Mi Tereisita Taco Truck is hands down my favorite late-night spot for tortas in Los Angeles! Their torta sandwiches are absolutely delicious—perfectly toasted bread, flavorful meats, and fresh toppings that come together for the perfect bite every time. Whether it’s after a long day or a late-night craving, this place always hits the spot. The food is consistently amazing, and you can taste the quality in every bite.

Wow!!! I heard about this place from an Uber driver who raved about their tortas being the best in LA. I had to check it out for myself, and he definitely wasn’t exaggerating! For just $10, the experience was incredible. I also heard they bake their own bread, but I can’t confirm that for sure. You really need to come and try it for yourself!

Very disappointed. Unseasoned freezer burned meat. Lackluster low quality side ingredients and bread. There’s a 1000 other trucks. Choose any one of those.

2/1/25 Taco truck at the corner of Lexington & Western, East Hollywood, Ca Hubby says-- best Al pastor tacos in town!!!! From Montclair, to Boyle Heights, to Sta. Monica to East Hollywood-- this is the BEST & recommended Mexican Food (Truck). Hubby drives everywhere & has tried/eaten from so many places & he drove out tonight to get some Al pastor tacos, I was in the mood for a carne asada burrito. Requested my onions to be grilled, this makes such a huge difference in the flavor profile. Oh wow! 3 Al pastor tacos, 1 huge carne asada burrito with sauces, pickled jalapeños onions & carrots for $21- worth it! Flavorful umami-ness of the meat, grilled onions, rice & beans . Hubby's Al pastor was well seasoned & cooked to perfection, even the tortilla was the perfect vehicle the gloriius meat. Hubby ordered while I Yelped & our food was ready in less than 6 minutes. These guys are hustling very quickly. There's not much ambiance to speak of, the food truck is parked in front of an auto shop, no place to sit n wait except your car. There are about 3 stalls for parking by the food truck & the rest is street parking. It's the only "roach coach" on Western, north of Sta Monica. Get your Grub-On! Easily 5 for the food The reason for 1 less star is not their fault but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy-park on the streets at your own risk (or come with your very own menacing-looking husband like mine)

The best torta I've ever had. I love how the bread is thin. The Mayo and avocado are perfect together and the meat is seasoned so well. Tacos are fire too!

the tortas here are insane!! my favorite is the al pastor but the carne asada is also good. the avocado salsa is a must too. they're open until 3:30 so this is the perfect late night place to eat and it's cash only.

Easily the best tortas & tacos I've had in Los Angeles. That's saying a lot, considering the sheer volume of Mexican restaurants & taco trucks in LA. It's an evening/late night taco spot so you will have to time your dinner accordingly. Note: It's located in a lot with limited parking so you're gonna have to double park or park a couple blocks over if need be.

One of the best tacos I've had in Los Angeles. I got the Al pastor, asada, and chorizo. All of them were very flavorful and packed a good amount of meat. The other thing that could be improved for me is I like the tortilla to be grilled slightly longer so it's a bit stronger and I would like the Al pastor to have the pineapples.

Solid 2. Parking is scary, got blocked in by other patrons. Taco meat quantity on tacos was pretty scarce. I had a cabeza and a buche taco. I had never had sweet buche, I'm curious if they got my order wrong. Cabeza which is my favorite taco meat to order was nothing to write home about. In the upside, Salsa was great, they have a variety of drink options & Good customer service.

Best Taco Truck in LA! This place is a must try. I get their carne asada tortas and tacos. Ask for cheese! Taste and service is at peak! Must try. Parking is great!

The tortas are super tasty. Love the thin and soft bread they use and the other flavorful goodness in between. Even though there was only one person in line ahead of me, I'm surprised how quickly the food came out and was in-and-out in 5-minutes. The parking lot fits a small number of cars, and it's cash only.

This lunch truck I thinks tops all lunch trucks for Mexican food. There chicken, al pastor, asada is so good can't explain. You can order tacos with cheese either in between the bread or on top either way it's good. Tortas are probably one of the best I have ever had and make sure to ask for EXTRA TOAST won't regret. They are located on western between 101 bridge and Santa Monica in a mechanic shop parking lot 2 lunch trucks I always get it from this guys. Park your car either eat inside your car or outside on your trunk cause you gonna order more tacos

Bomb tacos. We went after a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. High end cars lined up at this food truck all wanting a taste. It was pretty wild. Now I know why everyone stopped and there was a line. Amazing Al pastor. Delish

The WORST taco truck. Just started to enjoy my food when one of the employees came out and started PEEING right next to me. NOT EVEN SURE if he washed his hands after......plus i saw a lot of Rats running around the truck

I do not usually order tortas because I'm not a fan of the heavily breaded dish but at this taco truck it is different and delicious. It is lighter than your average and extremely flavorful. I always get the carne asada torta and sometimes two when I'm really hungry hahahaha the service is quick and the men are always respectful and courteous, although there are usually a lot of customer men just standing around hanging out I feel pretty safe as a woman being amongst them

The best tacos in town hands down!!! Especially when everything at night is closed this is a spot to go to! Haven't tried better tacos than here. Everything comes out pretty quick and service is always great!

This truck is open in the evenings right off the Western exit off the 101 south. I have been coming here for years and I can't get enough of their Carne Asada Tortas! The staff is really friendly and they will accommodate most customizations. My friend is Vegetarian and orders the Veggie Burrito which he says is really good as well. They have tacos and other things on their menu which are also really good but for me nothing beats the tortas! Parking can be troublesome since they park in the lot of a repair shop but it's worth it!

