We love everything we ordered in the restaurant, the dishes are delicious, amazing and full of surprises, frankly speaking, the quality is better than most of the Melbourne restaurants. The service is friendly and welcoming, the prices are reasonable, worth to visit!

Well where do I start. Had the Chef's selection as it was going to give us a real coverage of the menu and we weren't disappointed . And it's comforting to go to a restaurant that is full to the brim as it usually means good food. Yes a bit on the pricey side for most people but there is a level of value.Two dishes that particularly hit the spot were the Roast Chicken with Lemon and Herb Gravy ( loved that gravy and chicken so moist) and probably the pick of the night , the Blistered Tomatoes, anchovy, Zucchini and Basil Pangrattato. Extensive wine list, and quality on the wine list but quite pricey, and cocktails not cheap. Have given 5 stars but it's probably a 4.8 as there are two minor things, when it's full the atmosphere can be a little noisey and I think they could of added more flavour into the Smashed Buttered Potatoes which were a tiny bit bland. Other than that an excellent night with excellent service

What an incredible experience. The chefs selection gave us an excellent variety and left us feeling satisfied and full. The food was faultless, we enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the meals be prepared. The wait staff were warm and welcoming, their attention to detail like remembering your drink orders, topping up waters and acknowledging special events made the experience feel warm and intimate. This really did feel like a fine dining experience, provided by family to make you feel like family. Highly recommend for all sorts of occasions. Oh, and the bread is to DIE for.

I’ve known Jess and Chris for 25 years, and in all that time I’ve never had a single bad experience with them. Every time I’ve gone to their restaurant for dinner, the service has been outstanding and the food consistently top-notch. Jess always greets you with a warm smile at the front, and Chris and the kitchen team go above and beyond to make sure everything’s perfect. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

An absolutely incredible foodie experience. Not only was the food delicious, fresh and flavorful, the service was incredible. The atmosphere that the owners have created is amazing. A fun, fine dining experience that we will definitely be returning to!

We celebrated our 38th Anniversary there tonight. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the Chef's Special, which provided a broad cross section of the menu and every dish was superb. We loved it. Thankyou for a wonderful meal. This is our new favourite restaurant.

We had the Sunday set menu which was delicious. Definitely recommended and will go back. When we went they didn't have an espresso machine, nor offered tea, but I'm told that is coming soon.
