Well what a poor decision of hotel to stay in! Our room was outdated and felt like we were living in the 70’s! And it was dusty! Our room had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They were all empty on our arrival, and after 2 requests ( the next morning) to have this resolved it was never done! On the third day they completely missed making up our room. And after notifying them of this they didn’t care or want to fix this! Then there is both car park gates. The swipe system is out of order so they have placed bells at both gates that you press to alert staff to open the gates. Not once did staff reply to this or open the gates accordingly. We had to phone them every time to open them. And what’s more amusing is that they even have their own phone number incorrect on the exit document attached to the wall of the upper car park! The stairwells smell like urine and revolting. And yes, the second elevator is still out of order! For the price of the rooms here everyone should have minimum standards, this hotel is well below what is expected at this price point. Look elsewhere or at least do your own due diligence!

We stayed at this hotel as it had parking and was close to what we needed to do. This is a older style hotel. The beds were a bit too stiff for my liking but the pillows were very good (not flat). The bathroom had refillable, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving cream, body lotion and hand soap. While the towels weren't the thickest, they were soft and not scratchy. They also provided face cloths. |The room was warm when we returned from our day out and the air-conditioning worked well. |There was a kettle with tea and coffee and little milks in the fridge.|The issues, there was dust around were the TV was. There was a hook near the curtain that was hanging off the wall. This should be removed and the wall patched. Also one of the glass shelves in the bathroom was partially hanging off the wall. This was reported and we didn't put anything on the shelve in case the weight would cause it to pull from the wall. There was one powerpoint in the wall behind the bed (in the middle). I had to buy an extension lead so my CPAP could be used, as none were provided/available.

Checkin was efficient, good communication. The room was clean and tidy, better than the expensive Ibis I had left in disgust. The TV was fuzzy and poor quality, but the room had a refrigerator and milk presented decoratively. Nice touches. The bathroom had good facilities, a drier and so on. Staff were helpful and caring. The accessible room doorway was very narrow for wheelchairs.

Good location and close to public transport. Staff were helpful. The waiting area is pleasant. Vending machines are available for snacks in the foyer.||I felt safe as doors were locked unless a client used their card or was opened by staff when the buzzer was pressed

Much better than expected, chose hotel for location and very reasonable price but was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room is. We are in it right now. |The bed is firm and perfect for us, and there is even a little balcony with a nice view of all the Perth landmarks which is a nice surprise as I was expecting just a window that didn’t open.|The main thing that lets the room down is the tv which isn’t a smart tv so we can’t watch Netflix or anything on it. Suggest the hotel invests in some up to date tvs as they are relatively |inexpensive now.|Generally really pleased with the room it has a nice atmosphere to it and the bathroom is good too.

Water supplied to the room was warm at best even with only the hot fully on, made showering quite uncomfortable in the recent wet weather. The staff were all very nice and energetic, however it is a shame to see the building not quite up to date, especially with one of the two lifts out of order. A seemingly inexpensive stay, however this is definitely just a hotel priced for what is on offer.

Do not waste your money! Be warned!!! I rarely leave 1 star reviews however, this hotel is a disgrace. The rooms are filthy (I moved rooms 3 times), the walls are paper thin, and most of the staff (bar 1) really did not care to help. One of the neighbouring rooms was blatantly used for sex workers. The surrounding area is very sketchy from dusk to dawn, with multiple Police visits to the hotel in the 2 night's I was there. I had 4 nights booked but cancelled after 2. I am astonished that this hotel has the audacity to charge these prices.

Warm welcome with an early check in made available as room was ready. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Well maintained, very clean room serviced daily. Close to free public transport and several food venues within walking distance. Our second stay and we will be back.
