This is a no frills yet comfortable guest house with a stunning view of the Victoria Harbour. The deluxe room is spacious by local standards yet did not cost a bomb at all. It's situated right behind a bustling high street with lots of eateries and amenities. It is also round the corner from the tram and bus stops, including a direct route to the airport. The MTR station is also just a short walk away. All in all, a good choice for people who want to experience living in an authentic local neighbourhood.

This hotel is a nice place to stay if you want a budget friendly, fairly clean and close area to the city. However, after not only experiencing bad service from the rude receptionist during my check-in, I was not notified to pay a 500HKD deposit to the hotel prior to my check-in. Until now I have not received my 500HKD that I’ve paid back even though I have inquired the hotel about it multiple times. During the check-in, the receptionist constantly talked down on me on how my deposit will be returned to me as I paid with credit card. To make matters worst, she kept my Hong Kong ID Card overnight during my stay which I needed and was only returned after I checked out. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are willing to have your money taken from you along with an impolite and unprofessional staff. 😊🙏🏽

The hotel was small but well-maintained. The room was compact yet functional, with all necessary amenities. The staff were polite and efficient. It offered a comfortable stay without frills.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed. However, the air conditioning was slightly noisy, and the decor felt a bit outdated. The staff were courteous and responsive.

Ocean view room is nice , but moldy in bathroom doors and towels dirty and smelly. No toothpaste and brushes. Is ok but only at a discount price. .

Yelp
This is a boutique hotel located right down the street from the Kennedy Town bar district. It's close to the waterfront and also close to the wet markets. The pricing of this hotel is reasonable and the location was very convenient too. The layout of the hotel is one of my favorites. It's suite style with a partition that separates the living room from the bedroom. The view is very pretty as well and each room occupies it's own floor so it was very quiet. The bathroom is a stand up shower stall, but I found it to be quite small and hard to maneuver in. The suite also comes with a little kitchen area. The kitchen area has dishes, silverware, and an induction burner but it's not ideal for cooking a full meal. It also has a mini fridge. The only complaint about this place is the cleanliness. When I first arrived the floors were dirty and you could see the hair and dust all over. If they provided slippers I wouldn't care but I had to wear my shoes to avoid the dirty floor.
