Our group arrived for mid day lunch and were thrilled with the varied dishes different from our previous experiences. The Sinaloan cuisine was delicious and we tried many new dishes, all made with heart. We especially enjoyed the Mexican coffee with dessert.

Great food, im impressed with how good there food is and i got to taste something i never hade before (tartamal) it was delicious, 100% recommend, super good customer service I would definitely come back.

Absolutely loved this place! The homemade breakfast was delicious and tasted fresh, just like something you’d make at home — but even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The customer service was excellent — everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! 😊

I am never disappointed here, everything I've had has been delicious. You can order 'medio' or half portions of some things, to be honest I haven't since the leftovers are just as tasty. 😉💕

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Favorite Breakfast Spot in Mazatlán! I can honestly say this was our favorite breakfast place during our trip, we came here almost every morning! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service was consistently excellent. If you’re visiting Mazatlán, do yourself a favor and make this a must-stop. You won’t regret it!

Service was great... We came in july and it was fresh inside.. Food was cooked good. Server knew his plates and recommended certain plates. Will definitely return....

This restaurant was one of my favorites while visiting Mazatlán! The minute you are about to walk in they open doors for you and greet you right away. Even if it located on a busy street this place looks so cute like a Hacienda style feel inside. Love that they have Conchitas which are so soft and fluffy and goes perfectly with a cafe de olla which is just as delicious! I got the kiddos OJ which was fresh squeezed and a licuado de chocolate y plátano. I ordered chilaquiles and machaca which was amazing! They have panela so we ordered that with guacamole to eat with the chips that are complementary. Hands down my favorite spot to have breakfast with the fam!

This is a really charming typical place. Super clean, very friendly service and our breakfast was delicious! Freshly squeezed orange juice, cafe de olla, chilaquiles were all excellent. Couldn't get away without a guava cheesecake to go (breakfast the next day!) which was perfect. It's on a busy road but inside, you'd never notice. Really great atmosphere. Nice washrooms. There's parking in the back if you're driving. We had takeout another afternoon - the frijoles, guacamole and queso fresco with fresh tortillas made the perfect light lunch.

I loved eating at this restaurant. Service was excellent and food was great also. They have free Wifi and its kids friendly. Carnitas are really good and the habaleño style plate is also a good choice. If your last name is Osuna you'll get a discount. I will be back when I go to Mazatlan again.
