Mexico Naval Museum

We went here on a Wednesday when the entrance is free. Overall it was an interesting couple of hours. Lots of exhibits, some are interactive like the ship bridge simulator - which my husband enjoyed playing. The bathrooms lacked soap. There is a cafe. @grandrovervoyager

First time coming out here, loved the museum has a lot of historical relics and artifacts. Highly recommend it.

Really well done exhibits that tell much of the important history of Mexico through its many naval battles. Unfortunately only in Spanish with no English audio guide, so had to make a lot of use of google translate.

A must-visit museum while in Veracruz. The entrance fee was 30 pesos with the Inapam discount. The audio guide is very helpful in your tour of the museum. The price to rent the guide is 40 pesos or 25 pesos with the Inapam discount.

Most helpful young man gave me infomation in English. This is a well run aquarium where the birds and the sea creatures and dolphins are cared for so well. Loved my visit there today. The dolphin show was great and the instructors showed so much passion for their dolphins. An awesome experience.

This is well worth a visit if you are in Veracruz even if you are not a military/history buff. A very well presented museum, with lots to see.

Very big, beautiful museum of the port history, wars to defend Mexico, and the major characters of history. There are interactive technology displays and a childrens area. Everything is in Spanish. I was told by my local travel partner we would have to hire our own local tour guide for English explanation, so I am not sure if English audio, brochures, or assistance is available. You could easily spend 2 hours.

The Museum is worth the visit, the buiding and items that are in exposition are awesome and full of history. I would definitely recommend it.
