Mia Saigon is a serene luxury retreat about 30 minutes from the city center. While it's a bit removed from the bustling shopping districts like Saigon Centre and Ben Thanh Market, that distance is part of its charm. It offers calm, comfort, and exceptional service away from the chaos.||We were welcomed warmly with an early check-in, which was a big plus as we were traveling with our toddler. The room, though not large, was beautifully designed and the balcony view of container boats on the river kept our little one delighted throughout our stay. Rainy weather made the view even more magical.||The Kitchen by the River served an excellent breakfast, going beyond the set menu to accommodate our preferences. The staff were consistently warm and courteous. The complimentary boat service (10 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM) to the city was a unique touch that added to the experience.||The hotel’s design is elegant, resembling a miniature palace. Chocolates were thoughtfully placed on every floor. Especially the coffee ones, which were delicious. The pool was impeccably clean, usually quiet, and very comfortable to use. The staff were kind enough to extend our checkout and even allowed us to have our toddler’s online-ordered Indian meal in the restaurant, which most hotels would not permit.||Do note: it's not ideal for quick, hop-in-hop-out shopping trips. A one-way cab to Saigon Centre Mall costs around 200,000 VND, and airport transfers can range between 300,000–500,000 VND on Grab, depending on the time of day and surge pricing. However, there is a mall nearby for basic shopping needs.||The lobby is bright, filled with fresh flowers and natural light—and even has a quiet dog wandering around, adding to the boutique charm.||Big thanks to Ms. Vy, Mr. Shawn, Mr. Tuan, and Mr. Phuong - your warm hospitality made our stay extra special. We’d love to return, not just for the hotel itself, but for the people who made it feel like home. Like on the keycard cover, this place is truly a home away from home :)
