I travel a lot and have dealt with many bait and switch hotels/motels. I looked at the price and reviews and just held my breath. I was floored to see how nice this place was. These people in the reviews are outside of their minds. The room was beautiful, very big with all the amenities you would want. Most rooms at this price don’t have fridges microwaves or coffee makers. The place is 50-60 bucks a night in a crazy close location in reference to all the parks in Orlando, as well as having a shuttle and some sort of breakfast. I don’t care if it’s simply a bagel it’s 50 bucks! That as well as the pool was huge and beautifully maintained. There was 0 bugs in my room and I left pizza out so if there was a bug problem I would have noticed it. For the price this place delivered on all fronts. The only downside was the kid at the front desk with glasses and curly hair was beyond rude to everyone who came in. So much so that me and 4 other guests talked about it outside after check in. But all the other women were super warm and friendly. Even with him being so mean I’m still giving this place 5 stars because that’s how much I was Impressed with the PriceVSValue. If your reading through the reviews just know these are all people who thought they could book the four seasons resort for $50 a night. If you are a rational person this place is more than enough for the price🫡

Stayed: July 31 – August 2Guests: 2 adults, 2 kidsRoom: Double bed, 3rd floorWe stayed for two nights in a double room on the third floor. The room was ready on arrival which was good, specially when our flight was delayed pass midnight and included a microwave and mini fridge, which made it easy to store drinks and snacks. The size worked well for a family of four. The bathroom was ok and functional, but the lack of decoration made it feel average and blend. Signs of age were there, but everything worked as it should. Overall, the hotel’s upkeep was good, and I didn’t notice major wear or damage in the building.Check-in after hours was slower because of a technical issue with the deposit. The front desk didn’t go over amenities, breakfast hours, or even mention the elevator, so we carried luggage up three flights that first night.Breakfast was the main reason I booked here. however repeated and consistent: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, juice, milk, and rotating bread options daily. While it was enough to start the day, the 630am to 9 am closing time felt too early, especially on vacation. Longer hours or a small late-morning option would make it much better. The breakfast area was small, self self with paper cups and plates, and coffee was limited to light roast or decaf. The location of hotel is ok just outside of main area. You’re close to Walmart for quick pickups, near SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Disney Springs within 15-20min, and just off I-4 for easy access to other parks and the airport.Check-out was quick and easy. For a short stay or stopover, this hotel may workout, especially for its location and value. For longer trips, more comfort and flexible breakfast service would make a big difference.

I wish I could give a 0 but that’s not acceptable. We just used this ‘motel’ from the 5th of October to the 13th and every single day was awful. The stench walking into the lobby, then the rooms. You couldn’t get towels, the AC was awful. The staff was not helpful at all. The breakfast was bogus. Mold and mildew all over, a lizard in our room and staff was unhelpful to get it outt. Brooms with room towels on it as mops. Ultimate dump for sure

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. First of all it's more of a motel, your room leads right outside onto a balcony. The door locks barely work, you have to swipe your room card at a minimum of 5 times before it works. When I told the front desk about the door lock they said "we know, we've had lots of reports of that. we don't know what the issue is." At one point our door stopped locking entirely and we had to call maintenance just to have it properly locked. Our first room had an ac that blasted air as hot as a sauna with no cold breeze whatsoever, and both rooms we stayed in reeked of mildew and mold to the point where you can't take a full breath. The breakfast is pathetic, watery eggs, sausage, cereal, and bread. Not to mention they make you wear a wristband to breakfast, as if it's normal for people to come in and steal the breakfast. The hotel itself does not feel safe in any way shape or form, especially when you have to try unlocking your door 20+ times just to get inside after a long day.

Please run… online pictures is not what it looks like. Hotel is run down. There is in an infestation of roaches. Shower head has mold. The room has a mold smell, the carpet it ripped and stained, the couch has stains and roaches coming out of it. The refrigerator has a smell and dirty. Where the toilet paper holder is has roaches hanging out. The lights and telephone you see baby roaches crawling out. I left my slippers in the floor which you see roaches crawling on your shoes. We had stood a few hours waiting for Priceline to assist us to get another hotel. As we was on the phone roaches are on the bed also. Staff are rude and not helpful. You call the front desk no one answers the phone. The elevator looks old as if you use it you will not make it out. The paint on the walls is chipping the ice machine doesn’t work. Our door lock doesn’t work. The breakfast smell nasty which I saw the kitchen it was not clean. The lobby lounge chair is dirty as well. Please don’t come here. It’s a nightmare. We stood a few hours until we got situated in another hotel.

