MIA CASA HOTEL

Location Excellent as close to my sisters home.|Close to MTR and restaurants and harbour view ||No reception as we know it . Very basic and staff not friendly or helpful . No restaurant. No where to leave bags ||Disappointed with room. booked on a recommendation. Expected a spacious room but got an average room. Very small bathroom towels not changed or room cleaned. ||When asked why we haven't been given the room which was allocated at the time of booking we were informed because we were late getting to the hotel it was not available. This was due to our flight being delayed. Not our fault. Not very understanding staff.

I like the room very clean and towels as well. Good location, very closed to seashore. Although the room small, but my luggage can put under the bed to increase more room spaces. Very strong water pressure, it is some water come out on the floor after bathing, due to a part of seal come out. I think it will be fixed, and the towels bar on the door required to fix as well.

This is a boutique hotel located right down the street from the Kennedy Town bar district. It's close to the waterfront and also close to the wet markets. The pricing of this hotel is reasonable and the location was very convenient too. The layout of the hotel is one of my favorites. It's suite style with a partition that separates the living room from the bedroom. The view is very pretty as well and each room occupies it's own floor so it was very quiet. The bathroom is a stand up shower stall, but I found it to be quite small and hard to maneuver in. The suite also comes with a little kitchen area. The kitchen area has dishes, silverware, and an induction burner but it's not ideal for cooking a full meal. It also has a mini fridge. The only complaint about this place is the cleanliness. When I first arrived the floors were dirty and you could see the hair and dust all over. If they provided slippers I wouldn't care but I had to wear my shoes to avoid the dirty floor.
