Metro Hotel Perth City

Much better than expected, chose hotel for location and very reasonable price but was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room is. We are in it right now. |The bed is firm and perfect for us, and there is even a little balcony with a nice view of all the Perth landmarks which is a nice surprise as I was expecting just a window that didn’t open.|The main thing that lets the room down is the tv which isn’t a smart tv so we can’t watch Netflix or anything on it. Suggest the hotel invests in some up to date tvs as they are relatively |inexpensive now.|Generally really pleased with the room it has a nice atmosphere to it and the bathroom is good too.

I loved the location and the breakfast is to die for. The rooms are ok but it would be nice to be able to open it to have some fresh air instead of aircon but it was very clean and comfy. The walls are thin as we can hear our neighbours if they are in their room moving around and the main door slams so loudly when someone opens or close it. But I will definitely return as the bed is so comfortable including the pillows. Locations is also convenient.

Not worth $240 per night! I had high expectations for this hotel given the price, but I was extremely disappointed. The room was outdated, poorly cleaned, and lacked basic amenities. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. For $240, I expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. There are better options elsewhere—definitely not recommending this place.

Room was good. Hot water system was noisy. Only 1 lift is working. Reception staffs was good. Location is good too. Parking is free

Walking distance to Langley Park. The place is a bit far from the city but you can hop on free bus at the nearest bus stop to the city. Also near to halal kebab and pizza restaurant. The staff is very nice and helpful for letting me to use the dryer even their laundry room is already closed. You can park your car at their private parking space. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for 2 person as the size of the room is quite big except for their toilet which looks a bit old.

Location is amazing, a 30min walk from the centre and bus stop 4 min away. Staff is friendly and helpful giving tips for the area. The bed sheets and towels are clean, the bathroom is a bit outdated but clean. The room had stains on the carpet and sofa but the comfortable bed makes up for it, great of a weekend trip.

Room firstly smelled bad, then the television didn't have wifi to connect to streaming services or youtube. Staff did not even give the wifi password had to go down to ask The shower did not even run adequately hot water in the morning when its cold out. Lifts were constantly out of order. For the price paid for the night you can definitely get better. Don't waste time or your cash here.

Tidy and clean accommodation but very noisy. You can hear every time the door to another room closes. Very annoying throughout the night. Room decor could use an update to match the rest of the hotel decor. Reception staff helpful and friendly.
