Mexico Lindo y Sabroso

Very authentic. Well priced. Food and service were outstanding. My husband loved the posole and my chicken enchiladas crema were delicious.

We walked in and we’re not even greeted, we sat ourselves down and the server walked away in the middle of taking our orders. He literally turned his back on us and huddled up with his co workers! was optimistic about this place since I saw it had good reviews but me and my jet lagged, extremely hungry family were very disappointed! We ended up at La Victoriana and the service was excellent.

Great service. The food was so good!! I could eat here every single day. We had beers and shared the tampiquenas Lindos y Santoso. They brought it already separated to share. Forgot to take a pic of the meal but they give a free appie while you wait. The beers were cold, had a cold mug, plus they salted the rim and had some fresh squeezed lime in it (I asked for lime). Just loved it!!

What a lovely establishment! !! Sunday buffet is fabulous with offerings to please taste of anyone. Fresh fruit, fresh juice ( in this case papaya), egg dishes, salsas, meat dishes, bakery items, yoghurt, cereals, and list goes on. Lovely atmosphere with patio tables overlooking the splendid La Presa neighborhood. Service is most amiable and efficient. I would highly recommend to all travelling through.

I always take friends who are visiting Guanajuato to Mexico Lindo y Sabroso. The food is very authentic no Tex-Mex here and the service and decor and everything is excellent. Also if you go in the evening after all of the government offices up near the Presa close it's generally easy to find parking.

We enjoyed this restaurant so much we had to do it a second time before leaving town. The food and presentation is excellent. Our waiter, Max, was very professional and a delightful character who made the experience even better.

Good spot to eat indoors or out on the way from downtown Gto to/ from the dam.

Restaurant is very beautiful, with lots of seating inside as well as outside. It's colorful and vibrant. The staff are very friendly, professional and service is fast. Our drinks were pretty strong but good. Food was delicious and we left feeling very happy.

Well it is a nice atmosphere......and the food is edible. I had the mexican enchilada combo....it was just barely ok.....I ordered a margarita....it had so much sugar in it, that I could not drink it....the same with the Agua del Dia.... undrinkable because of an astronomical sugar level....ho hum....yawn on the food here.

Our Airbnb host recommended this restaurant to us for a nice breakfast within walking distance. First of all, this neighborhood is beautiful and my favorite of any other we visited while in Guanajuato. Maybe plan to walk here and spend some time after your meal wandering around and looking at all the old mansions or relaxing in the park. Up the road just a bit from the restaurant is Presa de la Olla, well worth the small incline to view it. Our meals were excellent and the service was the best we received while in Guanajuato. We sat on the patio out front, overlooking the statue in the middle of the round-a-bout. There were a few other patrons out there, but it was quiet and calm and just what we needed to start our day. While we weren't there for brunch, our Airbnb host also mentioned they have a delicious brunch on Sundays.

Nice Mexican foods restaurant near by the popular lake for local ppl here. Foods is good and a lot in menu.

Loved this restaurant and as people left and walked by my table, they said 'buen provecho'. So friendly. Ordered the Chile en Nogado and loved it. I'll go back and highly recommended!

Nice enough breakast which was efficiently served on a small shaded patio on a beautiful first day of winter. The chairs and location are good for lingering. And they are clean: The severs were cleaning inbetween the cushions when i arrived. I enjoyed the coffee and there was street parking as well.

Don't bother coming here. Mediocre food parading as good food. Initially it was a good place, but it has been falling continuously to where it is now a place that should be avoided unless you are very hungry and can't find another open restaurant. Sad, because cooking ok food is not that difficult.

The food was very good. We got the sopes (which were amazing!) and the panuchos yucatecos (which were okay). The salsa was amazing! I would go back ONLY for the salsa and sopes. However, our waiter seemed to be in a bad mood. He would come over and ask if we wanted anything else and then would walk away before I could even answer. Extremely unprofessional.

Nice little place outside the Centro; the environment was clean and friendly, and we had no issues. I enjoyed the enchiladas verdes very much. Also the margaritas were good but fairly strong. Bonus: chips and salsa are served also! Good place for dinner if you're looking for several Mexican food options.

I've eaten here twice. Good service, nice decor and many choices on the menu. I'm no expert on Mexican food, but I really liked the mole. Good value.
