Pros: Central location just across Zocalo. Free water and coffee all day. The rooms are ok and the lockers are HUGE. The hostel itself is big and spacious. It felt safe. The toilets and showers are basically clean and all the areas in the hostel are kept clean. Nice terrace on top. Reasonable priced. Towels provided. Free coffee and water all day long. 24-hour reception. Cons: The toilets and showers are located far from the rooms (depending of course on the room) but it's not that comfortable. The bunk beds are unstable and its really noisy to go up and down. You have to make your own bed. While I was there there was apparently some school trip and there was SO MUCH NOISE but students running around and shouting, and the staff was indifferent to that. I find that the staff was indifferent in general, they could be a bit more friendly and engaged.

Stayed some nights here. Very central in the Centro. Not the best place to go outside at night. The rooms were ok. Very clean. Unfortunately our ceiling fan was very loud, no AC and so we lost some hours of sleep here and there. Basically you get what you pay for. Great for a budget trip.

It was only annoying to get the bedsheets on the bed on the top bunk. Especially because the beds are very unstable and shake when you climb up them. I was coughing and could feel the whole bed shaking. No railings either, so if your bed is a top bunk and not against the wall, best of luck not falling off or dropping anything. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped. I didn't know there would be a full kitchen from looking at the listing on booking, hostelworld, the website, or reviews here. So that was nice. It's closed for cleaning 12-2pm is the only downside. The toilets and showers are separated from each other and also seperated by male and female, and in strange locations. My room was on the side of the building with the male toilets, then the next hallway was the female showers, then the next hallway was the male showers, and then the exact opposite end of the building was the female toilets so it was annoying walking all the way over there whenever I had to use the toilet. Showers have hot water that turns on fast, no need to wait. Location is good with easy access to metro and right next to the main square.

It is cute and clean, the bed could to be a little bit more comfortable, but it is a hostile. The location is unbeatable for the price. If you do get a balcony room, it is going to be noisy.

The location is...” Hong KongHong Kong “Amazing place in heart of historical center. Walking distance to major sights of interest. It's a $300 ($15 USD) a night hostel. It's safe, the place is clean, it's quiet at night, the staff were friendly, so it deserves 5S. But, also, it's very "you get what you pay for". The mattress was hard, much harder than what I'm used to find. I was able to sleep well, but having not slept for 36h probably helped. Showers are individual (obviously) but only the shower itself, there's no "dry" private stall.

Great stay while I was there, I recommend this hostel, easy check in, quiet and simple and in the end very effective, just the place you want after a long traveling day in the airport.

Really well located, staff was helpful when we asked for information, the cleaning staff does a great job cleaning. Some points that others have mentioned. Wifi is hit and miss on the second floor. But honestly, I was there only to sleep so it didn't bother me. My room didn't have a ceiling fan and no window. Not great, but there was a floor fan in the room and it helped quite a bit. Overall, do recommend this hostel
