It has been a few months since switching from Metro..
I had been with Metro for about 3 years, paid on time, bought an iPhone with cash outright on our line. Not only did we have constant connection issues, and constant dropped calls, but after purchasing a brand new iPhone from them we had used that iPhone for a long time and was due for an upgrade. Called customer service, was told I qualified for one, and the crack head inside working at metro tried telling me I would have to pay for a brand new phone and I couldn't have upgrade. Didn't even look at my account. So I took my money to AT&T. I get phone upgrades whenever I want/need, and the customer service is great.
If you're with Metro, I would leave. Not worth the headache
