This was our experience with Dine Art. If a negative zero star was available that is what I would rate this company.
I received the furniture as you can see in the pictures. While the transport company was unpacking the furniture, I noticed a lot of damage. I called the owner Carmie, and she told me in 25 years in business, that I was the only customer that complained. The pictures you see speak volumes. We had given her 2,000.00$ deposit.
She gave us a name of an elderly gentleman who repairs furniture for them. We contacted him and took awhile for him to come to our home. When he finally came he told me that he would have to come by when there would be sun in order for him to do work. He gave us an appointment, and never showed up. My husband called him and he told my husband that he went fishing and he forgot. He gave us another appointment and again he never showed up. My husband called him and he said he had to get operated on his back and would be out for the next 3 weeks. Three weeks came and went my husband called him again and the gentleman said for him to do a proper job the furniture would have to be shipped back to Dine Art. At this point we were disappointed and frustrated of getting the run around.
We contacted Carmie and she said it would cost us 700.00$ to return her garbage back to Dine Art. We are located 3.4km from Dine Art about 8minutes. We had a lot of patience with this company, anybody else who would of experienced this would of contacted a lawyer.
The audacity to charge 700.00$ for their incompetent work and poor quality furniture. Carmie and her husband Sergio should be ashamed of themselves for manufacturer garbage. Ikea and structube have better stuff than they have, and those are low end stores. My husband decided to return their garbage. STAY AS FAR AWAY POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE.
