MEZE Taverna Restaurant

We received a recommendation for this restaurant from a person we met by chance. I made a reservation and announced that we were celebrating a girl's birthday. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted with a smile. The food was amazing, very tasty and fresh. The owner of the restaurant sat next to us and entertained us. At the end of the meal, everyone came to celebrate the birthday at night. This is a pleasant and unique family restaurant. If you are looking for authentic food of a very high standard, this is the place. I recommend everyone to eat here.

Excellent experience at MEZE Tavern. The service was outstanding - staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We had the fish mezze, which came with a huge variety of fresh, hot dishes, all served quickly. Everything was cooked really well and nothing felt rushed or reheated. I asked for extra prawns and they gave them to me on the house, which was a nice touch. At the end, we were offered Cyprus coffee and sweets, also on the house. Definitely make a reservation - the place was fully booked when we went, and it seems like that’s the norm. Highly recommended.

We received a recommendation for this restaurant since we were nearby, and as we approached, we noticed every table was taken — for a good reason! They barely managed to find a table for the three of us. The restaurant is extremely clean and well-designed, including the restrooms. Service was on a very high level — the waiters were fast, and so was the kitchen. The food that kept coming out looked and tasted like it came from a Michelin-star restaurant. And the bread… I’ve truly never had better bread in my life. At the end of our meal, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert — and it was absolutely delicious. We’re definitely coming back here!

Excellent place for lunch or dinner! Cozy inside but not cramped and very nice decor ✨ I recommend lamb and especially orange pie - it was piping hot and extremely good. All the waiters were nice and helpful

We loved this tavern. We went with fish meze and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered meze for two and it was more than enough food for two adults and a teen. The starters were great, the sea food even better, it is a great concept that gives a chance to try multiple dishes. The service was great too and felt very personal. Thank you!

I was walking around the hotel and found this little gem! The restaurant has a warm and welcoming vibe, the staff make you feel right at home. I ordered the Kleftiko beef and it was absolutely delicious. They even offered me dessert on the house, which was such a generous touch. Highly recommended!

I've been traveling to Cyprus for business for the last 2 years. This was my first time to this restaurant and it was amazing. The food is honestly the best food I've ever had here in Cyprus. The meat Meze was my favorite dish but every dish was so flavorful. The atmosphere is perfect. Very nice, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was very kind, and welcoming. It felt as if you were having a meal with friends you knew. This was a great experience overall. I am looking forward to my next trip to come here again. You must experience this restaurant.
