"Part pasta factory, part take-out storefront, Oh Pasta Mia! specializes in creating fresh pasta for restaurants and grocery stores, but realized that some of us just want to skip all of that and go straight to the source. Those in the know stop by the tiny storefront to buy fresh linguine (black, saffron, or whole wheat), fettuccine (egg or spinach), or one of 13 varieties of ravioli to take home. Need sauce? They have 7 different kinds. - Highly recommend - It was honestly impressive how much food & the quality of food this man was able to generate from his food truck. We were looking for some late night food after getting into Miami late and saw this place not too far away. It had no reviews, wasn’t even sure if it was real… but we are glad we found it. The service was great, the sauces were excellent, even gave us some free bread. It was quaint being on the side of the road where you can tell he’s truly passionate about his food and his family helping serve the tables. I imagine this is just one step forward towards owning their own excellent restaurant one day. We got the chicken parm, four cheese raviolis, and penne. Was impressed watching him hand tenderize, prep, and bread the chicken while making all the sauces from scratch. I can’t imagine he could spend that much time and dedication if he got super busy so I would recommend trying this place asap before it gets too busy and hard to maintain the time needed for the quality. Go give it a try! Won’t regret it.

Los chicos de Mia trattoria nos salvan todos los almuerzos. Comida casera, recien hecha, sabrosa, bien presentada, un 10!!!! Ademas de que son muy amables. Todos los dias a las 12:30 nos dejan nuestro menu diario, atencion privilegiada. GRACIAS!!!!

Absolutely delicious! The flavors are great. I really liked the simple spaghetti. It was done with a delicious marinara sauce and garlic sliced.
