This is a unique tour offering cultural and historic insights of the city's emblematic landmarks, stylish transportation and attention to detail! The tour and overall experience was memorable and amazing! We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel on a preserved original 1968 VW Beetle. Annelle and Vicente were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their guidance allowed us maximize our experience at beautiful Coyoacan, Casa Azul (Frida Kahlo Museum) and Museo Diego Rivera Anahuacalli. Highly recommended !

I had an amazing experience on the historical walking tour of Mexico City with Amado! His English was excellent, making it so easy to follow along and understand all the fascinating stories and history he shared. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the city, and his explanations brought each place to life. I learned so much and felt like I saw the city through a whole new lens. Hugo was an absolutely amazing guide in Mexico City. He was a historical encyclopedia, knowledgeable of all local and cultural tips, and an overall pleasure to spend time with. I highly recommend his services! I always felt safe and comfortable with him. Plus, he was so nice to talk to!

An excellent experience. We booked 3 days of tours with Hugo and Luis and enjoyed every trip. Always punctual and very considerate of my husband's mobility issues. Both Hugo and Luis are very knowledgeable about Mexico City's Museums, Monuments , Cathedrals and otherinteresting sites.. Luis is passionate about sharing his country's history and culture. I have had two GREAT experiences trip planning with Hugo (April 2023 and April 2024), so I'm adding an update to the original review because I can't post two separate Google reviews... *April 2023* (original post) Hugo helped create an AMAZING 7 day itinerary for our group of 17 people (half young kids, half adults). The goal was for both parents and kids to enjoy the pace and the activities-- and Hugo went out of his way to help find way to help gear the trip towards kids: the babysitters were incredible, they set up a super cute place to paint in the park, he recommended a hotel that exceeded our expectations, and much more. The bus driver was also excellent and he was with us the whole week, which we appreciated. Hugo was also very thoughtful around the food, making sure we would eat food that kept our tummies both safe and happy -- he has chefs in his family as well and they were able to cater our brunch on the Xochimilco boat (which was DELICIOUS!!!!) and helped us learn how to make salsas a different evening. I look forward to continuing to work with Hugo and his team in the future and appreciate so much all of the time and energy he put into both the planning and the execution of our trip! *April 2024* (2nd trip, added to the original post) This is the second trip Hugo has helped me organize, and it was fabulous, as expected.  Our group size was 17: 9 kids (ages 4mo to 7yrs) and 8 adults. He found a super sweet guide for the group that was there all 3 days, which we really appreciated and made the flow very smooth. He catered a wonderful brunch on the trajineras at Xochimilco (his sister is an AMAZING chef) and he was always thinking about how best to help the kids have a good time, which then enabled the parents to relax and enjoy more. The parents even got a fun break at the hotel one evening while Hugo organized a lovely little dance class for the kids :) ! Hugo cares about the details and makes an effort to be sure everything is buttoned up so there aren't any negative surprises or issues. I'm so very pleased with the smiles on everyone's faces on Hugo's trip! :)!!!! I'm excited to continue working with Hugo on future trips and really do appreciate his level of care, creativity, and attention to detail in both organizing and executing the trips.  As always, mil gracias to Hugo! :)

Our tour was booked on email/whatsapp. A miscommunication of what to expect and prices aren’t updated on website (FYI). We thought we were going to drive around in the beautiful VW beetle all day, but instead we booked a transport in VW to a walking tour of historical downtown. This is my fault for not investigating more and communicating better. But overall walking tour was informative and the VW Beetle was stellar. Next time I will proceed to do the driving tour in the other locations other than downtown. Hugo wa she driver, and was extremely accommodating when I share at lunch of our disappointment and he made it right. He took us to have a mariachi band play for my wife and I while in the VW. I recommend Hugo’s tour, and would go back again for the correct tour. 10/10 for making it right. Thanks Hugo!

We used them March 8th, 2025 and everything went smoothly and they listen and understood our needs. Excellent English, superior vehicle and extremely safe and reliable. I highly recommend them!
