It is open but last orders by maybe 10.30

Yelp
Good service, had a great appetizer, salmon on top of garlic bread, and a procuttio pizza, no complaints! Good selection of local beers as well!

Yelp
The pizza was cheesy and the pasta tasted fresh but overall average. The service was sufficiently fast and the music was awesome!

Yelp
Love the food and location close to waterfront. Plenty of vegetarian choices. We ate twice here and once at Mesita Grande in Puerto Natales and prefer this one hands down.

Yelp
Excellent. Tried several pizzas on two different occasions. Tastes great. Nice staff. Go there!!

Yelp
This is a great place. The pizza is made in a wood-fired dome oven. One pizza, 2 beers, and 2 desserts was about 21,000 pesos.

Yelp
The best pizza I've had in both Argentina or Chile. This wood fire oven and chef are awesome. Thin crust, very Neapolitan style. Crushed pepper and oregano at the table add great kick. Fabulous and friendly staff and excellent wine.

Yelp
A reliable place for good pizza, hot lasagna in clay bowls, reasonably priced beer and free wifi...this became one of our go-to's when we were hungry and wanted something quick and easy, yet tasty, while visiting Punta Arenas.

Janet D.

Yelp
Delicious pizza made in a wood-fired oven. Fresh green salad and yummy lasagna too. Extremely kid friendly and casual. A nice change after days of Chilean seafood specialties! And try the ice cream - definitely worth it!
