Very disappointed.
Hot tubs were broken/cold, sheets had cigarette burns, comforter had huge rips on both sides, there were only 3 small pillows (uncomfortable- I bought 2 new ones just for the nights we stayed), and a tiny tv.
The first associate was sitting, looking at his phone when we arrived and didn't look up or acknowledge us until I said something. The rest of the staff was nice through the week.
There were unexpected charges upon arrival- the $50 deposit and $35 charge for room upkeep.
Trash was only changed after the first night with no new liners put in, then again the 3rd day (with liner). We had to get our own towels (which were very small and exceedingly poor quality).
The bathroom had a hair dryer, which was a plus, but nothing else except two small towels (no hand towels or wash cloths), 1 mini shampoo and 1 conditioner, and 2 soap discs. The shower curtain also had tears along the top and wouldn't stay closed on either end. The tub had a large hole in it that was covered/patched by a rubber mat.
The breakfast was scrambled eggs (runny) and sausage, white and what bread, waffles (then one day with bagels instead), and 2 types of cereal. Big let down but I bought peanut butter to salvage.
The pool was nice and plenty of seating. The poolside restaurant/tiki bar was great with wonderful staff.
Oh, and we killed 5 bugs in the room. The rest of the place needs some serious work (apart from the lobby).
