Mi Casa Hotel

Please run… online pictures is not what it looks like. Hotel is run down. There is in an infestation of roaches. Shower head has mold. The room has a mold smell, the carpet it ripped and stained, the couch has stains and roaches coming out of it. The refrigerator has a smell and dirty. Where the toilet paper holder is has roaches hanging out. The lights and telephone you see baby roaches crawling out. I left my slippers in the floor which you see roaches crawling on your shoes. We had stood a few hours waiting for Priceline to assist us to get another hotel. As we was on the phone roaches are on the bed also. Staff are rude and not helpful. You call the front desk no one answers the phone. The elevator looks old as if you use it you will not make it out. The paint on the walls is chipping the ice machine doesn’t work. Our door lock doesn’t work. The breakfast smell nasty which I saw the kitchen it was not clean. The lobby lounge chair is dirty as well. Please don’t come here. It’s a nightmare. We stood a few hours until we got situated in another hotel.

Granted the price for a week isn't bad however the room smelled of mildew as soon as we walked in. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, the bathroom smelled of mildew as well. They had no wash rags so I advise you bring your own or you'll be washing with hand towels. Don't leave your toothbrush or toothpaste either because they don't have complimentary you have to buy those. They have a pool with a small jacuzzi its nice and has a little bar out there that plays music. I was on the third floor and the ice machine didn't work nor did the one on the first floor work. The elevator smelled as well. I would only recommend if you're on a major last minute budget.

Dirty rooms, we also saw some roaches. We did tell the front desk about A/C not working, but they didn't bother to change room. If you guys can spend extra20 bucks. I think you can get better service. Only good thing is the location. Close to most the parks.

I’m usually not the kind of person that do reviews for hotels, but i'm here to warn you guys about Mi Casa. I spent 3 days in Mi Casa hotel with my family of 4. When we got there, the lobby was nice, and there is even a small food market, so it made a good impression at first. But I was actually mistaken. First of all, the images of the hotel are completely the opposite of what it really is. When you enter the bedroom, you sense a strong smell of mold, which is already a huge concern in terms of quality and hygiene. And as I said before, we were in 4 people and in a room with 2 beds. BUT the beds were too small it didn’t fit 2 people. So we had to ask for a mattress. Later the hotel staff added the mattress for me and my sister to sleep, although the man just threw the sheets and told my mom to put it in the mattress. It was very disrespectful. Resuming, the room is dirty, the doors are cracked, and they don't have a room service (like cleaning, changing your trash and towels). Moreover, the towels they provide are the size of a face towel. So you basically are going to stay in a dirty and moldy room that don't provide a good hygiene. Second, they don't have a time to close the pool, so it is noisy all night… Also, the only elevator they have is old and seems like it going to fall. Now last problem, breakfast. They had the basics like bacon, eggs, bread and cereal, but they only had plates made of polystyrene, plastic cutlery, and cups, which I think it is an absurd because it's a lot of waste of material for the environment and not healthy for the planet. They also served green bananas for us to eat... Me and my family got extremely disappointed with the hotel. Overall it needs improving in serving their guests better and a renovation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for no one, ITS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!!!!

Hair that was not ours on bed sheets. We had no wash clothes just pool towels. It's a mold mildew smell in room. Hot tub out of order. Lock on door was not that secure. Noise on top floor above us went to complain the people still made alot of bumping noise. Phone did not work. Water was not hot it was luke warm.

Booked for 3 days and 3 people. The pull out mattress looked like someone took a bite out of it , 2 BIG cockroaches came out of the shower on the same night , basic and sad looking breakfast options , we only got two small towels in our room when we went to ask for more the front desk had the nastiest attitude about it we ended up getting the extra towels our last night there ( we asked two different people for them the first two nights and nothing) , our last night there we saw DOG POOP in a corner of our room (website description states no pets allowed ??) and the power outlets did not work instead of charging my phone it was draining the battery. Cheap shouldn’t mean disgusting and low maintenance.

Not bad for the night. The breakfast was completely gone before stopping time due to a large group that stayed there, which was a bummer. There was an issue with mold in the bathroom and shower that we told the front desk about. They do have a little bar by the pool too. AC gets nice and cold and the shower is super hot.

We booked two rooms at Mi Casa Hotel (Turkey Lake Rd) through American Forces Travel and were absolutely shocked by the condition of the property. Both rooms smelled of mildew and had ripped, stained linens and filthy couches. No washcloths were available, and we were given ragged hand towels. The carpet was shredded, ceilings patched with dried mud, and showers had hair in them — clearly not cleaned. Outlets didn’t work, walls and doors were dirty, and the ice machines were broken. Trash and cigarette butts littered the "smoke-free" property. No one answered the phone at the front desk despite multiple calls. We were so disgusted we immediately left and booked a different hotel. I’ve reported this experience to American Forces Travel and am requesting a full refund. Avoid this hotel — it’s not safe, clean, or maintained in any acceptable way.

The only good thing was the bartender at the tiki bar. Stayed three nights and tried to get ice about ten times and no ice I think they were all broken. I asked for towels and they didn't have any. The sink was stopped up. They didn't have room service and the place is rundown and dirty. The breakfast was lousy. I won't go back

Hi to anyone looking for a budget family hotel check this one out all in all good hotel needs a few updates but very clean and comfortable and quiet. close to the attractions room we're specious beds and bedding comfortable.even have a sofa bed beside 2 queen beds pool was really nice and a hot tub and handicap access to the pool a bar is also located there drinks by the pool. breakfast was decent pancakes toast coffee eggs sausage juice something for everyone honey . My suggestion is go early and beat the rush.staff was friendly looked out for you mi casa keep it up looking for my next stay. Concient for shopping restaurants and parks Walmart less than a mile
