CURIOUS ABOUT VIETNAM

Frog fans, anyone? This restaurant has long been famous for its frog Mi Quang, making it an iconic spot for both locals and tourists visiting Danang. I stopped by after lunch, so it wasn't too busy, and the service was nice and quick.
The shrimp and pork Mi Quang had a pleasant flavor, though the pork was a bit fatty for my taste, and I prefer traditional braised shrimp over the fried version they served.
The frog, marinated with a strong turmeric flavor, was nicely salty and paired well with the noodles and veggies. However, the frog meat was a little overcooked, and I expected the noodles to have a better texture. I'll still be on the lookout for an even better bowl of frog Mi Quang in the city.
