Even though the train was delayed due to a freight train on my return trip home — completely outside of Brightline and team members control — Jamal, Jocelyn, and Kwame delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care for passengers truly stood out.
It was obvious they had worked long hours and likely overtime, yet they still maintained an incredible positive attitude and upheld the highest standard of customer service. They were attentive, reassuring, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt taken care of despite the circumstances.
Because of their dedication and teamwork, what could have been a exhausting experience turned into a memorable one. They are the reason I look forward to riding Brightline again, and I’ll absolutely be recommending it to others.
