The ppl at this store is so rude & unprofessional.. Started with David running his mouth to my son inside & outside the store. My son was talking to the lady that was there (he was not being rude to her) about David running his mouth outside the store. Then Scott started yelling & cussing at us to leave the store & all I was waiting on was the right account number so I could transfer my son's phone to my account. Scott locked the door behind us so we couldn't go back in.. I had to drive to the store on N. Oak store, Shawn was very helpful & polite to us. He got right on his computer & got it for me. Unlike Scott at the Vivion road store told me he would have to call customer service.. The Vivion road store should be shut down & reopen with nice professional people!! I will NEVER EVER go back to the store or recommended ANYONE to get METRO service. Thanks..

drive 20 miles out of my way to go to this particular store. Carlos and Nick always take the time to school me on new phone technology. They are so nice and very professional.
