Mi Amor, an SLH Hotel

I booked Mi Amor from a friend’s recommendation and it did not disappoint!! The hotel is inside the National Park which made us feel more safe and a quieter vibe. Also a lovely bike ride to the ruins and beaches along the road. The staff were so gracious, friendly and accommodating. Miriam, at the front desk was very responsive via email to help with ground transportation and when we arrived to answer all our questions. Antonio, at the bar makes outstanding drinks and we loved his energy. (Welcome drinks were delicious!) The spa was by far our favorite!! We did the romantic couples massage - Tai & Ade made the experience wonderful and was so relaxing. We ate the restaurant for breakfast and it was delicious. Beautiful hotel with very cute rooms. Appreciated the water and the beach towels to borrow during our stay. Would happily stay again!

The absolute cutest hotel. One of the best places I have ever stayed. The room was gorgeous. The staff was so lovely and accommodating, super communicative prior to our stay and during it. The space is right on the ocean, both secluded with ample space for quiet, and right next to things. The food is SO SO good. Our turn down service included brewed tea which was lovely. We did the romantic dinner by the water which I would recommend. One morning we walked to the ruins and it was a beautiful walk, about 30 minutes. I would happily stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Mi Amor during our first ever trip to Mexico. The staff at Mi Amor made our vacation perfect. They were so helpful and made sure to take care of our every need. The hotel had fantastic food and drinks. The view from our room (room 12) was unreal. We really enjoyed using the cabanas which were free of charge and did not require any reservation. The location is perfect, a 10 minute bike ride to mayan ruins and a short cab ride into town. It was nice having beach access through The Mezzanine (Mi Amor’s sister hotel) which is just down the road. The turndown service was the cherry on top. We made such great memories and would 100% stay here again.

Mi Amor is one of the best hotel around Tulum. The location is perfect for those want to relax and enjoy the beach. They offer premium services (above all the SPA services). Our room was lovely, large and always clean. They bring you tea every night with some chocolates, little things that make you feel in holidays. Miriam at the reception and Alberto at the restaurant are super friendly and always at your disposal (also in trying to speak in Italian with my mum). The restaurant is very good (said by an Italian should be worth more than anything else!) but desserts are at another level (you should try the Manderin cheesecake!).

My wife and I had a lovely stay. We recommend booking a sea view room (if available) A truly perfect place to relax. Yoga at sunrise, sun tanning with fresh smoothies or cocktails in the cabanas during the day. The hotel food is good. Has a touch of fancy to it. We also recommend trying the traditional food down the street at Casa Maria (lunch or dinner) We booked two massages each they were so good. We will come back!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is incredible. Super friendly and very helpful with all our questions. The bartenders, cleaning staff and concierge were all top notch. Food is amazing. Extremely relaxing after a night of going downtown bar hopping. Only short taxi to all the bars and restaurants. It's located inside a protected park so felt extremely safe. We will be coming back for an anniversary one day!

Really loved our stay here. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and the area is beautiful. The food at the hotel is amazing and honestly made the stay even better. We had a room with garden view, spacious and clean. No direct access to beach, however it’s just a 5 min walk and the beach is so great!
