Miami

This was our first experience on the Brightline and we loved it! The staff is well informed and friendly. The trains are incredibly clean. The train station in Miami is an amazing design. There are areas where children can rest and play in the Fort Lauderdale station. Our two young grandsons came with us and enjoyed every minute. Keep up the good work!

From entering the (Miami Central) station to leaving my final destination (Orlando), it was certainly a trip to remember. The staff were incredibly kind, the signage was easy to navigate, the waiting area was outstanding, and the train itself was clean and orderly. I’ve been raving about my experience to quite literally everyone. Keep it up!

The app is very user friendly. The train station is so clean and the staff very pleasant. Also, the punctuality is right on. This was my first ride and definitely won’t be my last.

From booking online, the experience at the train station, the ride. It made our trip an amazing experience. We even ordered snacks while on board. The restrooms on the train and in the station were clean and stocked. Announcements were loud and clear. Staff were friendly. Easy boarding on the train. Made the first trip so easy and I am very impressed on how it all comes together so well

I literally LOVED everything about it. The premium lounge was nice and comfortable. The attendant in my car was the best. Their service was EXCEPTIONAL. Snacks and adult drinks were included. I haven’t traveled by train in over 30 years! This was a great reintroduction to this mode of transportation. I’m trying to find a reason to experience Brightline again. Thank you all.

It was mostly quiet and comfortable, easy to doze off assuming other riders are quiet. Plenty of legroom too in the cheapest seats. I especially enjoyed the quiet area for phone calls, watching the landscape go by while sitting up against the window. I also appreciated the regular trash pickup and the spacious bathroom. Lastly, the Miami and Orlando stations are lovingly designed, very similar to major airports.

This was my first time taking the train from Miami to Fort Lauderdale for a day trip. The stations are easy to navigate and super clean! The trains are clean as well and there are assigned seats. The only thing I didn't like was that on my return trip there was someone in my assigned seat and they got annoyed when I asked them to move. The train staff never once came through to check seats/tickets on either of my trips. Be sure to book your trips at least 10 days in advance to save money.

My 1st experience with Brightline was great :) So much smoother, less stressful than flying and or driving to Orlando. The customer service was outstanding. The train is spacious, seats are comfortable and restrooms nice and clean. The food was great as well. I was able work on the train since the WiFi worked well. I will most definitely be using Brightline more often. I highly recommend it !
