Mezonte. Destilados Mexicanos de Agave

Simply put, one of the best tasting experiences we ever had. Our group of ten tried tons of different bottles, and we sat for hours learning and laughing. The mezcal is all amazing. If you’re coming from the US, definitely buy some bottles to bring home; the prices are great compared to buying at home.

Visiting Mezonte and going through the tasting experience with Sule was one of the highlights of my Guadalajara trip. We learned so much about the process and producers, and tried some really unique spirits. A must-visit in Guadalajara, would highly reccommend!

If you like Mezcal & Raicilla this is THE place for you. This is not a bar, this is a tasting room where you can truly experience and learn about the afore mentioned agave spirits. The team is highly skilled and very knowledgable, they can offer you with detailed and in-depth background information for pretty much every bottle on their shelves. My tip: go in with a open-mind and let the team select a couple bottles for you to try.

If there’s a better place to taste and learn about agave spirits, I’ve not found it. If there’s a better spirits coach than Sule, I’ve not found them.

I love Mezcal and this was such a perfect place to come try some and learn about it. We had an amazing experience and got to try some different varieties. The service was great and experience was top notch. Definitely worth a visit if you are ever in Guadalajara.

A must visit if you enjoy agave spirits and the history of agave traditions in Mexico. Zule was so knowledgeable and such a great host. We loved this experience and would absolutely return!

Wonderful, small intimate tasting room. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They tell you about the production process and introduce you to mezcals produced outside of Oaxaca (and some in Oaxaca too). 10/10, would go back regularly if I lived in the area.
