MHOUSE Hotel Palma

We stayed here for a few days to celebrate a birthday with a big group — over 30 people, almost 40 — and it was amazing! The hotel was great, the service super friendly, and everything was really well organized. The food was super good too! The rooms were nice and clean, and everyone made us feel very welcome. The only thing that could be a bit better was the breakfast, but overall we had such a great time and would totally come back!

Very nice hotel in the center of Palma. Perfect spot for exploring the city on foot. Has a very nice courtyard and rooftop to relax, the lobby restaurant and bar had a live music event while we were there, which was very nice. Keep in mind this is in the middle of the city so the streets can get a bit noisy at times. Staff was very friendly and attentive, many thanks to Camila who was very courteous and caring and took great care of us and any of our requests and made our stay so much more enjoyable!

Amazing and cute hotel in the best location right next to the local Palma market. The service was excellent! Really friendly staff that made our stay very special! We will come back!

We love the standard of the hotel, in the middle of the city... And yet an oasis of calm. There was a big party on a Friday evening, which took place in the entrance area and the beautiful inner courtyard. There were lots of people and an exuberant atmosphere, but it was correspondingly loud. We think that for a hotel of this size, it is appropriate to point this out to the hotel guests, as many would not have been able to sleep at all with this noise. Thank goodness we are not too bitchy! During the day, there were service staff in the foyer talking loudly, but no one ever thought to ask if you would like a drink if you were sitting in the courtyard. Some training is still needed. If you were in the room during the day, the staff talking is so loud that it gets annoying at some point. Apparently there's not that much to do. There shouldn't be. When you come downstairs in the morning, nobody at reception says "good morning". The rooms are really nice and it's a great place, but the management needs to invest in staff training again.

Overall, the place is nice. Room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy in the morning. Each day I was awakened earlier than I'd have liked because of the noise. Various power tools being used (a jackhammer one day, a powerwasher the next), loud guests in the courtyard, etc. If you're one of these people who wakes up at 6AM everyday it might not bother you, but if like me, you like to sleep in a bit on vacation... its something to consider. This despite sleeping with ear plugs in. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

A very central hotel in Palma, a nice garden in between the buildings where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner or just sit and read or chat. Nice with musical entertainment one eve. Kind helpfully staff. A rooftop pool you can book for an hour.

If you want a good time and stay just try to avoid this place . If you want a nice sleep and rest you will not get it here . In my room I found no duvet with any covers. When I ask the receptionist for one simple duvet to cover yourself the guy who has been working there for two years has no clue where to take that. After waiting 20 minutes he brings me just a naked duvet saying that it’s all good to take it with no duvet cover. Let me explain it was not a NEW duvet…. I found some stickers on it. Nothing about comfort stay. Also if you are travelling with a car you will be very much surprised with there parking. Nothing related to a boutique hotel. Just a name without any standard.

Great location in the historic centre of Palma. Rooms are super cozy and have everything is needed. The bed is extremely comfy, very big plus!! Breakfast is great! Location also has a great inside patio to have breakfast in the morning which is super cute :)