I first reviewed this place 5 years ago and raved about their pastor tacos. I now live nearby and come here often and I always order their torta de asada which is hands down the best in the city. I can't begin to explain how delicious this sandwich is. Don't miss it.

Best tortas on this planet! Ivan and the staff always go above and beyond for everyone there. Highly recommend! I can eat their tortas 3x a day 7 days a week.

Get the asado torta worth every dollar! They accept cash only tho. The parking space may be small or limited so keep on the lookout. Definitely a great spot to stop by late night.

My friend insisted that I come here to try a torta. I'd never had a Mexican torta, but I love a good sandwich so I was more than happy to try an asada one. The torta reminded me of a panini because the sandwich was thin and the outside of the bread was crispy. My boyfriend thought some of the fillings were a bit sparse, and though I agree that the sandwich COULD have accommodated more lettuce and tomatoes, it was delicious as is. I'd definitely come back and try another torta, maybe al pastor. Other than the sammie, I would definitely recommend this truck for its tacos - they were the cheapest I've ever come across!

Had their tacos de al pastor and got INCREDIBLY SICK! Had food poisoning that sent me into septic shock. Would never recommend this place again

I am usually not a truck/street food person because I don't trust their cleanliness and freshness, but when the majority of the group decides on a place to eat, I just go with the flow. To my surprise, this taco truck seemed to be clean. We went there on a Wednesday night and it was pretty packed with no places to park near the truck. We got toasted tortas and tacos with carne asada and everything tasted reallllly good!!! If you are not a spicy eater, make sure to mention that you want it non-spicy, because even their mild option was pretty spicy. Even though one of my friends and I weren't feeling great after the food, I wouldn't mind going there again when I am drunk and around :D

LOVED this taco truck. Get their carne asada tacos and tortas. The bread they use is the softest torta bread I've had. So delicious and packed with flavor. Also love that they have horchatas.

Hands down the best tortas in LA. I've been here like 10 times already and make it a habit to either get two carne asada tortas or a torta +quesadilla. I always get extra sauce and move the green/red together. It's gas.

Found the food truck on yelp and coming here was the best decision. Had the Asada tacos which were delicious. Going back again to get the torta because people were buying them left and right.

Everyone wears mask the food is handled with care and taste amazing low key spot but the real ones know this spot is really good but whatever you do don't get it mixed up with the other truck not the same as Mi Teresita's Taco Truck I definitely recommend the bottled horchata and the torta

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the asda torta is bomb and fresh and times too much mayo, old bread and dry meat. I guess gotta go on the weekends when it's busy and fresh.

There's absolutely no shortage of amazing taco trucks peppered over LA and all of Southern California -- but Mi Teresita stands out for its out of this world tortas (carne asada, specifically)!! Seriously, please do yourself the kind favor of ordering their asada torta. Theirs are extra creamy and delicious, and the asada is always perfectly cooked. It also comes with standard side items and a yummy spicy red salsa and creamy green sauce. Their other items are delicious as well, like their tacos and quesadillas, but the tortas are next level. Be sure to take cash, and you can usually find parking in the lot of the body shops where it's located. RUN, don't walk!!!

This taco truck is da bomb. I literally drive out of my way past 50 other taco trucks just to go to this one. Some creepy dudes are around late at night but sooooo worth it

Came late on a Sunday/Monday night. So it wasn't that packed. But apparently this place is popping and it's hard to find parking. This place has the best tortas in the world hands down. It's so amazing my review won't do it justice. You must try it for yourself. I was pretty drunk but this torta slapped the sense back into me and sobered me up just so I can appreciate this masterpiece with the appropriate state of mind. I got the carne asada torta and asked them for extra toasted. The heat, texture of the bread, flavor of the carne asada, tomato, lettuce, sauce, and the additional garnishes. It's perfect and this torta makes me wonder about all the times I have called a certain dish perfect. This is a heavenly product and I get anxiety of any possibility that it will be removed from my life. I'm coming here as often as possible.

5 stars. My favorite taco truck. my lady and I go there all the time after work (we get off late ) we can always count on them to be there. My favorite part is whenever they see me, they say hi mija bean cheese rice burrito ? love it. I'll keep getting my bcrs and veggie tortas foreves.

This is my go to spot for late night street tacos! The al pastor, carne asade, and buche are all so delicious. I don't mind driving 30+ minutes just to go to this taco truck because they never disappoint. The workers are also very nice, efficient, and generous with everything. Most of the time, I don't even need to add any additional sauce to my tacos because the flavor profile in the protein is already so amazing. The tacos are $2.00 each and $2.50 with added cheese.

Just had the Carne Asada Torta here and it was AMAZING! I wish it had a little more meat tho which is why I gave it a 4star instead of 5. But it was def one of the tastiest Tortas I've had.

I have a newfound, deep obsession with this place and their Al Pastor quesadilla with avocado salsa. Open till 330am on weekdays?? This place is a godsend some nights.

This is probably one of the best trucks, or even restaurants here in LA that I've gotten tacos from. Had the carne asada, lengua, and chorizo tacos. Probably would skip the chorizo next time. I also ordered carne asada and lengua tortas. I liked the tacos much more, and they came with a really good hot sauce. Extra lime on mine too, please! I'm going back next time I'm in town. That's a promise!

Make sure you're at the right truck... MI TERESITA! Hands down... #1 tortas in SoCal! I've been all over to every truck around and for Tortas...this is where you wanna be! The taco and burrito is good too. Just a quick update. After further searching for a place comparable to them for a good Torta.. I still think they're unmatched! Great job guys!

People have nicknamed this place "Hollywood Torta" for a reason. The carne asada torta is spot on and absolutely amazing. You seriously can't go wrong with their tortas. Highly recommended taco truck.
