Ho Chi Minh City: Where to Eat, Drink, Stay, and Play
"Mia Saigon, on the bank of the Saigon River in Thao Dien, is a newly opened hotel inspired by HCMC’s early 20th century Art Deco, with interiors showing French-Indochinese influences, from marble bathrooms to rattan chairs."
What an amazing stay. Really set the standard for the rest of our trip.
The service exceeded any and all expectations - incredibly warm welcome, and such a sweet surprise in our room (birthday celebration). We had an issue with our TV, and the team went above and beyond to rectify this. Nhung in the restaurant was such a delight to deal with each morning (and evening) - and anyone we dealt with whether it was room service, or drinks by the pool were so accommodating and genuinely lovely people.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, every corner you turn. Can't wait to stay here again.

Mia Saigon is a fantastic hotel on the Saigon River.
It is on the city outskirts which is actually really nice. Mia offers a shuttle / boat service into the city which is perfect.
The pool is inviting and great view out to the river.
Room comfortable and has everything you need. The balcony is big and a great lounge with views overlooking the pool and river.
The restaurant has an expansive breakfast selection to fill you up and they even have complimentary sparkling wine to start the day off with some yummy bubbles.
The rooftop bar makes delicious cocktails and views are even better. The tapas menu has plenty of little bites to choose from so you can enjoy the views into the evening.
The staff are so friendly, checking on you and stopping to have a chat.
Well worth choosing Mia Saigon if you are staying a few nights in Ho Chi Minh, you won’t be disappointed!

After spending 5 nights in the busy, noisy and touristic District 1 in Saigon, I wanted to end my Vietnam trip with 2 nights in a quiet, luxurious hotel and booked Mia Saigon. What a great choice as I have had the most luxurious stay. I live in Dubai and I am used to luxury hotels, however the service provided by all staff was well beyond my expectation (for me, solo female traveler). The hotel is beautiful. The view from my room was stunning. The spa treatments excellent and the food...unbelievable! |I am already planning to return to this hotel. I had such an amazing stay!|PS: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tan at the reception for responding to a special request in no time. To Ms Anh, Thae and Ms Hang Dang (at the spa) for exceptional massage/scrub/facial treatments and to other staff at Kitchen by the River for making me try Vietnamese specialties I had not been able to try during my 2-weeks stay in Vietnam. Don't miss to visit Muse Bar (thank you Ms An)! Thank you also Ms Nhung for taking care of my wellbeing during my stay. See you all very soon!

This 5-star hotel is a gem, clean, artistic, and full of character with a beautiful story behind its design. The riverside swimming pool and stunning river views, where you can even watch container boats passing by, make it truly unforgettable. The rooftop is romantic, offering a perfect view of the flowing river and the Landmark 81 building. The restaurant serves incredible food, and although the price is a bit on the higher side, it is still worth the experience.

Aesthetic heaven, a treat for the senses. On the Saigon river. With a complimentary speed boat service to downtown. It was incredibly clean, neat and well- maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind and hospitable. Very prompt with requests and a high standard of service that could compete with some of the worlds best. Special shoutout to Cam, Shawn, Khang, Thuy, Kendal and the friendly servers at Kitchen by the Sea as well the all doormen. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend. Some of the most beautiful river views and a great breakfast buffet.

I loved the whole experience in Mia Saigon. It's in a great, quiet location with perfect views of the river. There are three boat shuttles to the downtown area, free for guests, so it's very convenient. The spa center has a new gym and an area for massages. I tried a few, and they were very good. The kitchen was also great, as was the rooftop bar.

Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the picturesque Mia Saigon. The staff delivered excellent service, especially Shawn at Reception. He organized an enjoyable tour for us which included the floating market and part of the Mekong Delta. We did the Bamboo Massage at the O Spa and our therapist, Ms. Lieu A was exceptional. Definite 5 star for her. Food was amazing at the River Kitchen and the all round ambiance was breathtaking. Sunset on the 9th floor is a must see. Great overall experience at Mia. ||Peter
