We were walking back to our hotel our first day in Germany and just peeked our noses into this place when a smiling young lady (slender, hair in a pony, wearing loose-fitti g jeans and a silver charm/necklace her mother gave her) smiled at us and encouraged us to come and sit on the patio. We did, she waited on us (after thoughtfully and intuitively bringing us English menus - a rarity, so far, on our very enjoyable trip) and almost a week into our time here this is still the most enjoyable service experience we've had, among several. I only regret we didn't get her name, but I'm hopeful the owner / manager sees this review and shares our appreciation with this lovely young person. She clearly has the interpersonal skills one cannot teach.
Dinner was good, as well, and we can recommend the polenta with salmon or chicken (we each ordered it). Wine was good, beer was cold, but the interaction with a young person who "gets it" made our evening.