This was a very last minute holiday for us and we booked Mi Casa after a long think about it. Not going to lie the reviews scared me! |However we decided for the price (which was a steal btw!) we would give it a try.||When we arrived we got checked in with ease, we were in room 127 on the ground floor, facing the car par. Rooms are huge in comparison to others we have stayed at in Orlando. Two double beds, sofa bed, tv, large bathroom, microwave, fridge, coffee table, coffee maker thing, table and chairs. It was a bit tired looking but it was fine the beds were clean and there were no bugs!||The pool was never too busy, the food at the tiki bar is great! Recommend the pizzas and quesadillas 💕||There was rarely towels at the pool and the towels in the room were tiny, we also were only given 3 towels at check in even though there was 5 of us, and when the room was cleaned they only left two however you can ask for towels at the reception. We ended up buying towels at Walmart for a few $ ||You need to book for the room to be cleaned during your stay, you do this at reception.||Mi Casa also offers a free breakfast which alternates every day, breakfast was nice, only down side is there isn’t many seats so if you head down later on in service it can be quite busy, we went at 7am and always got a seat. ||There is also a FREE SHUTTLE to Epcot and Universal! I did not know this when booking and it definitely saved us a lot of money in Ubers. We would take the shuttle to Epcot, transfer to the park we were going to that day and ride share back. There is a return shuttle at 9pm from Epcot but we never used the return. ||For around $830 for 14nights, free breakfast and free shuttle, for 5 people. I think that was a pretty good deal! ||The place would benefit from updating but it’s fine. Also Ice machines also didn’t work on the ground floor, never checked other floors.

I say this in a lot of my reviews. But I stay in approximately 200 hotels a year with work. I think that gives me a unique perspective to let folks know about places. So here goes. The good: This property is close to Universal & Sea World. I believe they even have a shuttle (I saw a sign about it on the counter. Don't know if it's free or not.) It isn't too awfully far from Disney either. 28 minutes when I checked. So, close enough I guess. I would not stay here if you're going to just hang out here. Clientele is a bit shady. Lots of people standing outside their rooms and drinking or have loud conversations on the phone. I paid around $34/night. I'm sure it's more in season. The room served it's purpose. Clean. Heavily worn. But by no means the worst I've seen. (With exceptions to follow) The bad: Upon arrival you have to do a standard deposit. Then are told there is also a $4.50 fee per night. I asked what this was for and was told "for things we provide here". I pressed the issue. He informed me it's for the breakfast (funny. Free breakfast that costs money?) And things like the laundry... which are coin operated machines for $3.25 each. I was given 1 bath towel, 1 pool towel, and an hand towel. No washcloth. I was not about to walk all the way up to the desk to ask for one, since my room is on the opposite side of the property. Luckily, I carry one. Here's that exceptions I mentioned earlier. Included is a photo of the bathroom floor by the toilet. It is so water damaged, the floor is bowing and the tiles are starting to come up. The ice bucket had what can only be described as a viscous clear liquid in spots on the bottom. I made sure it was sufficiently cleaned. I'm not sure if you were trying to season the coffee pot. But it appeared as though nobody had so much as run water through it since Clinton was in office . The ugly: The property itself. This evidently used to be a Quality Inn or something similar. You can tell the quality left with the name. It looks like it used to have a conference center that has since been remodeled and leased out to Quest diagnostics and some imaging group. The property itself is enough to have made me triple check that I locked my truck. That's all I'm saying about that. Overall. It met MY needs. Would I say it's a resort for a family of 4? Not. At. All. But a single guy here because he got a free park ticket and decided to meet friends for a day? Sure.

Yelp
The only good thing was the bartender at the tiki bar. Stayed three nights and tried to get ice about ten times and no ice I think they were all broken. I asked for towels and they didn't have any. The sink was stopped up. They didn't have room service and the place is rundown and dirty. The breakfast was lousy. I won't go back
