Mia Casa Hotel provides comfortable, spacious rooms with great views and amenities. The location is convenient, close to the MTR and various dining options. Low price is the only one advantage of this hotel. |The hotel is situated near the subway station, but it is rather far away from main Hong Kong sightseeings. You will spent lots of time trying to get somewhere in Hong Kong from this place. |The room is small, but it’s ok. It is not clean with some roaches and rather tired - that is very not ok.|I could close eyes on all the above cons but the main disadvantage of the hotel is its staff. Most of them (not all) act disrespectfully in the way that is something opposite to hospitality. I have regretted many times that booked the room there just because of the personnel. |Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s better to pay more and receive kind and respectful attitude to yourself somewhere else.

Guard disappeared at midnight, main entrance door locked, no way to get back while I was out Found Hotel’s phone number on google but cut my call after picked up Rubbish exeperience

The room is very weird. It was designed for people with wheelchair. The washbasin is very small and very low (in height), very difficult to use for a personal with normal height. The aircon is also very noisy. I did no thave a good night sleep in the room.

The room was okay but the room I had with my family would not lock I couldn’t even close the door and the workers would not even give us more toilet paper and we stayed there for 2 weeks and they only clean once even though they said they would clean the room once every 1 weeks

Do not stay here if you care about hygiene! During our stay in April 2024, we found a live cockroach in our room!! The towels and bed sheet also had stains on them. We informed them via our booking company but they never responded. Very unprofessional. Please note they don’t offer overnight luggage storage service.

Room is spacious and reception is friendly. Definitely a good place to stay in.

Very spacious for the price with an amazing outdoor space which is very hard to find in Hong Kong.Tiny no frills reception. Room is clean and quite standard. Recommended for the outdoor space and low price. In a great part of the city with lots of coffe shops and next to the harbour.||The room also has a sea view.

This is a boutique hotel located right down the street from the Kennedy Town bar district. It's close to the waterfront and also close to the wet markets. The pricing of this hotel is reasonable and the location was very convenient too. The layout of the hotel is one of my favorites. It's suite style with a partition that separates the living room from the bedroom. The view is very pretty as well and each room occupies it's own floor so it was very quiet. The bathroom is a stand up shower stall, but I found it to be quite small and hard to maneuver in. The suite also comes with a little kitchen area. The kitchen area has dishes, silverware, and an induction burner but it's not ideal for cooking a full meal. It also has a mini fridge. The only complaint about this place is the cleanliness. When I first arrived the floors were dirty and you could see the hair and dust all over. If they provided slippers I wouldn't care but I had to wear my shoes to avoid the dirty floor.
